Kung Fu milk tea with boba (left) and lychee green tea (right)

YESSS!!!! WE HAVE A KUNG FU TEA!!! Stopped by during their grand opening! Consistent quality every time. I got their house Kung Fu milk tea and it was the perfect end to a great day. Their boba was cooked beautifully, not hard at all. My boyfriend got a lychee green tea. It's pretty sweet (which I love), but if you prefer less sweet, definitely let them know! I also will probably get less ice next time. I'm so so happy to get another boba spot in our neighborhood!! It's located inside Happy Valley Food Hall which is a space with multiple Asian/Pacific Islander food businesses (Japanese, Korean, Hawaiian, Chinese, etc.) I love how there's something for everyone. Great ambiance. Amazing chill spot. Kung Fu Tea also has macarons and other snacks for sale. I'll definitely try the next time I come back!

When I saw that Kung Fu Tea was opening less than 5 minutes away from my house I was beyond excited! They are located in a food hall which is convenient if you want to get a bite of food while you're there. My boyfriend and I's favorite is the Kung Fu Milk Tea. You can never go wrong with the original. We got the large which was $5.65 and substituted the regular boba with crystal boba. We went on opening day because we were so excited and since the other locations were pretty far. I'll definitely be back for some boba runs

Been waiting for this kung fu location to open for awhile now and the time has finally come! Small location located inside of happy valley food hall. The drinks are always consistent at the other locations and this one did not disappoint. My favorite is the taro slush with pudding. :) The service was quick and fast and I will definitely be back now that there is a location closer to my house.

Food and drinks are always great at this location. They now have fresh taiyaki's. The taiyaki's are amazingly good.

I love the tea options here and the boba is really good, not too chewy. When I lived in CA, Kung Fu Tea was one of my go to places.

We arrived about 2:45 pm and found a fairly slow-moving line of 5 or 6 individuals; imagine longer lines at earlier times. Lone person taking and fulfilling orders was doing her best to keep things moving. Note: They accept credit cards, but a sign advised that they prefer cash. 5 tables outside, including 3 in a shaded area, were a welcome sight. Enjoyed med our lunch and treats in comfort. The pork in the pork bun was sweet and good. I was not a big fan of the hotdog in the hotdog bun, but the bread in which it was baked was fantastic. The giant black and white cookie was good, but not cookie-like; much like chocolate cake. We also sampled an almond frangipane tart and that was delicious! Prices were very reasonable.

Great prices for creative baked goods!…read more We dropped by shortly after their 7AM opening to pick up sandwiches and snacks for a big hike day. We shared multiple sweets as well, highlights included the mochi black sesame donut ball - nice amount of sticky mochi filling with a nutty flavor; the pandan coconut croissant, was flakey and large, just enough sweet. The raspberry pistachio frangipane was a lovely (and not so delicate - good for travel) tart. We also bought a coconut bread and the ube mochi bread (latter was fantastic) and both were shareable and great for a few days afterwards as well. The sandwiches also did just fine lasting until midday in a hiking backpack - the combo, BBQ pork, lemongrass pork, lemongrass chicken, and pulled pork sandwiches. We wished the latter three didn't all have the same pulled meat texture and that the lemongrass flavor came through better. Otherwise, reasonable and cheap meal.

We ordered at the counter - my friend got a turkey bagel with iced coffee and I got the tuna melt with tomato soup with black coffee. As things were prepared, the server brought it to our table and was very polite. The ambience is a mix of café and bistro, everything was super comfortable. The music in the background was not too loud. Everything was inviting. The food genuinely surprised me - my friend's bagel sandwich came drizzled with a balsamic glaze and was pretty comprehensive - the turkey included cheese and avocado and sprouts and was well above and beyond what you would expect from a turkey bagel sandwich. My tomato soup appeared to have been made in house which surprised me. And the tuna sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. It was dark tuna but not that shitty cheap dark stuff, but the actual dark tuna that you want if you're trying to provide an elevated flavorful experience. We did not order from the dessert case, but oh my God it is ridiculously overwhelming in terms of the offering. I almost wanna go back and just graze on desserts. The location is a little weird and kinda out-of-the-way for me but if I'm in that part of town again, I will definitely be making a stop.

The service was friendly and so was the decor. Best part is that they are open quite late so it is a good place to be at if you have a quick hour or so to spend late in the evening. I'll return for their breakfast more lunch options
