This place is great. The ambiance is good and the portions are just right. It is for sure a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality. I had the salmon lox and it was great, except a little bit too salty. I would like it if they leaned into the dill and cream cheese a little more. The nutella lover, berry compote and cinnamon roll are good too. I personally favor the nutella lover and salmon lox. I also got a plain Americano and loved it! Super smooth. Great spot. It's also open until 11!
This place is always busy, so we went in to see the hype. The interior was very cute, you walk up to order at the front. They have a croffle menu and a seasonal summer menu. We decided on the berry compote croffle and a ube matcha. First, the croffle. The croffle itself was still warm and seemingly fresh out the oven. I liked the berry jam, however, the cream that was used tasted a bit bitter to me, which was off putting. On the other hand, the ube matcha was yummy! You can really taste the notes of lavender and upon mixing in the ube foam, you get a good layer of ube as well.
Food: I'll start by saying it if I could give them a 10/10 I absolutely would! I ordered a few items because I wanted to try all the things: 1. Tiramisu Latte- extra sweet. This is super tasty. A good mix of latte and sweetness. It's not typically super sweet so I requested sweeter. 2. Blushing Matcha! Amazing. This is very earthy, sweet and fruity! 3. Pizza Croffle that comes with a Sriracha type ranch. Amazing! The spices are extremely fresh. It's as if you were at grandmas house and she directly got the ingredients right from her garden. The Sriracha sauce is extremely good and paired with the pizza makes a good combo. 4. Dubai chocolate with strawberries Croffle. This item is super sweet. I do enjoy it however, I think if I ordered it again, I would ask for no strawberries. 5. Cinnamon apple cheesecake Croffle. This is amazing. It's a mix between Grandma's cinnamon apple granola and then a cheesecake put together it pairs really good. It's extremely savory. Service: The service is amazing and the people working the counter are patient as this was my first time coming here and they were very good about highlighting items that they liked or that they preferred or would suggest. The timeliness of order was also pretty quick as well mind you the store was pretty packed, but they were pretty quick. Ambiance: it's a nicely furnished location. It's very open and inviting.
A huge space in an outdoor corner of the mall. Tons of indoor seating, but none outdoors. The staff attire and decor are all muted grays browns and green. The menu is only available when you walk up to the ordering area, but you could then grab a menu and step away while you decide. I had the sweet berry compote Croffle. The waffle base was crispy and flavorful. The bountiful whipped cream was generously topped with more of a berry syrup than a compote, as there was no fruit left intact. It was nevertheless delicious and I'm eager to try some of the other flavors.
I only tried the Ube Matcha, which was delicious. The matcha did settle to the bottom when I was about a third of the way through the drink, though. The vibes are very "clean girl aesthetic". The biggest downfall is the volume. An open ceiling and cement floors always makes for a loud environment, but the way their chairs have no padding to prevent added noise is insane! I came in to work on the computer and ended up having to leave before I was done because it was overwhelmingly loud with the employee cleaning tables and dragging chairs all around. Some folks were playing card games they provided which was pretty neat. Overall good matcha and maybe a fun place to hang briefly with friends but definitely not a good place for working or a personal chat.
Good service, the crowd was big when I went. It didn't take too long to order but there was a bit of a wait with the croffles. Drinks came out first, the blushing matcha was delicious. I love that you can really taste the matcha, they don't skimp out. Both croffles were so good but I have to say, I really enjoyed the savory burrata and prosciutto croffle more than the crookie croffle. The crookie croffle was still so yummy but it was a lot even for a sweet tooth like me. The space is very bright but in a good welcoming way, very open. You can see them making the croffles and drinks. Lots of seating Overall, I love the creativity of this place. I love that they have both sweet and savory options & their matcha and coffee are delish! Would definitely recommend checking it out
got the nutella and the pizza one, nutella you really cant go wrong but it was a good balance of nutella and fruits and croffle! the pizza was pretty delicious and very soft would def come back for a quick snack!
food: 4/5 service: 4/5 ambiance: 4/5 First time here! The space is open and spacious with plenty of seating and it can easily accommodate a big group. I've been wanting to try their matcha for a while and really wanted to like it but I was pretty disappointed. I skipped the cream top because I wanted to taste the matcha on its own and it ended up being super grainy. I didn't find anything particularly special about it. The croffles on the other hand were really good. I definitely preferred the sweet options over the savory ones. We tried the biscoff croffle, the maple bacon croffle, and the burrata prosciutto croffle. The cream on the biscoff croffle was thick/ rich, and indulgent in the best way. My bf really liked the maple bacon, and the burrata cheese on the savory croffle was so yummy. I would definitely come back for the croffles, but the matcha is a pass for me. The croffles were the highlight of the visit while the matcha just didn't live up to the hype.
Great ambience with super cute decor! Definitely a very aesthetic place to catch up with friends and enjoy some delicious croffles with some caffeine. I had the burrata croffle and I was pleasantly surprised! While it's not the best croffle I've ever had it's definitely tasty and I have no complaints about the texture. Loved that there are so many flavors to them croffles- both sweet and savory and the actual croffle itself was also just the right crunch. Super excited to see that a place like this has come to Portland and I definitely will be back!
Everyone needs a Friday pick me up! This review is for the limited menu for February. Service- fine, quick and efficient. With the row of rose bouquets for purchase, this was a smooth way to swoon your date. Clean interior, minimal window seating watching passersby as the couples made their way in. You can tell they know how to sell and advertise to entice guests to stop in.. They had an interactive Photo Booth set up, accessible at 11. Drink choice was satisfying and got me through a work sesh with warm jams playing in the background. I can see how this a great place to socialize over drinks and treats. I might have to try a savory croffle sometime with all the hype!
Been here 2 times and got togo once. I'm going to start with the croffles. The flavors that I tried are: Burrata and prosciutto (8.5/10) Berry compote (7/10) Apple cheesecake (4/10) too sweet Pizza (7.5/10) The croffles are best when you eat it there because it's really not good anymore when it's soggy. I think I prefer most of the savory ones over the sweet ones because they are quite sweet. I have had matcha most times there and I think it's good. They have a seasonal mucho matcha right now with earl grey syrup and it's really good. Tried their coffee for the first time this week and can't say I'm a fan. The cashiers never seem to be overly enthusiastic about their jobs so maybe that can change. They also recently changed their hours to open at 9am but don't make croffles until 10, so beware of that. Come early on a weekend and it's very quiet!
I've walked past Croffle Crew at Clackamas Town Center a few times thinking, "Man, that looks fancy. I'm gonna have to try that." Well, today I finally stopped and apparently my taste buds had been waiting on me. I went with the avocado toast and salmon lox, and let me tell you, that avocado was amazing. Everything on that thing worked together perfectly. The croffle had that waffle-like texture, but it didn't overpower anything. It was just the right amount of crispy, savory, creamy, and delicious. I ate that thing like I had somewhere important to be... which I didn't. The food came out in less than two minutes, which is faster than I can decide what I actually want to order. The inside was clean, fresh, open, and simple. Nothing over-the-top or trying too hard. It felt like a place where you could actually sit down, relax, and enjoy your food without somebody blasting music into your soul. And the crew? Great people. The gal working the counter had me laughing my ass off while I was ordering. I don't even remember exactly what the joke was, but apparently she was funnier than my breakfast, and that's saying something because this avocado toast was putting on a comedy special of its own. Five stars. Great food, quick service, clean atmosphere, friendly people, and a croffle that made me wonder why I waited so long to stop. This charming little gem has opened recently in the last year in a nook behind the Clackamas mall. And it is an absolute delight. It is a very open space with high ceilings. Although it is mostly composed of white shades, there's a calming mint color to contrast, with small pops of pink. At certain times of the day, it can be particularly busy, and the noise levels can be high. There is a combination of both sweet and savory options. The food is centered around croissant dough being formed into waffle shapes. When my coworker and I went, it was during the February special, which premiered certain flavored croffle and drinks for a limited time. One of the types we had was the Burrata & Prosciutto. The creamy burrata, the salty, satiny layers of prosciutto, contrasted with the sharp and sweet notes of the balsamic glaze was mouthwatering. The croissant base made for a great vehicle for the toppings, being soft in the center, and flaky on the exterior. The Nutella, Strawberries & Bananas Croffle was an instant classic, albeit a little heavy on the Nutella, since they stuffed some more of it in the interior of the croffle. The seasonal Berry in Love was absolutely fantastic. The fresh berries and house-made compote with the slightly sweetened whip was not heavy on the palate at all. For the drinks, we got the Sweetheart Latte, which was a light blend of rose and vanilla. The Blushing Matcha was incredibly smooth and earthy with notes of tangy raspberry bits over foam. Overall, it was a great experience. Both the food and drink are excellent. But expect prices to be more on the expensive side. The staff was also informative and hard at work behind the counter. I have already been back to this establishment a couple of times. read more
We went to Croffle Crew on a whim when visiting Clackamas Town Center. I wanted to get some coffee after lunch and saw this beautiful location. Croffle has a modern and comforting interior that is really inviting. I loved the decor and all the spaces there were places I'd be happy to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee for a while. The whole cafe is bright and open. The cold brew that I ordered was phenomenal. The cream top was nice and thick and gave me exactly what I needed. I loved the creamy sweetness from the cold brew and I now wished that I had gotten a larger size. If you are into a creamy and smooth coffee experience then this is what I'd highly recommend. We also tried the mojito which was a bit less great than the coffee. It was refreshing, but more just like a mojito flavored lemon soda. If you really need something bubbly, this is totally fine, but I'd stick with the coffee for sure. read more

First time here. We split the salmon lox, apple pie and grilled cheese with tomato bisque. All three were excellent as was the coffee (not sure what it was called). It got busy with a lot of teenagers but they were quiet and respectful so I have no complaints. Will definitely be back. read more

Environment: High ceiling and we went during Christmas time so it was nice and festive with a MASSIVE Christmas tree haha. There was a long line but it went by quickly. The longer part was the waiting part haha but it's understandable. Staff: they were very patient and friendly even though they were working and serving nonstop. Food: 1. Pizza croffle. It had a good balance of the cheese and pepperoni. I'm glad it wasn't too heavy and it was light and flakey. I couldn't finish it and brought half home and when we re-heated it, it was still very good! 2. Nutella strawberry. This was so good, if you love nutella! They sandwich a huge amount of it in the middle and having strawberries on top made it less heavy. 3. Peppermint mocha. It was good and delicious but I found the price of a 6oz was a bit on the pricier side. It was yummy and one of the better croffles I've had! read more

Salmon Lox Croffle The lox was fresh and tasty. The pickled onion was a great addition - such a great contrast. The cream cheese was just the right amount, not overwhelming. I do wish there had been a bit more dill and orange zest throughout, because the orange zest was such a nice surprise! Aadded a bright, unexpected note I'll definitely be stealing for home. I'm still on the fence about how well lox pairs with a croffle. The croffle itself was excellent, chewy, buttery, and satisfying, but the combo didn't totally click for me. Tiramisu Croffle This was so good!! Perfect coffee flavor, creamy, and it pairs incredibly well with the croffle. Not overly sweet (which I really appreciate), and honestly... I wanted to keep eating it. Easily the star of the order! I'll be back just for this and other sweet croffles! The service was good - staff were friendly, patient, and quick! This is such a cute space and honestly might be nice to sit and study or hangout. read more

Clean, spacious, and convenient parking space and right next to the Clackamas mall. The drinks are delicious, smooth and not overly sweet! Great space to bring friends (small or large gathering) for a hangout or just to catch up. Definitely worth a try and would love to come back with more friends and try out their croffle, as there's many selections of drinks and croffles to try out next time! Can't wait! read more
I came in with a friend on a weekday for lunch thinking it'd moderately empty, but we were totally wrong. The place was PACKED! It took about 20 minutes to get through to the front of the line. Placing the order was quick though, they have physical menus to grab up front to look through while you're in line. They had a variety of savory and sweet croffles to decide from, and even a cute display case of what each croffle would look like. It was a nice touch for visual folks like me! I got the lox croffle (savory) and a matcha latte with brown sugar sweetener. The food came out first, the drinks took a bit to come out but they were super cute. There's a self service lids, utensils area off to the side. The matcha itself was okay. I didn't exactly taste much brown sugar sweetener or matcha :( the croffle was pretty good. I ate half and saved the tone half in the fridge and it still held up well and wasn't soggy. There is limited seating inside. Parking is nearby the Dicks sporting good! read more
I want to give this place 5 stars but I can't! If I were to judge solely on food and drinks then yes, 5 stars for taste, creativity, menu options, and quality. But, there are a couple reasons I had some issues. I would give 3.5 if I could add half stars. In the photos, I had a couple of lattes that I didn't have the hands for. I asked the very nice employees for a drink carrier and what they gave me was that teal, croffle branded, flimsy cardboard carrier. It was given to me flat like paper so I had to sit down and figure out how to fold it together. On top of that, the design of the carriers is not conducive for real utilization. The thin carriers are not trustworthy when being held by heavy drinks. When the drinks are set down in the car, the drinks sit flush with the floor and cause spillage (in this situation, the carriers served no purpose). Luckily, I asked for a spare bag but if not, the lattes would've made a mess all over my car floor. I wish the employees would've asked if I was ordering for here or to go because I had to ask for the carriers and bag. With an order where I clearly cannot hold all the drinks, it would've been nice if they would've offered those items like some more established places do! For a new place, this one is the spot and I think they over time, experience and trial and error will help with some of the issues that came up for me read more
I saw this online when planning for my trip to Oregon. I got a seasonal matcha, but it was more of a grassy matcha so I wasn't a fan. I got the biscoff croffle and it was $10. It was alright but definitely overpriced and I've had baked goods I've enjoyed better. read more
This place is overhyped, in my opinion. Aesthetically, this place would be 5/5. Super clean and spacious. It is located at the clackamas town center mall, which means plenty of (free) parking as well. The croffles were decent. We tried the berry compote and the biscoff ones. They were good but on the sweeter side. But their drinks were not consistent. We got three matches, two hot and one iced. And they all tasted different. And lastly, service was just bad. We waited for about 20 min in line before getting up to the counter to order. And the last thing we were expecting was a rude cashier that could not look any less interested in taking our order. read more

Finally got to stop by this new place to see what the hype is about. Located in Clackamas town center but with it's own entrance which is a good thing. I thought it was inside the mall so I didn't plan on going sooner. The shop is surprisingly pretty spacy and the current Xmas decorations are on point . The paint color and decor give the shop a very bright open space and nice feeling when you walk in. Even though it's crowded things move fairly quickly. We were lucky coming in on a Saturday evening with no long line. We tried a few croffle options as mentioned in the photos and we thought they were all ok . The croffle itself was hot, soft and fluffy with a good plain taste to blend in with a sweet or savory topping of your choice. The prices seem to be on a higher end but the croffles come out pretty decent size for the price though. I thought it would be smaller but it's as actually a good size. I would say one croffle order could be good enough for 2 small servings. The drinks were just average and they didn't come out right as ordered unfortunately. We got a peppermint mocha with added peppermint cold foam - but we didn't taste any peppermint at all from the mocha or foam. Even though we paid extra to add the cold foam. The matcha latte comes unsweetened so I paid extra to add vanilla syrup and it came out tasted like unsweetened still. The only drink came out good was the tiramisu latte with added tiramisu foam. It's sweetened enough and still has a nice flavor to it. The drinks and food came out fairly quick so you don't have to wait that long which I think is good. However, I feel like maybe they need to slow down a bit to get the drinks right instead? It could get busy for them and I heard there's days when the line is long. But if you can't get the food or drink comes out right as ordered, that is something to consider slowing down the process a little to make sure customers get what they ordered correctly. I would rate food and drinks 3/5 stars but I added 1 more star due to customer service. The staff were all very nice and friendly and responded to my requests with a smile and fast. Also packaging was pretty nice as well. I hope as the hype goes down they would improve on the ordering process matching with preparation process to make sure food/ drinks come out great for the customers satisfaction point. read more
Delicious treat | aesthetic | good service This place lives up to the hype. It's been open for a little over a month now. There is a usual long line out the door on weekends, but coming here on weekdays is less of a crowd. There are always a bunch of young moms here, which is nice to see, because it makes me feel like this is a good family place. We ordered a salmon lox, Nutella, maple bacon, and a couple of drinks. It's important to note that this is not the place to come to if you have food allergies, as they don't have substitutes. I have sensitivities to these foods: dairy, eggs, gluten, oat, and almond, but I had my cheat day here and regret nothing! I LOVED their salmon lox. It pairs well with the cream cheese on top of the buttery crisp goodness that is the croffle. It's not heavy, not sweet, just mouth melting. My husband enjoyed their maple bacon and my daughter loved their Nutella because it's the one thing closest to pure chocolate. Future suggestion for them: Oreo or cookies and cream version! Service is quick for how popular they are. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our food on a weekday. The person taking orders is friendly. The interior has a fresh modern aesthetic, very minimal. Love how much light comes in and the quality of the furniture. You can tell a lot of intention went into this space. We plan to come back, but it's definitely an indulgent kind of place. I hope they carry soy milk or coconut as a dairy substitute for drinks one day. read more

Don't be deterred by the long lines because it moves pretty fast. The croffles I hate to say are actually sooo delicious and worthwhile. The portions are bigger than the display. I'd come back to try their sweeter options or grab a cute coffee while running errands at the mall. We got the prosciutto and burrata croffle--5/5. Iced matcha was pretty decent, no clumps. The baristas have a solid workflow which is good given the size of the crowds this place has drawn. Lots of different seating options although it fills up pretty quick. read more

Alright, the hype is actually worth it. I was admittedly skeptical to hear that it was a viral trending spot when my friend invited me, but as someone who enjoys croffles, I wanted to give it a try. The price upfront looks steep, but the croffles were bigger than what the display case showed (loved that you could see the different types!) and they were delicious!! We tried the pizza croffle (came with ranch,) Nutella, and the berry compote. I would happily order each of those again, but the berry compote was both of our fave!! The cream looked like it would be thick and rich, but it was shockingly light and paired so well with the berries, croissant, and lemon zest. Only downside is that you will most likely have to wait in a long line, at least if you go on a Saturday. Arrived 20 minutes after opening and the line was long, and after we were served, it remained long during our whole stay. They only have one register at the moment, and due to the high demand and the large counter that they have, I would recommend that they get another register! :) I highly recommend giving these croffles a try, and they are nice for sharing, especially if you want to try more than one flavor! read more
This is the most well-thought-out restaurant I have ever been to. Every detail and decision feels carefully planned, and you can truly see how much effort and heart were put into making this place a wonderful spot to enjoy amazing food. We arrived around 3 o'clock, and of course there was a line. What else would you expect from a place that's new and genuinely good? Everyone wants to try it and experience it for themselves. We waited in line for a good 15 minutes, but it moved quickly. It actually gave us time to think about what we wanted to order and to look around and appreciate all the thoughtful details and intentional design of the restaurant. It's such a unique and well-crafted space. When we got to the front, we started ordering. We ordered matchas, the pizza croffle, the Biscoff croffle, the maple bacon croffle, the Nutella croffle, and the berry compote croffle. All I can say is OMG! nothing like anything I've ever tried. The croissant dough was perfectly crispy with incredible layers! The ingredients they used for each croffle were high-quality and freshly made. The matcha was so cute and so delicious! I've never had a matcha that was the perfect size and tasted this good. It paired perfectly with the croffles. Overall, 10/10 I will definitely be coming back!! read more
Location and opening hours are great. Opened late, until 11 pm. It's located inside Clackamas Town Center with its own entrance and lots of parking. It's large, spacious. Plenty of seats for small and large group. But it can get really busy. Modern, minimalistic, cute ambience. You have your usual drinks on the menu. Croffles are savory or sweet from $11-$14. They are good but not outstanding. I took a star off because everything is served in take out boxes and cups. It's a lot of plastic waste. The croffles can be served on plates (glass or melamine) to be more environmentally friendly. Can also use real silverware. read more

So freaking delicious! The size of the Croffle and quality ingredients was a good value! $20 for both. We got the ham and cheese and the Nutella lovers. The vibe of the space is clean, light and airy. We waited about 30 minutes from the time we entered the line and got our food. We couldn't eat inside since it was so crowded. If you have a nut allergy, do not recommend. There is a ton of cross contamination with the Nutella. It's all over! Will definitely come back. read more
The aesthetics of this place are 10/10 such a beautiful cafe! We got the tiramisu latte and it is so delicious! we got 3 different croffles to try and each one was amazing!!! Absolutely love this place and that they're opened later. read more
A friend has been recommending this spot for months and it did not disappoint. Located in the Clackamas Town Center, it is a drive from Portland, but worth it. Ended up getting a second matcha because it's one of the best in town, and you cannot go wrong with any of the crickets. Service is a little slow due to demand, but everyone is friendly and the line moves quick. And waiting is fine when the location is gorgeous - minimalist and fun! read more
Popped in over the holiday season and the interior was beautifully decorated. It was extremely busy but the wait wasn't too long. Sweet and savory options available but decided to submit to my sweet tooth :) The tiramisu came with an espresso shot that added an additional fun flare! Not your typical tiramisu, this was more of a whipped consistency and not overly sweet. The 14k gold was basic, definitely paying for the gold flakes, but who doesn't enjoy waffles and ice cream! read more
this cafe is very spacious with plenty of seating. the decor style is modern, white, and slightly uncomfortable furniture. the smell of the oil and food is very strong, so i would not recommend doing any work here. i was super excited to try my prosciutto croissant, but when it arrived after a long wait, i was disappointed to find out that they put balsamic glaze on top. i did not know they were going to add it because it was not on the display croissant, and the ingredients were not listed on the menu. i was disappointed that i had to pay for another one instead of the workers remaking it for me. the least they could've done was given me a discount, which also they did not do. i am disappointed by the attention to detail and the customer service. this was a cool place to try but i wouldn't come back read more
