He asked me for the necessary computer information and was able to give me a reasonable price that was way cheaper than buying a new laptop! He was very responsive throughout the process and let me know when he had ordered the part for my computer screen fix. The repair was done within a few days of him receiving my computer, which he had very graciously picked up while he happened to be in my city. Once the fix was done, he had sent me pictures with my new screen and a video to confirm the touch screen was working too! It looked great, and he ended up giving a bubble wrap case for the computer! He was available during a wide time range for pickup, which was very quick and easy as he had sent the invoice ahead of time. I arrived, and instantly, his calm demeanor lowered my blood pressure by 100 points. I gave him my list of things I wanted him to do with all my iPads, phones, and devices. I.e., full diagnostics, factory resets, security systems, etc., then factory resetting everything. After that, I secured the main device and had him reinstall everything. I was ready and expected to spend thousands of dollars. He calmly spent a while asking me a bunch of questions. To make a long story short, he told me that he could do everything I asked, but he had a different solution. He started to explain what he wanted to do. I then asked him to talk to me as if I were 10 years old, then realized a 10-year-old knew more than I did, so I told him to speak to me like I was his grandfather. I asked if Tricked Out Accessories was a franchise or a corporate chain, hoping I could return the product at any location, but instead of an answer, I was just told to go back to Waikiki and speak to a manager. Now, I have to drive all the way to Waikiki, pay for parking, and try to find a manager--without any guarantee of when one will be there.
