I am very disappointed in the customer service I've received from this store. I have been shopping her for at least 10 yrs. they have a wide range of school uniform and cloths for children. But, I will never go back. I purchased an outfit for my son and I was told that if it did not fit I can return it. I took it home and tried on the jacket and it was way to big. So to days later I decide to return it for a smaller size. Well they check out the shirt to the suit and said it was dirty and insisted it has been worn. Of course it was their word against mine. I further explained to the lady that it was not work the jacket and the pants was way to big. Mind you, I did not touch the shirt. But because it was white and had some dirt on it, I could not return it for another size. I spoke to a guy from the Brockton store to try to resolve the issue and got no where. The man on the other end of the phone told me He was the owner but he would not tell me his name when I ask. He did not even see the outfit I was talking about but mad the choice over the phone that it was not returnable. And he had the nerve to call the other stores to tell them not to take the item back even though I had my receipt and it was only 2 dAys into the purchase. Now if I was shopping at Lord and Taylor's I would have been able to return this outfit. I will just consider this a lose, but I will never set a pinky toe back in that store again. I rather spend my money on some real quality cloths and get treated with respect. I guess that old saying you get what you pay for is really true. read more
