Nail Artists - french gel manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

Tried to get service 30min before closing time and was denied bc they were ready to close early. Customers are not first.

If I could leave less than a one I would. Beware! My nail tech took a giant snip out of my finger with the cuticle scissors. I'm bleeding and swollen and whoever was doing my nails should absolutely get their license taken away. read more

Nail Artists - My bloody cut finger. Missed the cuticle by a long shot. - Nail Salons Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

Water wasn't warm for my pedicure. The paint on my toe nails had already wrinkled and smudged by the time I got home (I did sit under the dryer for a long time). I got SNS. The tech did not push back or remove cuticles. She did not take the powder all the way to base of the nail so I already looked like I needed a fill in. I've now had my nails for 1 week and they're already separating off my nail at the base and snagging in my hair. .. pretty disappointed for $150. read more

Just left. Overall experience after looking at my nails...soso. I am a little spoiled by my two other nail salon experiences. They were larger and had a bit more ambiance. I will also note this place appeared to be very clean. My husband went together. They took him first for his pedicure. We both worried they forgot I wanted one too. Within a few minutes they were ready for me. We were not offered any of their pedicure packages. Maybe hubby was but I was not. I also thought we would be there a while as one customer had 3 people working on her. Within 45 minutes we were done. That was impressive but looking at my nails with my glasses I still see gaps. In a week they will look like I need a fill in. Would I come here again? Only if I am desperate. Sorry really wanted this to be a good review because they are closer to where we live. I took before and after shots. They do a good job in calling their regulars by name when they arrive. See you soon Elegant Nails in Roswell. read more

Lovely service and lovely people. I have finally found my go to pedicure place! There is abundant parking, the place is very clean and tidy plus my mani-pedi was immaculate!! Splendid! read more

Nail salons are a dime a dozen, so if one of them doesn't cut the mustard, I don't mind saying so. So, here goes: this is not my regular salon, but I was drawn here out of convenience and some thought they'd do a decent job given their good (so far) Yelp ratings. Not so much. Clean facility, and kudos for a good leg massage, otherwise it was subpar. The manicurist was perfunctory and went so short with my nails that she was into my nail bed when she filed. When I asked her to remove some polish under my nails that one of the kids used as a sample palette, she tried to dig it out instead of using polish remover, which she only used as a last resort at my insistence. The pedicurist struggled with the meaning of "short" and had to revisit trimming repeatedly. She had a really difficult time with the paint job, too, which was ultimately not up to par despite her strained effort. Once she was done, she sat me at the dryer and never came back to help me get my sandals on over the wet polish - in fact, I never saw her again, which was pretty much the final straw for me. This place is apparently working out for a number of people, but I don't think I will be back here again :-/ read more

Convenient bc of location and parking. No wait Friday before 5 quick service but you give up the attention to detail. I went to Nail Artists for the first time yesterday, and it was GREAT! Everyone was very friendly, it was very clean and welcoming, and I will definitely be returning. Sandy, Lisa and Elaine were the ladies that helped me and they were wonderfuly. They talked with me, but also gave me some time to quietly enjoy the services. I was there late yesterday and when I got home I had smudged a finger pretty badly. I went back today and they were so kind about re-doing it and made me feel better by saying "Don't you worry! You didn't do it on purpose!" Plus, they remembered my name, from only being there once. I pass several nail places on my way to Nail Artists, but it's worth it. GREAT customer service and GREAT atmosphere!! read more

I found Nail Artists here on Yelp. I was unhappy with my local nail salons and was looking for a new one. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. It feels less like a "drive-thru, hurry up, get out" kind of salon. It feels more like a spa. The salon was extremely busy but never did I feel like just another number. I felt very welcome and important. The overall layout is typical but with nice finishes, furniture and fixtures. I waited until my second visit to post this review. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a one time success. My second visit was even more pleasant than the first. Again, the salon was busy, but never was I ignored or neglected. Again, I did not feel like a rushed, hurried out customer. Sandy is my nail technician and does a beautiful job! I am so very happy that I've found this salon. I have acrylic nails and have been to many nail salons. I will definitely be going back - and I'd like to point out that I pass at least 5 other nail salons on my drive to this one from my house. Go ahead and give them a try. You won't be disappointed! I promise. read more

I have gone to a lot of nail salons in the area, and this is the best one. They do a good job in a timely fashion; the staff is very friendly and professional, and it's a clean, spacious, and pleasant environment. I think Sandy is particularly good, but they are all first rate. Full services here, including a bunch of those great massage chairs when you get a pedicure. I highly recommend. Oh, yes...a bonus! After your nails are done, go next door to Juicy Green, and have a frozen Green Tea yogurt! I know it sounds weird, but it's positively addictive! read more

Still going here exclusively - love it! SNS nails have gotten more popular so you I now go to Tammy or Tracy for SNS... and I think Ginny also does SNS there. Comparing my SNS to others I know that go elsewhere I think mine last longer (I can go up to every 4 weeks now without a break before I feel they need to be redone) and Tammy and Tracy are quick finishing in less than an hour. read more

Ask for Jenny! She did such an amazing job on my Gel Manicure and was so sweet! Will definitely be back to try a pedicure.

I get my nails done by Tracy and she does a fantastic job!!! The whole staff is friendly and they make a point of addressing you by name. Each time I've gone, Tracy has worked very hard to make sure my nails are even, symmetrical, and exactly what I want! I'm so glad to live so close to such a FANTASTIC nail salon. read more

I have just moved into the area, after reading reviews, thought I'd try this nail salon, I'm glad I did. It was clean, everyone was very friendly. The technicians took their time and I had a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back. I went there on July 3 to get gel nails and a pedicure because they were closed on July 4 and I was flying to a wedding out of town early in the morning July 5. I got the gel nails but on the morning of July 4 three of them just fell off -- the complete gel polish shaped like a nail just slid off and I had 3 bare nails. Because they were closed, I went to Ellen's nails in the Kroger Plaza to have redone before leaving town and paid again for the service. Ellen's did a fabulous job and today is July 25 and they still look great. Upon returning to town on July 9, I went back to the salon with the 3 gel nails that had fallen off and asked (not for cash back) but for a voucher to have my nails redone the next time I was ready. The manager said she was busy and could not talk to me and had me speak to two other employees who spoke to each other in Vietnamese and acted like they did not understand my problem. I never got any satisfaction so I left. The July 3 visit cost $60 including tip and I never got any satisfaction for gel nails that lasted less than 24 hours. They did a bad job and would not make it right. Mary S. read more

For me getting a mani and pedi is a stress reliever and a way to pamper myself. I've been to many salons and this one is the best yet!. The ladies here are so nice and they know my sister and I by name. They ask how my sister and I are doing, if I have a bf, when we are going to get married, and things like that. I'm all about having relationships with customers. I like that sort of thing when it comes to hair stylists, alterations, nail salons, dry cleaners, ect. I feel like they actually know me and it keeps me coming back. The service is very good here. It is in the middle of the Country Club of the South, so you see many ritzy women and then there is me wishing I was one of them :P The girls here even know what kind of polish I wear so they usually get it for me unless I try to be daring and pick a new color. They use OPI as their main polish. The mani and pedi is $30, mani $15, and pedi $20. If you are in the area, you have to stop by and you won't be disappointed! read more

I called about 2:30 pm to see if I could come in for a pedicure. The lady on the phone said that they were busy and to come around 4:30. Although an appointment is not required, I would recommend it just in case even though they had 5 nail techs working while I was there. A nail salon can get super hectic at times. And understandable with this crazy hot weather. The nail tech who gave me a pedicure was Lisa. I am Vietnamese, as are all the ladies. Lisa greeted me in Vietnamese and was very talkative and friendly. I am not from the area and so I had asked for some restaurant recommendations. They were very helpful. The ladies are very friendly as well. We all engaged in conversation since I was the only customer at the time. It was overall a wonderful experience. My pedicure was wonderful as well as the massage, which was not rushed! Definitely a plus for me! Lisa took her time when it came to painting my toes. She's very good with polishing. I'm also a licensed nail tech but not actively working and so I am very particular as to the level of service I receive and what to expect. And I was very satisfied. The salon was very well kept and clean. The interior decor is very nice. I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a relaxing pedicure. Since I am in town visiting, I doubt I will ever have to chance to return, so someone else come back and enjoy another pedicure for me! And the best part for me...a spa pedicure is only $20! I'm so used to paying about $28-$30 from where I live!!! read more

Great service. The salon was clean, service was prompt and I was very happy with the manicure and pedicure. The polish on my hands has lasted for a week so far, on par with most other manicures I have had in the past. The polish on my toes looks very good and I expect it will last at least at least another couple of weeks if not longer. read more

My wife convinced me to get a pedicure and we found this place through Yelp. It was clean and the people were very friendly. I think it was kind of a novelty having a man in there but I was treated to a great pedicure. After seeing all my coworkers with gel nails, I decided that I would love to try them. This place has great reviews on yelp and is close to home. I was a walk-in and seen within 10 minutes. First, there was a bit of a language barrier, as I requested gel nails, but the tech started to bring out the acrylic tips. I HATE the dremel tool, and don't think it should be used in nail salons. So, of course, out came the dremel. The gel process took a long time; the salon did not have the pink gel; and the white was painted unevenly. However, this was an improvement from my natural nails, and I had other appointments to keep. Nails were done on Friday. Today is Monday, and they are peeling. There is no way this will last over a week (optimistic). My coworkers' nails last for 2-3 weeks. Will be going to one of their salons next time... read more

Love this place! Come her with friends and am pleased every time. I've had every girl do my nails and they're all amazing. I've had mani, pedi, gels, and French and they've always taken great care of me. Prices are outstanding at 15 for mani, 20 for pedi, and 30 for both. Nails will look amazing and they take their time when lotioning and painting. Ladies have conversations with you and the atmosphere is amazing and super relaxing. I work right around the corner so I thought I'd give them a shot. Several co workers had warned me but I was desperate to get my 3 week old gel polish taken off. I have to admit upon arrival the place is very nicely decorated, clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the quality was service was very disappointing. One of my cuticles was cut and bleeding. When I was asked to wash my hands I noticed there was still gel polish, so I pointed it out to my tech who responded that she would just paint with clear and it would be gone! Ummmm, my gel polish was brown so it doesn't just "go away" with clear polish. My finger is still throbbing 4 hours later due to the cut. read more

I've been going to this salon for over 5 years! I love this place and all of the people that work there are so nice. One thing I really like about the salon is that it doesn't smell like chemicals like a lot of other nail salons smell. They keep this place super clean and have a wide variety of polishes. I usually get acrylics and I ask for a natural looking shape. My results are always what I'm asking for and if it is not what I imagined they have no problem fixing it. I appreciate how much time they put into my nails too, they never rush the process which is important. Ask for Elaine she's probably my favorite, but everyone there is great! read more

Nail Artists from the very beginning has always been clean, professional and always a step above! I've been going there since they opened! Pros: very clean, very professional Cons: Quality inconsistent, depending on which tech does your nails Specifics:tech did not do a thorough job of removing my old clear polish and you could see the outline of patches of old polish under the new manicure) Same old nail polish color selection, do not have latest colors Some polishes look old and thick, others go on too thin (perhaps from being thinned out with polish thinner) and the two coats does not provide enough cover. read more
