I got a pedicure here and the lady literally ripped out my ingrown toenail. It hurt so bad and I was bleeding. I instinctively pulled my foot away when she was digging it out but she held my foot down and continued. I should've yelled at her to stop but I am way too nice and non-confrontational so I just let her continue. It did end up getting infected but I just managed it at home, I also couldn't walk well on that foot for about a week. Went get a acrylic fill asked for no change in length, all my nails are all different lengths, i had to get a nail file to fix them myself, he didn't even talk he was gambling on soccer then whole time so he barely paid attention to what he was doing, and he charged me 65$ for a fill and simple french tip!!!! absolutely awful will never come back and definitely don't recommend girlys!!! read more

Under new ownership it seems and disappointing. They give you a price and dont honor it. Didnt ask for anything extra and then charge you more when leaving without asking or saying something they do is gonna cost more so the customer can make a choice. CRazy excuses. There's A REASON WHY theres No customers in the place since the new ownership. Was much better before the other business was bought out. If you are charging more to NOT cut so much nail off and throw in trash, say so. If someone shows a pic of long nails and you quote a price, honor it. Don't upcharge and say, "Because you wanted Long nails??" Hate, hate, hate a scam. It's an embarrassment to the business and won't be returning. read more

Made an appointment for my sister, myself and my Mom at 10:30 a.m. We showed up a little before and they seated us right away. They started mine and my Mom's "deluxe pedicure" and mine was completely rushed as they just kept bringing in more and more people despite not having enough staff. My sister didn't get her pedicure started until at least 11:30 am. I didn't even get a leg massage with mine. Our French pedis look like I did it myself, which is not impressive. We did shellac on our manicures and the polish doesn't even cover the entire nail on any side. $116 for two pedis, two manis and it was a waste of money and an irritating and frustrating experience. I won't be coming back. By the way, it's now 12:17 pm and my mom and I have been sitting outside for the last 47 minutes while they finally get to my sister! read more

Cheap pedis. So starting at $18 you can get a basic pedi. With polish, cuticle cut, and all the normal things. But they give you several other options for a price of course. I chose number 3. $28 I also got a more elaborate massage and a paraffin wax. Honestly I wish I would have gone with the #2 and got the sugar scrub for 25 the massage was nothing more than basic and he used nail on the bottom of my foot. I have tried this establishment a few times and every time I have been embarrassed or the last time I was assaulted by the owners wife she used nail polish remover on my open wound I had told her that I broke the nail back behind the quick and I said I had tried to get the tip off but it was to sore and if she had any knowledge how to take the tip off the nail bed until it grew back. she was rude and mean and she did it in a nice but mean way. I will never go back.!!! Its really a shame being by the FredMeyer s would have been a great salon. read more

I have been there lots of time and always feel pressured to add more services. I go get my nails done to relax not to get annoyed by the ladies. Do you want extra flower or gem. This last time the owner did my daughter shellac and mine and it was rushed and she didn't even give a full manicure. Still paid full price for it to. Will not recommend this place. read more

So I came here about a month ago and received a basic $18 pedi... The lady who did them was excellent the place is very clean. So with that being said I came back here today because it's about that time again... I was seated right away and again I picked my basic $18 pedi. Reason being I don't have cracked heels, there's not much to be done to my feet. So I sit down the guy asked me which one would I like, I told him just the basic pedi, then another staff member walks over a lady and asks me which one would I like. Again I stated the basic pedi, she ask me do you want to upgrade to the plus. Ummm, no just a basic is fine. Her next question was do you want a mani? No thanks I tell her. So I began to soak my feet which was only for about a minute, I Kidd you not, and she than begins to go to work on my basic pedi, but wait before she takes the polish off she holds up this little zip lock bag with a nail file and buffer in it and asks me if I would like to purchase it for $3 I tell oh, no thanks. I do not do anything at home to my own feet, case in point KS why I come to the nail salon to have them done every 3-4 weeks. She than says if you buy it you can take it home it will last you long time. I'm beyond irritated. I came here to relax and receive a basic $10 pedi.... That's it that's all. I just went to this place just to have a manicure done. The woman doing my nails acted like she could care less. She did not even ask if I wanted my nails shorter. She asked if I wanted square and I said yes.... She did them round. I will never go there again. I have been in there before and it was OK but not this time. read more

I've been a costumer with them for over a year now. Have always felt uncomfortable when they ask which pedicure I'd like. I always say the basic which is already pretty pricey. They will ask over and over again how I'd want the more expensive upgraded pedicure. This last week when I went in they asked me three times so by the third time I was super frustrated and irritated. I felt like just because I didn't upgrade they didn't do a good job on purpose. I always look forward to the foot massage part which didn't happen. I'm still paying good amount of money for this service and felt like they half heartedly did my pedicure. I won't be going back to this place! I don't like feeling pressured to pay more money when I've made up my mind for what I want. All they care about is the upgrade and turn up their nose when you don't. read more
