Very impressed with this nail salon. I came in needing rescuing because several of my nails had broken from an SNS job done by another place a week before. They were able to painlessly remove the broken nails and place on a new set. There was no wait... they had enough staff to fully attend to my needs and the needs of others. I love my nails. They look beautiful and sturdy... should last quite a while. The staff were all very friendly and helpful so I made an appointment to come back with my daughter for pedicures. Once again, immensely impressed. They have two special chairs for kids under 12 and they are so cute! She got her own spa pedi in a chair that did not swallow her. We will definitely be back again and I would highly recommend they are very sanitary and give each pedicure their own plastic covering. read more

WORST NAILS IVE EVER GOTTEN. the thing is their the most basic nails to do, white acrylic with small tips, how can they mess it up?? i wanted more of a narrow nail, coffin. i got ugly shaped nails, they look like gum. i've gotten my nails done every month and i wanted to this salon a try. horrible. two people doing my nails and still couldn't get it done, i'm so mad i had to pay 55 dollars for something so bad, the price is insane, so much for white nails. also BAD SERVICE. lady was so rude after telling her they were the same length. i wanted to the 1st one, i got the second one. This was the worst experience I have ever had I cried. They cut me, ruined my natural nail and the tried to make me walk out with a clumpy dip. They also shortened my super long natural nails to where they were all different lengths. They tried to make me pay and I was in pain and so upset I told them I was not paying them for this to please remove it. They said okay kicked me out like this. read more

I came in with a few designs and they helped me pick this one! I really like how my nails turned out. I've tried doing designs on my own nails at home but I'm not coordinated enough! This place is always clean and the technician is meticulous. He didn't rush through the procedure. The prices are fair as well. I got a mani/pedi with sns + the design for $75. They are friendly too! I have been to this salon twice as I'm trying to find a new home salon. First time, the gel polish closest to my cuticles changed color only a few days later. This time, my red gel manicure is turning ORANGE and staying that way (and I did not get color changing gel). Again, this is only a few days after the appointment. I've never experienced this. This place is very well maintained and properly sanitized. The Decor looks like you're at a spa, it's soothing and relaxing. Very friendly staffs and most importantly is their phenomenal service. I'm very picky with my nails. I like perfections and they meet it. They are always up to date with new nail techniques and nail art. Try the dipping powder, it's a healthy nail color or French that is natural yet stays strong and lasts for over 4 weeks. This dipping powder thing is rare and not many salons know about it. First time visit to this salon. The appearance of salon was a Spa decor with calming colors. I called ahead for an appointment. While I was there several walk in clients came in so you can still be seen pretty quick. The spa chairs are clean and well maintained. I had two technicians, Nicki and Dee. They both were very attentive. Nicki gave me a deluxe pedicure and the massage was excellent. I was happy that they both knew how to properly take care of ingrown nails. My daughter asked for a Mani Pedi for her 11th birthday back in July. The lady that did my daughter's Mani Pedi - either did not listen to me when I told her to cut my daughter's toe nails straight across or did not understand English. She did not understand the word STOP. Here is is October and my daughter is on her second course of antibiotics with both of her big toes infected and ingrown. I am staying away from this place for many reasons I HIGHLY recommend finding ANYWHERE else but this place unless you want to not be listened to and you love a good multiple month long infection. read more

I came in to have my out grown SNS nails removed and new gel nail polish added. The lady who worked at La Belle did not know how to remove them. She physically ripped off 7 of the old polishes from my finger nails by force. Even when I protested by saying you are supposed to sand off the old color or soak them, she did not stop. Finally, another La Belle salon worker told her to stop and she did. I find it surprising and shocking the nail salonists do not know how to remove SNS powder based nails. After wearing acrylic pink and whites for over 14 years I have only been to 3 different spa's for care. I really like this spa....because they dont karate chop your legs for a massage- they dont have tacky nail posters in cheap frames, and they have nice music playing - instead of the news on the plasma tv's. I dont have small children but thought it was extra thoughtful that they have kid chairs with music and dvd players for entertainment. Nice place! read more

This is my spot. I've been coming here for about 4 years, and I've always walked away happy. Very clean and sanitary, good prices, nice employees, and guess what?! They do a good job!! OmyGosh! If you aren't happy with the job they've done; they'll fix it. If you get home and you chip it the first or second day; they'll fix it. (*note: the "nice employees" part is conditional, but they will get over you wanting your uneven nail fixed somehow) the one time I got a pedicure at some salon in Norcross I was pissed about the service/cleanliness and it was gone in a week. This review is specifically for Sonny. I think Sonny is one of the best manicurists I have ever known! In the past I have steered clear of male manucurists but about a year ago Sonny was who was available and I have never had a manicure from another person since! I have the world's worst cuticles and my nails and cuticles look like a million bucks when he's done with them. I used to have acylic nails and he does a great job with those and pedicures as well. read more

I love this place. By far this is the best salon i'd visited. Love the manicure Gel Polish and Deluxe spa pedicure. My nails last over 2 weeks. I decided to get my nails done for my birthday at a different salon, and I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and it was to this salon and my nails looked so bad. the first fill that I had gotten looked he ends horrible, the ends were not even. The second fill I had gotten i had gotten color and it was more than the first time. The third fill was even worse, the person doing them left huge lumps of acrylic on my nails and they were all ruff looking, and this last one that i had gotten was one of the worst of them all, the person RIPPED off the nail and just put acrylic over it. Every week my nails chip they have never done that before. the only reason i kept going back was i had to get rid of the gift certificate! Now that i am done with it i am never going back there again. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

So wanted to love this place! Close, neat, clean, sanitary. Sooooo didn't work out the way I wanted. 1st manicure, ok. Got semi-cut up during cuticle removal. Ok, it happens. 2nd trip back, I left BLEEDING, really bleeding, in 3 spots. 7 of my 10 nails were nicked with 1 MAJOR dripping blood, and 2 others visibly cut open. REALLY disappointed. read more

I have given this place its final chance! I paid over $80 for an SNS manicure, deluxe pedicure, and got my brows waxed a week ago. The SNS is already chipped and coming off on almost every nail...most of the time I can get a minimum of 2 weeks if not 3 weeks with SNS from other places and it's LESS expensive! The lady that did my brows was rude also! She basically told me I needed to wax my upper lip also, which I've never done in my life bc the hair is blonde. She asked if I wanted to do my face also, and I said "you mean lip? I've never done that before..." and she said "oh, well you have a lot of hair there", and laughed. I did not ask your opinion and that is definitely not what you say to a well paying customer. I am extremely disappointed with my visit here, and it's not the first time. Gel nails should last at least 2-weeks. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case the last two times I had my nails done there. The first time I simply had them re-done even though they started to chip only a few days after they had been done. The second time (same nail tech) did my nails the same problem occurred. This time I asked that my broken and/or chipped nails be repaired. The Manager got very aggressive and told me they would not do anything for me. No service after the sale.... I will never go back. After all, there is a nail shop in every shopping strip. Their loss, not mine. read more
