Stuffed are super friendly and very quick to get you into a table or bar setting. Food was really delicious and for the price it was worth it! I'll definitely recommend this place as a must visit and try! read more

I've been here twice now and both experiences have been very good. This is an upscale chain style restaurant with a twist on authentic flavors. There some inconsistencies with cooking but nothing that overshadows the flavors. Service is quick during medium to low traffic. The Omurice is the style you see in most restaurants and both the Demiglace and curry sauces are solid. Ramen broth is good and noodles are solid for the most part. read more

Kyuramen - Tonkatsu Omurice - Ramen Near Me - Eagan, Minnesota

The Thai tea and pot stickers were so delicious!! The Omurice presentation was just like restaurants in Japan too!! The ramen is okay, not as deep of flavors as I was hoping for but I would say the key selling point of this restaurant is the Omurice not ramen. read more

The plating is presentable, but the meat in the curry was tougher than my teeth could chew through. The broth in the ramen also tasted salty. read more

We have come here so many times and never a bad experience. We do love the ramen here. The staff is very friendly and remember us from visit to visit. The place is always so clean with authentic decor for a Japanese restaurant. The menu is evolving and changing for the better. This place is on our regular rotation of restaurants we like. Give them a try you will be glad you did. read more

We have ordered the tonkotsu ramen several times and have been happy every time. The noodles come cooked but separate from the broth in a great to-go container. Toppings come separate as well. The cha shiu pork is good and the marinated eggs are jammy and delicious. My spouse found the pork bao buns spicier than expected and I agreed. Overall, a gem in the suburbs! read more

Awesome food and ambiance. We waited a few minutes for a private room-- Japanese style. The ramen is fantastic and they make the best Boba I've ever had at their Boba bar. Regular seating and a Sushi bar. All delicious! read more

We went on a Friday night around 6pm and the waitlist said 60-80 minutes but were sat within 15 minutes. We sat in a little private booth and it was intimate and cute. I was excited to try the pork bao buns because I've never had them and they were great! The Amazing Lemonade was good, but it does have cucumber which I'm not the biggest fan of, but was still really refreshing. read more

Prices were insane. The tonkatsu with the black sauce that comes with it along with the egg/rice dish was blunt. It tasted like nothing. And my dish was cold..... the over things I order were ok but nothing that truly surprised me. The lemonade was small as heck for the price of that thing! read more

Amazing new experience. Ramen was amazing at restaurant and amazing as leftovers. Also got the shrimp tempura and dumplings. Yumm! Yumm! Yumm! Wait time was awkward due to waiting area, and functionality of lobby. But understand it's still new for most people, so I expected a crowd. The booths are nice for privacy and intimacy for friend or family conversations. Ambience was 10/10 on October 18th, 2022. Love how clean and neat things looked. Definitely recommend their food but when it comes to price it can be a bit of a heartbreak. About $74+ for two meals, the tempura, and dumplings. Definitely will go here special occasions. read more

Very good and amazing service. The broth was very good and the portion was amazing. Would eat here again

Came here on a Saturday night and was glad there wasn't a wait. We got seated right away and the place looks very clean. The staff members are very nice and attentive there. Ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it has Pork Chashu, Bamboo Shoot, Wakame, Half Marinated Egg, Nori, Corn, Scallion. It wasn't spicy but there are spices that you can add to it at the table. The combo came with a Pork bun and Thai tea. The Thai tea was good and not overall sweet. The pork bun tasted okay. I was not a fan of the pork inside the bun because I thought it would be crispy but it looks like it was boiled with soysauce so it was kind of mushy. The broth for the Ramen was good and I enjoyed it after adding more spices and soysauce to the bowl. The takoyaki was good as well and it was my favorite thing there. There's also Japanese beer and other appetizers to try. Overall good experience to try and will go back to try all the other ramen. There's also a boba spot inside the restaurant next door and it was good! read more

Best ramen I've had. They don't mess around with the spice levels either. So many places I've tried are light on the spice even at max levels. Here, when they say hot, it is. Fantastic flavors and perfectly cooked. Will be back to try more read more

Food wasn't very good and over priced. Curry omu rice didn't taste like curry and was from a package. For 30 bucks I expect the curry to be made in store and not be bland. Tried ramen on a separate visit. Also not worth going back for. read more

Kyuramen - Ramen Near Me - Eagan, Minnesota

First time customer. The ramen was excellent! Highly recommended

Overall this place is great for just opening. Lots of ramen options with different bases and the popcorn chicken is to die for, so good! Make sure you check in though so you can get a free Thai fee or amazing lemonade! They have a few different seating options from booths, tables and high top counter seating where you can watch the cook make your food. For sure use the call button at your table cause if not, your waiter may not stop by in true Japanese fashion. Overall good food, ramen noodles are thin but for my personal liking a little over cooked. I do prefer Al dente for ramen but if you like softer noodles this is your place, for 3 of us after tip, we got 3 apps, 3 bowls of ramen and 1 drink and it came in around $90 total, so a little pricey but worth checking out. They also do course meals! Our favorite is for sure the #2 ramen with the black garlic. It was really rich and had a nice bold flavor to it. #6 we ordered as medium spice and it provided nice flavor as well and nothing too hot to handle, the #1 with white garlic was good, just very normal though, not a bold flavor like the black garlic. Highly recommend the popcorn chicken, can skip the gyoza cause they were soft and weren't very pan fried, and can skip the salt and pepper corn, it's unique but lacking in flavor as it's just flash fried corn kernels. read more

So far So good, there ramen is very good for a state like Minnesota. Highly recommended. Try their appetizers and they were soo good. Real bonito flakes on top of my takoyaki, they use soft or silken tofu for their agedashi tofu, they had Popcorn chicken instead of Karaage so I know for sure the owners are Chinese or Taiwanese. But the popcorn chicken was very good just on the salty side this batch. The Tonkatsu Ramen broth well done and very flavor. Toppings were on point and my ramen noodles nicely chewy and tender on the Al dente side which is how it supposed to be. So overall everything is good. Hopefully they just open so they continue their consistency because some new Restaurant do fall Off on flavor and consistency later on. Please stay good so I have a ramen place to go! Best overall is the decor and boba Tea. Decor was On point- they didn't go cheap or use shortcuts to create a nice ramen Japanese style ambient place for customers. Looking for good ramen, this is the place RIGhT NOW! read more

Ramen is delicious, great lunch deal, atmosphere is nice. Family loved the spice options left on each table.

Of all the ramen places I've tried, this one is my favorite! For the record, I don't love going out to eat ramen. It's usually a miss for me, but I loved the Kimchi ramen here! The flavors were really well balanced, but I like mine a little more spicy so the sauerkraut chili was the perfect addition to my bowl. I love how they give you three different ways to spice up your ramen: cayenne for straight up heat, sauerkraut chili for tangy heat, and the togarashi spice for savory heat. The agedashi tofu and takoyaki were also outstanding. Most of the age dashi tofu I've had around the Twin Cities is still good, but Kyuramen tops theirs with a generous heaping of bonito flakes (I think?) and shredded green onion. We also got the fresh brewed iced Thai tea, which was refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. You can definitely tell it's not the sad, instant Thai tea powder a lot of other places use. We saw the Omurice come out, and that's definitely one of the dishes I'm going to try next time! read more

Great service, food was good, the beat dish was the omelette over rice. Worth a try..

Finally some good ramen in Minnesota! Everything we tried on the menu was fantastic: Popcorn chicken (Taiwanese salt pepper chicken), Takoyaki, Thai iced tea, Passion fruit tea, Spicy Couple twin bowl ramen, shoyu ramen. The setting is very trendy and we loved having the private booth. Servers were very responsive and friendly. The only thing that would make it better is if we could get a Kyuramen in Rochester MN too! read more

They have great combo options and everything was very tasty. Service was fast and I liked how flavorful the ramen broth was! Pan Fried Gyoza Dumplings were crispy and a great starter. Tomkotsu Curry Ramen was delicious. Easy parking and cute restaurant! read more

I was excited to try this restaurant and ended up very disappointed. I went with two other people and we all had different items from the menu. Each entree was bland, little to no seasoning. Even the special egg dish on rice was bland. The only thing that was tasty was the chicken appetizer. The private booth was fun and the staff was friendly enough. I was surprised that I could not order a cup of hot tea. I will not go back. read more

Best ramen I've had in the twin cities! I had the #6 ramen, and the broth was soooo delicious!!!!

It's like any other ramen joint here. Nothing special. I wasn't impressed much. I'll go try the egg dish soon

Overpriced and poor quality. Doesn't have gluten-free noodles. doesn't offer rice as a free substitute for the noodles. Have to Pay extra for rice to have that with your soup. surroundings is kind of fast-food-ish and not very comfortable. read more

We wanted to order popcorn chicken but they were out so we ordered the Iitake kaarage (squid) and fried oyster. They were both too fishy. We also ordered #1 and #6 (spicy) #1 is pretty legit. I put extra shichimi togarashi and the chili mix and it added more depth to the taste. Will probably order this again next time. #6 reminds me of a szechuan mala dish. It has that numbing peppercorn smell which I am not a fan of. We also ordered a regular milk tea from T bar, which located in the front, inside the kyuramen store. It tasted pretty nice and it's not too sweet. read more

That's the first to try there as they are grand opening , I ordered two ramens and one popcorn chicken , but the server never mentioned they have combination on the back of the menu, but they charge me with original price of each , that's very bad service, and really unpleasant for me when I found it in the menu at home, and the popcorn chicken are totally different than the menu image, look for the picture I'm uploading now ! Not blaming Kyuramen here just doordash. I ordered ramen from Kyuramen and doordash left my order by the entrance to my hotel on the floor. Unbeknownst to me the bag was completely soaked at the bottom so of course when I picked it up everything fell out, so glad the woman who worked this shift was right there and seen it first hand. Not to mention tried catching it... tried. I called doordash support and was told I would receive $5 out of the $30 I spent, I had to laugh for that one. She told me there was nothing she could do to help me but refund me $5. Wonderful customer service right there. , after 10 minutes of arguing then waiting then arguing again I had to settle for $24 back, I understand the business needs to get paid but that's pretty shady... look out people, doordash is falling off. Again not blaming Kyuramen, just sad I couldn't try them out. read more
