Delicious food and friendly service. The coconut chipotle clams were possibly the best bowl of manilla clams we've ever eaten. So good we had to go back and order the "off the menu" shrimp pizza that boasts the same sauce! Inviting and friendly staff although service was slow when the brewery was packed. read more

Very good food and a nice atmosphere in La Conner. It's a busy place and our lunchtime service was a little slow but we had a good meal. There were two servers working and we got the "less friendly, wish I was somewhere else" one but we survived. The tables near the nice, warm fireplace were taken but a window seat was a good option. We could watch the steady stream of visitors passing by. The cheeseburger and the panini's are served with soup or salad. I know fries are bad for me but really? A burger and salad? The pizza looked good, I'll try that next time (and there will be a next time). La Conner has many choices for food and the La Conner Brewing Company should be at the top of the list. read more

You think they would ask you if you wanted a beer when you sit down at a table inside brew pub.It took 15 minutes to get a beer from a place that had more staff than customers. It seemed like I was interrupting the lady with all the tattoos when I asked for beers or food. Wood fired pizza needs to be kinda cooked extra and a little crispy to be done right. The one I got felt microwaved. A daily special looked great but I didn't noticed it until after dinner on the chalkboard. No mention of it from my inked out server.I also noticed flights of beer being served but never saw it on the menu.I pretty sure this place is fine for locals but they really don't like out of towners. read more

Worst cheeseburgers we have ever had. The meat was like charred leather, the patties are not made on site and they are tough over cooked discs.. We were shocked. The service was friendly but slow. They seemed under staffed. Good beer and cider selections but not worth coming for the burgers :( read more

There is much to love at this brewery restaurant. Cozy bar area, inside & outside table seating, tasty oatmeal stout, and a wood fired oven perfect for making great pizza! Worthy of making a quick side trip off Route 20. Great date place too. read more

Not bad, not bad! Pros? -Cutest little taster mugs ever -Delicious wood-fired pizza (and that's coming from a pizza lover) -Friendly service -Beers were good, albeit a bit watery at times Cons? -Pricing a bit much (why can't samplers for beers be cheaper than a pint? Makes sense to me!) -Other food on the menu looked pretty average (judging by customers around me) and pricing was a bit much read more

This is a quaint restaurant/brewery that's well decorated and has some good looking pizzas, burgers, and other entrees. I had the shrimp tacos and enjoyed them. It's definitely not your standard bar food - it's stepped up a notch, and it's good. I wish that I could've gone here for dinner and enjoyed some of their beers. They had some great looking options. read more

Wow! Knock the socks off of me. Excellent food and atmosphere. The place is bustling with people and esp. when you are situated right next to the pizza chefs when they are constantly maintaining the fire in the oven. The wait for the table was longer than expected, but while waiting outside for our table, we saw numerous motorcycle going by and getting a chance just to absorb what La Conner is about made the wait feel a lot shorter. The pizza was DELICIOUS! Soft and fluffy crust with just the right amount of herbs, meat, and mushroom (Sausage and Mushroom Pizza) and the Bacon Cheesburger was done just right. Um-mm! read more

I'm going to give this place two stars for the simple fact that their clams in a coconut sauce were fantastic.. Now on to the rest.. The place was crammed, tables wayyyy too close to each other, We had a table of drunk idiots by us, yelling at the TV on the other side of us watching the Croatian team play soccer. No one asked them to calm down or keep it down, just kept feeding them drinks.. The service was the worst part of all.. Literally 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered, 5 more minutes to bring them out, then another 15 minutes to get our food ordered. The waitress seemed to be bothered that she had to actually fetch things for us.. I don't think i would go back. When in La Conner, ill try something else. read more

Fantastic service and great food - the foundation for a good brew pub. The meals were reasonably priced and well- proportioned. We had a party of 12 and everyone found food they loved. Everything was made from scratch. We especially appreciated the waitress's attention and cheerful nature. It was worth the drive to have dinner at La Conner's. read more

Went here after 8:00pm on Saturday, place was fairly full as it was Tulip time in the area. Seated quickly, but it took a while to get our drink order in. Beer was brewed in-house, very good. Appetizer took approx 20 minutes, clams in the coconut broth, very tasty, good portion. Pizza followed 15 minutes later, came ou luke warm, very limp, cheese was barely melted. Could not get the attention of server, running around too much, we just went on and finished the pizza. She did not check to see if everything was okay, only stopped by becacuse the dishes were empty. Told her about the pizza, did not seem too concerned about it. I realized they were probably packed all day, but the evening started out okay then fell flat. Maybe worth another try when they aren't too busy. read more

Started out with coconut Chipotle cream clams, they were outstanding. I had the pulled pork sandwhich with the oven roasted fries. The sandwich was served with sweet cabbage on top of it and was very tasty. Rosemary fries had a nice taste too. Girlfriend had the baked penne pasta and clam chowder. The chowder according to her was a little thin but very good. The penne was bland and dry. Beer was pretty good, staff pretty friendly. read more

Terrific Pub. Good food and beer selection. Very popular on Fridays. Offers happy hour prices on food and drinks. Outside dining available. Great atmosphere. The few times I've been there has been very crowded. read more

Great little restaurant we found after my sons baseball game. My son had the pepperoni pizza and it was awesome. Perfect size for 1 adult. 10 inches around cooked in a wood fired oven. I had the prime rib dip. The sandwich itself would of been great except the prime rib was very well done and definitely not enough meet in the middle of the sandwich. Go with the Pizza, I wish I would have. Our waitress was very welcoming and nice. We will definitely go back. read more

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It was busy and we had to wait shortly for a place at the bar. It was well worth the wait. I ordered the spinach salad and it was awesome. The dressing was sooooo delish. It was a honey-mustard and horseradish dressing on top of a bed of spinach and apples and feta cheese and almonds. I ordered the small size and it was just perfect size-wise. I will go back here for this salad very soon. I am a salad junkie and this was amazing! It's not very often you find a salad so good and different at that! My partner had the BBQ chicken burger which was made of an actual real piece of chicken. He really enjoyed it and also said the fries were great. We will be back soon. read more

I discovered this spot after a Tulip filled Tuesday several years ago when I was newly 21. It was a beautiful time when one heff got me happy. La Conner is a great excuse to drive Chukanut and Bow to Edison for some great beer and a leg stretch after sitting at the border for an hour. The beer is top notch tasty. I swing for the IPA, perfect hops with just a tip of floral hint. Their seasonal keep you guessing with normally a tasty standard and something fun(Raspberry Heff last week for those fruity seekers!) The service is friendly and funny. You can grab a stack of cards from the bar to keep you amused while you intoxicate. The food is tasty, above average pub fare. The IPA nachos are a little more sweet than savory and the pizzas(Try the Hawaiian and add jalapenos!) aren't out of this world but they sure do hit the spot and compliment the beer! If you find yourself heading north or south on I5 and have some free time, swing out to La Conner and enjoy a pint! read more

Nestled in the center of one of the cutest little towns left in the state, LaConner, the place is worth a visit. Beware, this is a small place, a brewery, with a small menu choice and an even smaller pizza. Don't go expecting gourmet foods. Go in with an I want something quick cuz my noon stomach is grumbly feeling. What they lack in food they make up for in the following ways. Friendly Followed us to our self sit table Immediate service, welcome atmosphere Small, quaint Solid hard wood table Kids allowed Old fashioned feel Hard wood floors Outdoor dining with heat and cover Paintings on wall can be purchased Soft lighting All in all a solid 3. read more

The Brewery serves some really good food. It's La Conner, so it might seem to be a little on the pricey side, but our most recent visit was great! Our server, Max, was very attentive. My son had a kid's pizza with pepperoni, which he loved! My wife and I split a large Caesar salad (which was remarkably good, beyond expectations) and one of the Brewery's Hawaiian pizzas. Everything was really tasty, and it made for a great evening out. The Brewery is definitely one of the surest bets for dining in La Conner. Note: Always check Yelp's 'Filtered Reviews.' One of the businesses I reviewed has a 1-star rating with only 1 review, but there are 5 'filtered' (hidden) reviews averaging 4.8 stars! read more

All around disappointing. Stopped in for a beer and a growler to go. Although the restaurant had socially distanced tables near the front window, we were escorted the the very back corner of the restaurant, sectioned off by makeshift curtains. It essentially felt like an ER room. Very awkward. The waitress (dark hair, not pregnant) put down a food menu and left us. When I asked for a beer menu after waiting 5 minutes, I was told the beers were on a board above our heads. (Apparently this brewery does not have beer menus... only food... very, very odd.) It was pretty comical to have to stand up and turn around to read the list of beers, and it would have been nice to know that's what you need to do when we say down. I assume the waitress sensed my frustration, because my "thank you" for bringing the beer was met with a grumble. Finally, after we specifically requested a growler of the Northwest IPA, we arrived home to realize she gave us a raspberry beer. Needless to say, we will find a different brewery in the area to frequent from here on out. Unpleasant experience from start to finish. read more

Super cozy little restaurant (with outdoor seating available) with rustic-esque tables and chairs. Wood fire pizza is delicious here! I got the 4 cheese pizza, which was incredible. Had garlic, green onions and olive oil. 10" personal pizzas are $10-12 so very reasonable. Seafood available as well. Our waitress was awesome :) Friendly and attentive. One of the reviewers below says they don't have french fries... but they do btw! read more

Pretty good overall. Not great. If I could I would give it 2 1/2 stars. I didn't try the beer so this is just about the food and service. We stopped in here during a short visit to LaConner. It was extremely busy and I felt they were a bit understaffed. There were 3 servers for the whole restaurant and there was no dedicated bartender so the service was a bit slow. I ordered the prime rib panini which I was disappointed in because it didn't seem like prime rib, more like roast beef... and it was a little overpriced at $13+. My girlfriend had the mushroom mac and cheese, which was a special that day, and it was very good. Very cheesy with panko breading baked on top. I would say if you're in LaConner and in a pinch for something to eat, LaConner brewing isn't bad, but I certainly wouldn't call it a destination restaurant. read more

Like it? No, loved it. Wood-fired - CHECK! Coconut - CHECK! Chipotle - CHECK! Cream - CHECK! Clams - CHECK! Any of these five would be a yes for me, but combined? Heaven on a plate, and loaded with sauce we were drinking off the plate when we ran out of bread. Dear god man! My wife ordered the smoked salmon pizza - it wasn't really my fave, but hey, it wasn't my choice. She also ordered the IPA, and was a huge fan. I also ordered the fish tacos, and frankly they were the best I have ever had. Actual cuts of fish, not breaded, and proper vegetables all served in a nice presentation. Big win here! Should I be back in the area I will go back. read more

Well, this brewery is located in the heart of La Conner, a city that once revered the wild turkey as their Official Town Bird in 2005, then 5 years later giving their birds a boot from the city. Prior to the Wild Turkey Days opened La Conner Brewing Company. PARKING: Street parking in downtown La Conner. VENUE: This place has a lot of wood, and has a bit of a yup-scale motif to this. I'm not familiar with the demographics of this town, but I would guess that this is geared to the tourist dollar. It looks more like a wine bar than it does a brew pub. The plus side is that the entrance is from the West; the place has large frontal windows, giving an open view to the sky at sunset. DECOR: Modern. Contemporary. The art on their walls are pretty much the same as you would see in the touristy art galleries around America. AMBIENCE: Your favorite wine bar. FOOD: I cannot vouch for their food. BEER: Two stars. I was not impressed by their beer. I've visited several places around the North Sound and this one brewery where I would not return. With complete sincerity, I would give this four stars if this place billed itself as a wine bar. Since it is passing itself off as a brewery, I will rate it a brewery. I would give it two stars for the beer, but all things considered, it is a nice place and doesn't exactly merit just two stars. read more

A day ride down Chuckanut landed us in La Conner for lunch. We had never been to the Brewery, so took a chance. While ok, nothing was outstanding. DH had the smoked salmon gorgonzola salad, and he said it was generous but average in flavor, with a troubling 'floral' aspect to the dressing that I concurred was off putting when I tried a taste. I had the sausage mushroom pizza, with added onions. My bad, I did not notice that it was a white sauce so I was missing the tomato flavor. It was a solid pizza crust, but the toppings were too piled in the middle and so it was soggy. Beer was pretty good, and the service sincere, if immature. We might go back, but La Conner has lots of good options. read more

Quick service and an awesome happy hour! Only $1 off on alcohol but a great food menu for $5! Love it every time we come!! Not sure why this place only gets 3.5 stars....we come back often for the happy hour! Love the atmosphere as well and always quick service!! read more

The pizza was good, the artichoke chicken panini was better. But, I gave it 4 stars for the beer. Awesome IPA, which has always been my favorite and theirs had a hint of honey in it and wasn't as bitter as most. The service was slow, but considering the weather condition (it was raining & hailing outside) and the occasion (Saturday during Tulip Festival), I was fine with it. If going to Tulip Festival in April, definitely make this your lunch stop! read more

Fries tasted like seafood. Old deep fryer oil. Took 23 minutes to get food and my burger was overcooked. I asked for it med.

I work in town and dine here OFTEN. As a shop we also order in lunch (just across the street) 1-2x weekly. Food is ALWAYS on point, service is excellent. I absolutely love, love everything I've had. Now, to think about what I'll order for lunch tomorrow. ;) read more

Here at the opening bell on a weekend, we were able to bring in a large group fairly easily. Any later and it would have been a problem because the place really filled up. Despite having a group of 18 our server was able to take care of us all very well. I was very happy with how we were accommodated. The pulled pork sandwich wasn't that great, it would have been much better with more cabbage/slaw and more of the delicious garlic sauce that was on it. I wouldn't buy it again at the price, I didn't feel any of the sandwiches were price correctly. I wanted fries but the waitress recommended the Thai chicken peanut soup as a side. In a good way this was a bowl of chopped chicken in a delicious coconut curry style soup. It was very good, I wished I had made it my meal. There's a good selection of drafts, if you're looking for a beer then definitely come check this place out. read more

I ordered the Salmon Burger which was awesome, fresh and very tasty. I gave a 3 only because the fries were burnt. The place is spacious and clean, and they have nice, decent outside seating with hearts. I recommend this place, hopefully next time my fries aren't burnt :( read more

What a great spot to grab a pint and an awesome meal after a fun day spent exploring La Conner. The beers are exceptional and the menu is elevated beyond the typical pub fare. The surprise star on the menu was their Thai Peanut soup. If it's available, it's a must order. Their prime rib dip is one of the better dip sandwiches I've had as well. Don't miss this gem if you're in the neighborhood. read more

We had been here before and thought their food was alright, the wait time last time was awful... Well, stupid us..We decided to try it out again today and the service was awful. We waited almost an hour for our food, which it wasn't even busy. I had the waitress switch my beer because it tasted funky, tried the other one that she got me and it tasted the same. Our prime rib dips were dry and the meat tasted old. Our daughters burger was dry and no side came with it, just a small kids burger and no fries or anything for $7?! The waitress finally gave us our food but we weren't given silverware, we had no condiments on the table so our daughter ate half of her burger dry! By the time we got the condiments the food was cold. How in thr heck did it take an hour to cook 3 sandwiches is beyond me! Now my husband and I are home and have the worst stomach aches and definitely will never go back! This place is over priced, has horrible service, funky beer, and also makes you pay for a beer that wasn't fully drank and was told it tasted bad. Can't believe this place is still in business. read more

Good music, good food, good beer, and overall good atmosphere. The brie burger (with grilled chicken breast) was great; the balsamic paired nicely with the brie and aoli. The clam chowder was pretty good, too. There were a ton of beers on tap, so I'm sure I'll be back to sample more! read more
