Savory crepe filled with cheese and topped with ham and salad.

New location and a new name, and I am happy to find this place again. Their prior location was in a small house and before COVID my co-workers and I would visit frequently for a lunch sandwich and sweet. The owner is always super nice and helpful when making a selection from the menu. My boss and I visited for lunch last week and enjoyed the savory crepes. Mine was folded and filled with cheese before being topped off with ham and fresh salad. We were told the menu was about to change and sandwiches would be offered soon, so I will definitely return and check out the new selections. The present location is in a shopping center and not easy to see from the street. I was a bit surprised at their new location choice because it has never really seemed like a busy shopping center to me, although a lot of traffic passes by that intersection. I hope L'Epicerie by Quixote sticks around and their business builds. I also got a chocolate croissant to go. There weren't a lot of choices for pastries when we went last week, but the online photos show some great options and the prior location always had a lot of goodies, so it was probably just the time when I visited. I'll be returning soon and watching this business as it hopefully continues to grow.

I was so excited to see Quixote back. This new location is great. They still have the same delicious french baked goods as the old location. They have expanded the experience with their own coffee roasting as well as a carefully curated collection of food and cooking essentials from France and Spain. It's all great.

Staff was very friendly and nice! All the pastries we had there was delicious. Croissants were buttery soft and flaky! Coffee was good as well. I would definitely come back here!

Coffee and delicious pastry. It's a small quaint Coffee roasting house with French market and delicious French pastry. Let help support this new small business in our neighborhood.

There is nothing better than a great local roaster with a coffee shop attached, right? Well wrong!…read moreWhat about a local roaster with a coffee shop attached AND they offer tours? Even better right?? Well welcome to Parks Coffee! I've driven past this place so many times on PGBT that I googled them and saw they offered tours. So I immediately booked one and have to say it was well worth the cost. You get to see the behind the scenes and understand more about the process of making coffee. There is even a tour you can request in which you can roast your own bag (details on their website as it may change from when I post this). At the end of the tour you get to try a sampling of their single origin coffees that are paired with bite size pastries from a local bakery, La Casita, that were delicious! The pairings really brought out the notes in the coffee and even I felt like a coffee sommelier! Plus after the tour you get a discount at the coffee shop and it applies to their sweet shirts. Overall I highly recommend checking them out and taking the tour. Their coffees were great and the tour was enlightening.

Parks was my go to coffee shop last year and the year before that! I would always come here to work…read moreor study with friends. The inside is so spacious and there's ample amount of seating. It does get busy but never too crazy! Nor does it get super loud in there either which is perfect for studying. The coffee here is also great! They have different coffee special drinks every month and I usually try those or I get my usual lavender latte. I love this coffee shop and I'm so glad it's close by. It's still my go to spot!
