Nail Dynasty Salon is a sparkling clean, lovely salon. The staff went above and beyond to treat my mother (who is physically disabled) like a princess. They were even accommodating to her small poodle, who was traveling with us. I wish I could post pictures to show you how relaxed and happy she was. I will return over and over because of the people working there. They pampered her and responded to her in such a gentle, loving way. I wish I got their names, because they deserve the recognition. I came on a Sunday. They got me right into a chair. There was another woman there before me. My feet sat in water for over 45 minutes. They took someone who came in after me and never got to me. If I'd have known they were going to take that long, I'd have gone grocery shopping first. They never said it would be an hour wait. Terrible customer service. read more

This is the 4th visit here but today I decided to write a review as a reminder to not return. I had to ask my tech twice to clean the basin. My 5 min wait was 20 mins so i had plenty of time to see her not clean the basin. They just spray the empty basin and voila! clean. Gross! Finally another tech came with cleaning solution to spray and towel clean it. Someone's feet parts were swimming around in my water. I started to clutch my purse to head for the exit but I was crunched for time so I stayed. They have always done a good job but the cleaning practices are questionable. I will definitely drive the extra mile to Lee's next time. In terms of convenience this place makes life easier, but they made me feel like an inconvenience so I won't be back unless every other nail shop in my neighborhood disappears. Worst nail salon I've ever been to! Asked for gel polish, an they applied all coats of polish (clear, polish, clear) at once then put them under the ultra violet light. When filing my nails I had to tell them to stop more than once before my skin started to bleed. My dog could have polished my nails better - it was literally stuck to the sides of nails/skin. Now 3 days later and the gel polish is peeling off. This place was disgustingly dirty and the pedicure chair was broken. I could go on, but I think I've gotten my point across. When you walk in and ask for 2 pedicures and 2 gel manicures, spend over 2 hours there and they forget about 1 of your gel manicures, so you left without getting your nails done - spent $97.00 (not including tip) - RUN!! I wouldn't go back to this nail salon if it was the last nail salon on Earth!!! read more

Beware! These people will fabricate bogus prices for your service when it comes time to pay. I should have asked for a price up front, because when I went to pay I was flabbergasted at a price of $90 for gel mani, deluxe pedi & eyebrows. I asked the woman to break that down for me & the total on the calculator only came to 78 (still overpriced for this sub par establishment in BFE) When she saw this she quickly made up some BOGUS charge of $10 for some hand scrub BS that she TOLD me she was going to do, never ASKED me if I wanted. On top of all of their terrible English, they can't even explain their service menu. Ex: they have 4 types of $35 pedicures, I asked what the difference was between them, and instead of explaining, they just continued to point at the menu & tell me to get the first one. This place is a joke!! It's rare that I ever have time to get out of the house and have a little me time, but when I do I want to relax and it be worth the money I am spending. When I walked in the lady immediately starts trying to sell me more than what I said I wanted twice. From what I could understand (their English is very minimal and hard to comprehend) a basic pedicure is $25 or $26, which is insane for the product and service... and to do a pedi/ mani is only $35, so only $10 more for the mani basically, so after 3 attempts I finally give in. I think why not! I deserve it. Well the up-charging continues. I'm not there to buy a freaking car. I want to relax and not feel like I'm being talked about in another language when I decline an eyebrow, lip or whole face wax... Anyways, so the guy and the girl doing my toes are hurrying through, which is anything but relaxing. The guy doing my manicure slaps on 3 coats of color, with the base coat and top coat allowing no time to dry in between. About a minute after he is done I notice air bubbles forming in between the color and top coat layer. For $35 I wasn't happy. The lady that suckered me into getting the "deal" notices me closely inspecting my nails and comes over and asked what happened. I tell her there's air bubbles. She grabs my hand to inspect and rushes off without saying anything. About 3 minutes later the guy comes back and asks me if I want the color changed.....To save time I suggest just throwing some glitter polish over it so I can't see the bubbles, and so I can leave. It's probably going to chip within a day or two anyways. He then proceeds to remove all of my nail polish and starts over. At this point I just wanted to leave. Meanwhile the lady doing my toes just has to get my shoe on that very moment.... (What ever happened to those flat little shoe things ?? )Because I really don't want teal green nail polish all over my Steve Madden sandals, nor do I want my toes smudged. Well, that's what happened anyways. The appropriate thing to do would be to remove all of the polish from that toe and to repaint it. Nope. Instead she tries to wipe of that section (big toe,so, kind of obvious..) and puts another coat on followed by another top coat. I can barely get two coats of nail polish to dry at home, what makes you think seven will give me no problems at 5pm. At this rate I'll be up until dawn waiting for my polish to dry. They leave me in the chair to wait and dry I guess. Did they plan on buying and spoon feeding me dinner, too? Because they're obviously content with me not being able to move for the next several hours... So a lady going through a divorce sits down beside me and starts going on about that whole ordeal and I realized it was time to go.... I was practically scolded for getting up and not drying. I obviously won't be going back here. I'm pretty sure the only thing they can say is how much I owe them. The little English they have is awful. Zero customer service. Definitely not a relaxing environment. Oh and I just noticed there's air bubbles on my toes now too. read more

The service experienced here might be adequate for a North Korean nail salon, but not for suburban Atlanta!! If I could give Nail Dynasty less than one star I would! You feel like all BUT royalty when you go here. I will never give them my business again. I went here for a spa pedicure and manicure with a few of my girlfriends. With both my manicure and pedicure I had to remind the tech to clip and file my nails. They totally skipped that part- both times! And they only briefly scrubbed and massaged my feet...disappointing! Isn't that the part everyone looks forward to? Lastly, I had to ask for the to-go flip flops. It's obviously fall weather and people are not out and about wearing sandals. I love this place! I'm not sure who these people or are writing these reviews, but I've only have one bad experience here and I've been going for 3 years. Once the gel was old and didn't last. They redid them no questions asked. The pedicures are awesome! I don't buy the most expensive one as the basic is just fine. Some of the gals are actually licensed massage therapists as well and they do a great neck and shoulder massage after your manicures. It's very clean and most speak enough English to have a nice conversation. They do waxing too, but I have no experience with that as I work in a hair salon and get mine done there.
