I've been here twice, both times after getting acrylic nails I've experienced blisters around me nails and my nails itching and my skin underneath my acrylic nail start to turn hard and peel off. So I had no option take them off (only having a week of having them on). Did my research as found out the reason for that, it's because this nail Solon uses MMA which is VERY VERY toxic for nails ( search it up !!!!) read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone, the people were nice but there nails were horrible. None of my nails are straight, most of them have lumps on the top and are extremely uneven. The lady convinced me to get the gel polish because it last longer. The next day my polish was bubbled and peeling off. I went in and ask them to fix them and they just repainted the. With the same carelessness and again a day later my GEL polish has bubbled and peeled off. I'm so disappeared I will go somewhere and pay again to have them fixed. read more

My wife went in recently and she didn't have a pleasant experience. My wife got a full set of nails. My wife liked how they turned out, but she didn't like how she was handled. When the lady was filing my wife's finger nails she cut my wife's fingers. The lady wasn't concentrating on what she was doing. She was paying more attention to the customers that were arriving and rushing her treatment. The lady didn't even ask my wife if she was fine. The lady took initiative and placed glue on a bleeding wound. That's not right at all. This lady that did my wife's nails is rude and unethical. I took my two young daughters here and each of us got a pedicure and the girls also got their nails painted. They did a great job! They were gentle with the girls but also cleaned up their feet nicely! We all left very happy with the results and when we get our nails done again we will be going here. read more

Great pedicures, although I can't say their higher price pedicures are really any different from the classic pedi. That said, I got a full set from them and was extremely disappointed. I was passed around between 4 different people. None of which asked what kind of shaping or design I wanted. In addition the nails weren't filed appropriately so they were chunky, misshaped, and looked awful. Won't go back for a fill or a full set again. I literally had 3 ppl work on my nails and I hate it cuz they all do it differently, I like for the first person I get to finish my nails not bounce around. The lady didn't even paint them right and when I told her she got upset, not my fault they had been busy but that doesn't excuse them for poor service. Went in for a pedicure with my friend. We both chose the #6, which was the highest priced choice. They were busy, so understandably we knew they wouldn't start at the exact same time. My friend's pedi started about 10 minutes before mine and lasted about 10 minutes longer than mine. The woman who did mine, was rough with handling my feet. She did not talk to me, I'm used to nail techs asking me if I want my nails cut short, does that feel ok, etc. Nothing. She grabbed my feet and shoved them in the bowel, or moved them where she needed them. Did not cut my nails or remove the rough skin on the bottom, and one of my big toe nails was painted very sloppily. One other thing was both of our chairs made a loud noise when we turned them on, so enjoying the chair massage was not an option. The owner actually told my friend to turn her chair off. It was not worth the $45 for the pedicure and neither of us will be returning. read more

Worst experience ever! I had to have my nails re-fixed at another salon the same day. I had dip nails on my natural nails and without asking they used a drill down to my natural nail ruining my nails. When he realized it he immediately said "oh, your real nail". Then proceeded to put an acrylic overlay because he knew he had made my natural nail paper thin. Unbelievably, this was the owner of the salon and the lack of knowledge and quality work he displayed is disappointing. I will NEVER return. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. Went to get a pedicure and I think the lady that worked on me was both blind and hard of hearing! My nails were short, did not need to be trimmed only filed. As she started cutting them I yelled out in pain , she just continued until her coworker came over and told her not to cut them! She was very rough all the way through. Will never go back! I took my daughter there for fun to get manicures. While they were inexpensive the quality was SERIOUSLY lacking. The man that worked on both my daughter and I had a serious NAIL FUNGUS on his own nails. Why did I let him continue? I have no answer for this. I noticed it a little into the service. I jumped the gun and left before my nails were completely dry and smudged one getting into my car. Went for a pedicure after many times being a customer. Recently the quality has changed and good techs have left. Never able to get the same one. Last two times too rough and fast, drew blood. Recent tech was careless, did not even use a file, left ragged and uneven nails as well as goopy polish that left bumps. Quality not the same and wonder if they are licensed. My nails are way too short, I had to ask someone to put my clear top coat on before I left, and the lady who did my pedicure cut my toe with the cuticle cutter. Not only is the service terrible but I literally saw ants on the floor under a rug that is under all the nail polishes that are hanging on the wall! (go in and look!) Eww! I also witnessed a girl that come in and asked to get her eye brows done and was unsatisfied... The lady tried to justify the brows for over 5 minutes... She didn't want to fix them! I feel really bad writing this review because this used to be my go to place but for the past 3 years it's really gone downhill. If you're going to get your eyebrows waxed KIM is the best. She does a really good job at everything. If you show her a picture of what you want your nails to look like, she can do exactly how you want them. Her and her husband are really fast and they just do an excellent job overall on nails. However, if you go here, you have to say that you want Kim's husband to shape them and Kim to paint them. The other workers don't really know what they are doing and you will leave with your nails looking worse than when you walked in. They are so bad. Kim's husband is the really skinny and funny guy. If you get the other guy who is not so skinny, just say that you would rather wait until someone else is available because he's really rough and he does the worst job you could probably do them better than how he does acrylic nails. Kim if you're reading this, PLEASE retrain him or give him a different job. Also, the other ladies who help paint don't do a good job either. The gel paint is so thick they just look really bad. You can pick from a standard $20 pedi or a super deluxe hot stone & paraffin wax pedi for $45, which is great to spoil yourself ever once in awhile. read more

Came in to get a manicure & pedicure and as I was finishing up to pay the man who was doing my pedicure tried reaching into my purse to grab my wallet to pay for me. (I am used to getting help by the workers moving my stuff from one spot to the next but this man actually reached into my bag to grab my wallet). I stopped him and went to pay with my debit and the woman helping me kept swiping my card (six different times to be exact) and kept telling me it wasn't going through. I went over to the nearby ATM and got the money out and paid them. I called my bank to see if the transactions went through and all six of the transactions went through immediately with no problem. It was over $400 that they ended up charging me and said nothing about it. I am working things out with the bank and am hoping to not have to go any further with this and to have them refund my money but I feel sick to my stomach and just want to bring awareness to others who may be going here. read more
