I was so excited to discover Just Tea isn't "just tea!" They offer a wide array of drinks, desserts, and savory items as well. Their egg, pork and chicken sandwich looks delicious, as well as their savory dumplings. This evening my partner and I stopped in for a visit. The restaurant was clean, the server was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our food was delicious! I ordered an egg puff with strawberry ice cream, strawberry syrup, and coconut sprinkles. It was such a delicious treat, I know I'll be back for more! Just Tea is located on the very busy 122nd Avenue, but I was pleased to discover there is a small parking lot in the rear with a back entrance as well. I've been to Just Tea a couple times and based off of those times I've enjoyed my experience! So far I've tried their Milk teas and Freezies which are delicious! I appreciate that the prices are affordable and that you can pick the sweetness level since I have to be careful with my sugar intake. This spot is easily to miss when driving by, I missed it the first time looking for it. They have a drive thru which is nice and the outside looks similar to a home. The inside is very clean and modern. It was a bit warm in the shop when I went. They have the Egg Puffs with various toppings on it. Got the black sesame egg puff, they told me it took 10 mins to make which was fine. Fresh and warm when we got it. There was a good amount of black sesame on top of the egg puff. Nice scoop of ice cream, and whipped cream. I was surprised to see an Oreo and some cookies on top of it. Also got the wintermelon milk tea at 50% sweetness and less ice with boba. The boba they have is sweet so cutting the sweetness for the milk tea was good. I do wish the wintermelon flavor was stronger but it was decent. For the taro blended drink, they don't use fresh taro rather it's powder. Just like a classic taro drink with boba in it. Overall good boba shop, and will come back again. read more

The workers were also really nice and the service was good. We ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and a Jasmine Tea with Mango boba which they were able to make by modifying the Jasmine Milk Tea. Both drinks tasted really great and had just the right amount of sweetness. The boba was really good quality and tasted fresh. I'm sorry, I want to retract my review of earlier. I confused Just Tea with Sharetea and Royal Tea. Royal tea and Share tea that changed their Taro boba tea recipe. Then they raised the price and made the cup smaller. Instead of the taro powder, they use real taro root. It tastes grainy and chunky. I don't like the idea of eating a potato while I'm drinking my favorite boba tea. Please note that there is only one way in and one way out. If you pull in and park, you will have to enter the drive-thru lane to exit. HOLY CROW!!! What an unexpected gem out here on the east side! This place is amazing, they hand make every waffle when you order it so it's not fast food, you order at the drive up window and then loop back around and park and hang out while they cook and scoop up your egg waffles! My friend ordered the original with vanilla, chocolate sauce and peppermint and I asked for chocolate filled, Carmel sauce and rainbow sprinkles. What I didn't realize is that the 'chocolate waffle' is a regular waffle with the pockets filled with little chocolate bits‽ WHAT, this stuff is like crack honestly. I used to go to Puffle Waffle in inner southeast all of the time but this is next level.
