Terrible 5 month long experience...came in for a possible iPad screen replacement, oh how we never thought it would turn out this way. During the length of the 5-6 months hes had it, which we understand there were some personal things he had to deal with and we were utterly respectful and patient, nothing was fixed and we could never get updates unless we initiated asking. One thing always turned into another and we were thrown for a loop every week. We had high hopes due to the high rated reviews and his low rates but this was such a nightmare...in the end we had NOTHING fixed and we were supposedly going to get a "warranty replacement" but of course we haven't heard anything back.
