Requested via messages if my laptop screen was something that could be fixed. I was messaged back quickly and asked to provide the model number of my laptop. I was given the price immediately and dropped off my laptop soon after. After I paid, my screen was ordered. It took a little over a week to get in but I was provided the shipping info and messaged as soon as it was repaired. Customer service was great, service was amazing, and most importantly my laptop was fixed. I definitely recommend. I will be back if I ever need something fixed again. Thank you! read more

We called Mark to see if he could do anything to fix my fiancée iPad. The iPad fell with the charging cable in and the port wouldn't charge. Mark managed to fix the port and the IC chip which most others wouldn't. He kept his promise on keeping the price at a reasonable rate. We would definitely call Mark again for our tech fixing needs. Absolutely awesome service provided. 100% recommended. I sent a message to see if my cracked laptop screen was something that could be fixed. Mark quickly replied back that he could fix it. Mark found multiple issues with my screen and the frame surrounding it. He made sure to find the correct part for each issue in order to make sure it was looking brand new. He kept in constant communication with updates throughout the process, as several parts had to be ordered online. Will definitely be taking my electronics to him for any future issues I need fixed. read more
