There was very enthusiastic Latino music playing from the TV the whole time. The whole place felt fun and inviting. It was pretty casual, and the waitresses were friendly and kind. They were decorated for Halloween with decorations, and orange lights lighting up the walls. I think next time we'll just stick to the chicken, beans, and rice.
