The milk tea was so overfilled that it overflowed as soon as we inserted the straw, spilling onto our clothes and the table. Even after that, it kept overflowing every time we picked it up. We politely asked for a new cup, not a new drink, but a female employee refused, saying the cups were too expensive to replace and that it wasn't their fault. Instead, she kept wiping the cup with a cleaning cloth that repeatedly touched my straw, which I found unhygienic. Thankfully, another employee immediately replaced the cup and resealed it. The problem was solved in less than a minute. The issue wasn't the spilled drink--it was the poor customer service. We made a simple and reasonable request, but were treated as if we had done something wrong. read more

BEST basil popcorn chicken hands down, if I was only allowed to order one item off their menu for the rest of my life it would be this. The bubble tea is eh in comparison to the competition in town but convenient in location with plenty of parking. The Royal Fresh Milk Tea was bland but the hot version is good, especially with chewy tapioca pearls. I also really enjoy the egg pudding. The Taro smoothie is made with real Taro and if they run out, they will let you know if you are okay with using powder. Love T4! More than I should - it's not good for my wallet or for my blood sugar But regardless, it's so nice to have a boba spot in Clackamas open late (10pm or 11pm) and also with easy parking. I've been to this location about 10 times. Overall they're pretty good. I usually get the Caramel Milk Tea plus pearls. (How cute is the emojis) I've had their chicken- which I was skeptical about based on the flavor- I can't remember but if you search their menu there's only that- super good. I've had their Mozzarella Sticks, Pot Stickers (not sure if they're called something else since I can't see the menu.) Overall I'd definitely continue going back. The only downside is this place is in a giant shopping center so at times it can be super busy. They have punch cards as well. I ordered two drinks, both with boba. I get handed my drink then a couple seconds later I am informed that there's "no more boba" and it would be about a 15 minute wait for more. First time getting boba in Oregon and they did not miss. I went here with my cousins and my drink was really good. I tried their drinks and it was not as good as mine. I ordered the passionfruit smoothie which is one of their top drinks and it's top for a reason. It has a strong passionfruit flavor which I really like and if you don't like passionfruit, don't get this drink lol. One of my cousins got the rose milk tea, which was not good in my opinion, I just think that I don't like the taste of rose, I'd much rather smell it. They also carry food which I don't think a lot of people notice (use their order ahead site to save time!) I think if they tried to work better on customer service, wait time, and quality they could really do better! Example, I often find I have just a few ice cubes in my cup causing a warm drink.. nice to have a full drink not overloaded with ice but also not great to have a hot drink. I also find I wait quite a while if I don't order ahead and they don't greet me (maybe I'm used to the American thing). Went to their soft opening and it sounds like they have some things to work on, but the place has potential. When I got there, there wasn't a line so was able to walk right up to order. Order didn't take too long either but could tell employees still didn't have all recipes and process down. Ordered the Mango Royal Tea @ 80% sweetness and 80% ice with Lychee Jelly, and the Lychee Smoothie with Aloe. Even with lighter ice, there was still too much ice in my tea. Also watched them throw away nearly half of the remaining lychee smoothie they had blended for our drink because they filled the cup nearly halfway with aloe... I actually really liked the Mango Royal Tea, though it was more sweet and I would've preferred to taste the tea a bit more. I will try it again without the Lychee Jelly, I think it will better off without any toppings. Will also order way less ice and maybe even less sweet, unless I don't mind waiting for it to melt. The Lychee Smoothie with Aloe was terrible. I would not recommend. It tasted like I was just drinking plain tasteless aloe blended with ice... this drink needs work on flavor. Could barely tell it was supposed to be a lychee smoothie. I wouldn't sign this place off the list, they have decent drink choices. 03/04/21: 4.0 out of 5 - Decided to make a stop over to finally check out T4 in Clackamas/Happy Valley. First time to this establishment, but it reminds me of place I use to frequent in San Diego, CA...just not quite the same though. Regardless, this is during COVID so T4 is pretty empty. The staff seem nice, and attentive. The place is clean but sort of plain. Not much to take in. I ordered no drinks and went with just some little food snacks (deep fried squid, spicy popcorn chicken, takoyaki and fried green beans). All are all tasty little snack foods. Next time I will give T4 drinks a try. Especially, that I saw actual Taro there. Until next time...enjoy! read more
