Seriously the best nail salon I've found in the county. John is so sweet. Holly and Dat give the best SNS manicures and Indy is the queen of pedicures. They had a color in gel that I loved and wanted in in SNS, at my next appointment I was surprised with the color in SNS. I went to get my nails done all the way home because I had an event the next day and I needed a full set. I did not have any nails on for them to take off so it was strictly just putting on a full set. I get my normal length which is just a hair longer than active lanes and I happen to get chrome on top of it by the time I got checked out my bill was $75. I said there must be some mistake. All I got was a full set. The owner John said it's $60 for a full set five dollars for the extra links, and $10 for the Chrome. I just about came out of my skin. They do a great job on nails, but there's no way I can afford to go to the salon, so be prepared to pay. Nail salons are really robbing us by raising these precious the way they are. read more

I'm in between a 2-3 stars on this one. My friend picked the place and I made the appointment. We arrived and it was a beautiful ambiance- love the gold/black/white modern feel. They've been open 7 months so pretty much brand new. I understand Vietnamese so it was fun just hearing what they had to say about us. To clarify.. my friend wasn't being "difficult" she just wanted time to think if she wanted to get her eyelashes done for the first time. She's never done it before and just didn't want to pay.. if I recall $90 for it? But she felt like it was being pushed on her. I did too. And me.. I don't have a lot of money just because I chose a Royal Spa pedicure or for you to up charge me.. I was spending time away from being a mom and just wanted to be pampered! Any-who, based on the work.. it was okay. The pedicure was decent. The manicure I came in with a pic and well it wasn't executed correctly. One lady knew the idea and the other didn't. The one that knew didn't paint the base first, it was the other one. And then when the main lady came to do it, she put foil on (very quickly and just not trying to replicate the essence of the pic) and I showed her the pic again for the marbling that was supposed to be a part of it. She tried doing it with another paint and it looked horrible so she took it off. I think overall there needs to be more communication. The lady that painted the gel on my nails.. I was so close to showing her the pic but she didn't want to see. The main person had pushed us that they'll do exactly like this, encouraging us to get more things done, etc from the beginning, but overall it just wasn't a relaxing experience. I give it the stars because the nails turned out alright and for the time we shared at the end when I responded in Vietnamese to them as they were talking some crap. After that, we were able to have a genuine convo. But just a heads up that even if people don't come in nog speaking Viet doesn't mean they don't know it! I have been here now 3 times for a pedicure. I have tried to make an appointment each time using the online system but don't bother using it. Call first. Each time I've used the online system, I get to my appointment and either the person I booked with isn't there or doesn't do pedicures. Example: my first visit I just picked the name Holly because you have to pick a name on the site to proceed. Because I didn't know anyone I checked Yelp first to see who the favorite was. Looked like Indy and Holly. Indy was unavailable so Holly it is! I showed to my appointment and Holly doesn't do pedicures. She only works on hands. But she is also one of the owners and she got me seated right away and got me assigned to a nail tech for a pedicure. They have a variety of pedicures to choose from. You can go basic all the way up to one with paraffin and hot stone massage. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the tech working on me but she was very friendly and actually translated anytime those around her spoke to her in Vietnamese even though I didn't ask. It was sort of nice that she respected I didn't speak the language and kept me included. The only thing lacking with this first experience was the massage. It really was just light tickling/touching of my legs and not something you can relax to. My second visit the initial tech I had was not there so I was assigned Mary. Mary is great! She talks kind of at your pace. She lets you relax if you want to relax and will carry on a conversation if you choose. Her massage was better than the first tech so Mary was my new go to girl. My third visit when I called, Mary was unavailable but I was told to come in anyway and I would be taken care of. Indy was my tech and as much as I enjoyed my pedicure with Mary, my experience as a whole with Indy was so much better. She's super friendly and funny. She is also a perfectionist. She didn't like something she did on a nail so she redid it without me saying anything. Indy is definitely a free spirit of positivity and it exudes from her. If you are looking for a nice clean and friendly spot in the Browns Bridge Area....this is your place. It's at the front of the Walmart shopping center and not the one further back by the liquor store. That one doesn't have the best reviews lol. read more

I came here to get my nails done with (Jhon) the pictures look so nice and I thought it was going to be professional work, my nails look like blobs,They messed up my nails the first time and when I asked them to fix them they were rude about it. He also kept saying it was my fault because I bite my nails. If he couldn't do the work he should have said it from the begging so that I could fine someone who could. My feet were begging me for a pedicure. In my case, I should have one every month for medical issues. Because a tornado has been running around in my personal life, I haven't had one in 3 months. They were in such horrible condition that I made up my mind that, if the result was just average, I would tip the poor technician who got stuck with fixing them with a very generous sum. I arrived at noon on the Saturday before Easter, expecting a crowd. I was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately. I picked option #2 My technician was a very sweet grandmotherly woman, who relaxed me immediately. The foot soak was exactly the right temperature. I have never had my feet treated as efficiently yet gently as they were by her. She didn't have to tell me about her years of experience, because I knew within 5 minutes that she was a professional. I luxuriated in the clutch of the massage chair while she massaged my calves and feet, then wrapped them in toasty steam towels. The treatment cost $38, and I brought it up to a nice even $60. read more

Do not go to this salon. They do not know what they're doing. I went just for a polish change and it cost me $25. Way to much even with 2 colors. The next day the polish started bubbling up and then it started to peel off. I went back and they would not give me my money back. I'm visiting my sister in the area and with some free time decided to go for a pedicure and made an appointment. They were incredibly friendly on the phone, got me to a chair right away, offered me an assortment of beverages and were very accommodating. Indy completed my pedicure and did a fantastic job! At 37 weeks pregnant, it's hard to feel comfortable and pampered these days but she did just that. Thank you, Indy! I came here to get my nails done, the photos look so nice so I believed that I was going to get professional work my nails look like absolute blobs. What is this this is disgusting. The lady who did my nails was so rude she cut down all of my nails all the way to the nail bed and I felt so uncomfortable. She didn't even cover my whole nail with the nail polish.
