Hannah and Anna treated me with so much tenderness today! I felt very pampered for my birthday. I've been a customer for many years now. I highly recommend Lusso. I saw a post about poor quality products, but I've always had a great experience and excellent quality. The one time I wasn't 100% satisfied they offered to do my nails again. They have always taken feedback well and been so sweet and gracious to their guests. Brand new salon that I discovered and decided to try based on a yelp search! I thought the staff was nice and I was met with a smile and a clear explanation of how to check in and what to do. The salon is super clean and has an upscale look to it. I went as a walk-in on a weekday for a pedicure and SNS, and I was serviced shortly after walking in. The pedi massage chairs are comfy and relaxing. The entire environment is relaxing in fact. There are plenty of color options for gel AND SNS. I was so happy to see the SNS selection. For the most part, they were organized and efficient, but towards the end of my service, there was a little confusion . The person doing my feet (Daisy, I believe) did a great job with the pedi part, but then someone else came to polish. Which was fine, but I wasn't sure what was going on. I decided to try a different shape for my nails and the tech did a good job doing the shape I had in mind. But one thing I wasn't super happy about was, I showed the nail tech a design and she said she could do it, but then when it came time - she didn't do anything close to what I wanted. I said the design didn't have to be exactly the same, but this was sooo off. It seems they were pressed for time because more ppl were starting to come in, but it also didn't appear they even had the right colors to do what I asked for so I'm unsure why she agreed to do it. She was nice overall, but I wasn't feeling the design or being rushed in a sense at the end of my service. If I could give .5 stars, I'd give a 3.5 but I'll round up to a 4 since they were all very nice. A good heads up is they prefer for you to NOT do gratuity on card, so bring cash to tip. Also I found it to be quite pricey, especially for the area. For example, the deluxe pedi (the one that includes callus removal) = $43 and the gel polish add on is $20 extra (usually 10-15 at other places). read more

Wow! Top-tier service and nail design. I've been going to a nail salon for years that has become so popular, you can't get in without an appointment. I can't plan my life like that! Lusso was mentioned in my neighborhood as a new salon that just opened. Why not Try it! I couldn't be happier! Daisy was my most wonderful nail lady. She has so talent! Two hours and my nails still have dirt under them. Got an SNS plus manicure and a pedicure - went with their top knotty packages for both. $168 dollars later my nails look sloppy and I'll have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I'm shocked this place is as busy as it is. Staff is extremely rushed, and quality of work is poor. read more

This place is beautiful, they are very nice, and my nails look OK but I've been getting a pedicure for years and I've always gotten a decent massage. Some are better than others. This one was literally 10 seconds. It's an important part of a pedicure. Maybe you need to get a deluxe pedicure but for $30 they do your nails and not too much of anything else. read more

I took a chance, as I lost my nail person after 7 years. I made my appointment a week in advance. When I arrived, I was ignored, had to sit down and wait until I told them I had an appointment. I waited for more than 20 minutes. I don't know who did my nails, but they were awful. Everyone, except the girl who did my pedicure was unfriendly. I have never been treated this badly in any nail salon, and never been so totally unhappy with my nails. Will keep looking. read more
