My two friends and I showed up on a Friday night at 5pm and were the first ones to be seated on the Ichiddo Ramen side of the restaurant. It's split into two sections, a side for the Japanese BBQ and a side for the Ramen. Our server gave us a lot of time to decide but once we ordered, checked in on us frequently. They made sure to walk around and refill our waters throughout the meal which was much appreciated! I ordered the Taro Milk Tea to start and it came in a to-go cup which was nice because I didn't end up finishing it all and could take it on the road with me. I then ordered the pork gyoza and the cheese wontons as an app. The pork gyoza were on par and I loved the scallions inside the cream cheese wontons. Really helped the flavor profile! My chicken story fry ramen was very delicious as well. It could stand to have a little bit of spice or a kick to it because it was pretty one note for flavor. Regardless, I'd order again!! Fun to have this new place in EP!

Was in the area for a Yelp Elite Event and came here afterwards for dinner. Ramen broth was flavorful. Noodles was good. Service was great with attentive to my need for water refill. Clean dining area. The ramen place is in the same restaurant of the Japanese BBQ place.

I've been waiting for this one to open! I've gone to the one in MoA as well as the one in Minnetonka, but this one is closer to my home. I'm so glad this place was a very nice experience as well! I usually get the donburi at the MoA location, and have only had the char siu ramen at these other two places, but I'll for sure have to try other new things next time! I have been on the hunt for ramen in MN that can compare to Japanese ramen (as I went there for the first time 2 months ago). So far this has been the closest!! It could still use a tad more flavor, but I learned that's just typical American ramen (tho other ramens have been way less flavorful). The egg was a bit too runny, but that doesn't dock any points from me because it still tasted just as good! For sure will come back in the future, if not once a month!

We went here for a girls night dinner. This place is good and comforting. I like how the booths…read morehave some privacy with the curtains and there are call buttons if you need the server. The servers were attentive and we did not even need to use the call button. Food came out quickly, it was delicious. The broth is flavorful, they add in a good amount of extra ingredients. I love bamboo and the was plenty of it in the bowl. The egg was cooked perfectly. The noodles have a great chewy consistency. It was filling and I even got a to go container. The ramen was still good the next day, not soggy as you'd expect. They have cayenne pepper and some pickled peppers if you want more spice to the ramen. The bubble tea here is also really good, it's nice and easy to order with the kiosks they have. The overall atmosphere is very nice, makes you feel like you are in Japan, they even have the umbrella bags for rainy days!

The place is bright and clean, and they also have a few private rooms! I got the Combo A, which included tonkotsu ramen, a pork bao, and matcha dessert. The pork bao and matcha dessert were just okay but the ramen was rich and comforting. The noodles were not too soft, and the pork was tender and flavorful. It doesn't compare to ramen I've had in Japan or even LA but it hits the spot when I'm craving it!
