I had been there a couple of times and received excellent service. I went right before Christmas and the technician that did my nails drilled my nails pretty heavy in removing my old polish. This left my nails very thin, causing them to split and break off. I went back and was told they could fix them but I would have to pay. I was furious but I still had to pay 25.00 for repair that was not my fault. The owner/ manager did not care but the technician they got to do the repair was nice. Bottom line I will never go back. Customer service should be a must as there are too many places to choose from. read more

Nails way overdone and lumpy. not smooth for what I paid for & too expensive for what was done.

I am by no means a regular customer to a nail salon, but I needed a pedicure, and at the insistence of my wife, I came to Bliss. In fact this was my second pedicure ever, but it was an excellent experience. The ladies are very kind, and they took great care to make me feel comfortable, especially when I told them I was a rookie, and not a fan of having my feet handled. The pedicure felt great and it was even a relaxing experience. I'll be back . . . Cheers! RS read more

Incredibly friendly. Reasonable prices. Always give me what I ask for and more. Like to do my nails and pedicures separately to enjoy both services. read more

Ask for Trish. She gives you AMAZING foot massages. My feet and legs were hurting from walking a lot lately. Checked myself in to get a pedicure, and Trish is currently bringing the circulation back into my legs and making my toenails look beautiful. I love coming here to get my pedi and mani done. I enjoy the pedicures more as I use my hands a lot at work, so I dont get pressed on nails ever. Come and try it yourself. read more

Got a SNS manicure here on Saturday (April 22) and my nails started chipping the next day. I've been getting SNS for years and have never had this issue. This was my first time trying this salon and I'm very upset. Now I have 3 broken nails! Again, this have never happened to me before with SNS. See photos below. 2 starts because service was good and staff was friendly but just poor quality work. read more

I followed Julie here from another salon, and I'll follow her again if she leaves! This salon is much more spacious and bright, everything is clean and classy. They have a decent amount of sns colors to choose from a well. Their prices are comparable to others I've been to. They've been really busy lately and sometimes get overwhelmed, so I suggest calling ahead, especially if you have a group. They're following COVID safety practices as well. Julie never fails to give me amazing nails (lol), takes her time, and takes pride in making sure her work is beautiful. read more

Very big lots of room for spacing when not full. Staff was so friendly. Place is clean, use new tools, plastic bags in the bowls and don't hurry you out. Variety of services. Massage, nails, pedi, manicure, tinting waxing and much more. Good selection of colors and decent pricing. read more

Went here for an impromptu time with my mother. While I don't expect much for me but they did a number on my mother's nails, they went through 3 people who couldn't understand why a straight line on a curved finger nail was and filed them down almost to where she doesn't have some nails left. Looks like they just changed management but I would not suggest coming here. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is the fact that they did fine on me. read more

Mya does a wonderful pedicure! She's very thorough, and I truly appreciate her skill.

Had a wonderful experience at this salon -- Helpful, Professional, Courteous, and Kind . Will be returning.

This salon is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I had Anna do my nails and she helped me pick out the perfect color and was super gentle and listened to exactly what I wanted. Vince did my pedicure, and I have never had someone pay so much a time and attention to details. He made sure my toes were perfectly polished and I had perfectly soft feet! I will definitely be back!! read more

charged 75$ and claimed the technician could do acrylic (old style) nails and change polish to match on toes... charged 45$ and nails look terrible! then charged 30$ to change the polish on my toes. this was the second chance and i was very specific of what i wanted before going... they lied, did a horrible job and then charged too much! do not go there... i wish snow had not left she was the only one that could do nails! read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Came in for the first time with my girlfriend and they took great care of us! Money did an amazing job!

Finally found my go-to salon. They have a new owner and very skilled, kind techs. Give them another try if you've been disappointed here before. I'm happy I did. read more

I believe the shop is under new management for the third time since I first tried them. Though the techs I've liked in the past have moved on, today's pedi with Mya was great. Staff was friendly and thorough. read more

I have gone a total of 3 times since the opening of this location. 2 visits consist of SNS and 1 visit for a pedicure. The SNS was ON POINT! Great selection of colors and they lasted 3 weeks each time. The pedicure is the reason of the star deduction. I got the Herbal Lavender Pedicure (45$) and even though it was amazing during the appointment, I noticed a lot of ball and heel cracking days after. Not sure if it was the product they used for the herbal pedicure (boxed package) or the quality of the scrubbing. Looking to try the sugar pedicure the next time I decide to get one. Just hoping they are working on "just opened" kinks. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! The first time we went my daughter and I both got a full set, gel. I also got a pedicure. Spent $100 on everything. A week later 2 of my daughters nails came off. I decided I'd go back a few days ago to get a fill in. My nails look terrible and the guy charged me $40 for a fill in. My nails are short nothing special but the gel. I paid $35 for a full set. When I left I called to ask why he charged me $40 for a fill in but she could give me no reason. My nails look horrible. I tried to explain to the guy how I like my tips but he was getting frustrated and then started complaining. They're rude and it's not worth what you pay!! Go somewhere else!! I'll never go again even tho it is convenient. read more

Good customer service! Great work. I've had my nails on over a month and not one has broke! Definitely will be coming back!

Awful pedicure .. she didn't file the ends of my toenails , nor clean from Under them and along the sides .. i had to go Home and file the uneven ends, after her cutting . read more

My daughter went to get a basic pedicure for Homecoming. She picked out a polish from the wall, sat down. Upon paying for her they told me the polish she pick was a gel (it wasn't) and that her charges were $30 for the pedicure plus $10 for the gel. They charged us $45. I just paid and left. I will not go back to this place. read more

Never again will I come back here! They did a sloppy job, rude and when I asked for gel polish the lady doing my pedicure rolled her eyes and stormed off! Don't waste your money at this place. read more

Paid for a deluxe pedicure and didn't get half the stuff that was on the menu. Kim was my tech and was horrible and rude. Could tell she was in a rush to leave. Didn't even do a top coat. read more

Terrible terrible! I less than a mile from the skies unfortunately this would've been very convenient was looking forward to that experience but your staff needs to change! Horrible! I I was told it would be 25 minutes I came back in 20 waited 45 minutes and two clients that have just walked in more address before me no thank you will never be back read more

Went on week 3 of opening. Called ahead to make sure there would be availability. Made an appointment. Arrived and found 6 people waiting with only 4 nail techs currently working with others. Although the salon was clean and bright, the service once it began 1 hour after appointment time was poor. Tech did not exfoliate my feet well nor was the polish applied well. Pedicure bowls were not cleaned between clients. Although they were lined with plastic, no cleaning was done. They advertised that they used hospital grade sterilization but the packs were open and not processed. Will not be returning. read more

Came to get nails done for homecoming, me and my friend sat down, picked our colors. They did my friends nails and sat me down for an hour and 30 minutes without anything being done to mine, i waited for my friend to get theirs done and they rushed us out of the store without doing my nails. I mentioned several times i was getting mine done as well and they did not touch my nails whatsoever, got to the point where it was too late to get mine done anyway, get your nails somewhere else!! read more

Every time I come in here I have a fantastic experience! Everyone is so nice and caters to you. I definitely recommend coming here!!!

The new management is really good. Joanne did my nails and they look incredible! She did a really good job on designing my nails! Really satisfied with the outcome. Will be coming back again to get a new design from Joanne :)) read more
