I've never had a bad experience, and the staff is just so welcoming and warm. They do take walk-ins which is nice when it's a spontaneous decision like I made, but you can also make an appointment ahead of time for a specific time slot and day. The massage chairs are so comfortable, and everything feels very organized and clean. They usually have the TV on with a family friendly show or movie, and offer different service options depending on your needs and price point. I love that you get to choose your scent for the scrub (even with the lowest tiered option for a pedicure), and usually go with lemon or lavender. I never feel rushed which is super important to me, and all the estheticians are incredible and meticulous.
