The first time was for a battery replacement on this same phone and today I contacted them because I needed a screen replacement. I know it doesn't sound like needing a screen replacement is pleasurable but Brett made it about as pleasant as one could ask for. We went to windward mall the night before to get my son's phone screen fixed. After being told it would take about an hour half, waiting for 2 hours, and then being told sorry I didn't get to it yet because this other phone is giving me trouble, we left. I would've appreciated a call to let me know instead of waiting 2 hours for nothing. We did a search and found Brett through yelp. Great service. I broke my iPhone 7S phone screen by dropping it. My screen was so shattered I could hardly see anything on it so I needed it replaced soon.
