First off, I want to say the curvy seats are way too hard to sit on! Please buy some cushions! The drinks taste the same as the location I always go to so not much to say about that. Also, I would like to say they need to make their foam a bit thicker so that it doesn't go straight to the bottom when poured in.

Finally a place that has smaller sized cups!!…read more We got two of the most popular teas, the Sugar Babie (popular milk tea) and the Sweater Weather (popular fruit tea). I adjusted the sweetness on the Sugar Babie to 75% because the employee said that one can be kind of sweet. I think it was a good suggestion because it wasn't too sweet and you could still taste the ceylon tea flavor. The Sweater Weather was a lychee fruit tea with lychee chunks and lychee jelly which made it a refreshing and light drink, perfect for this hot summer weather! The interior is pretty small with just a few seats, so definitely a great place to grab and go. The ambiance is clean and minimal.

Yin's Tea is such a cute spot--bright, modern, and very inviting. They have a great selection of…read moredrinks, from milk tea and fruit tea to coffee, so there's something for everyone. I ordered the High Mountain Oolong Milk Tea with whole milk, and if you're a true tea person, this one's for you. The tea is freshly brewed, strong, and fragrant, and the sweetness level was perfectly balanced--not overpowering at all. The boba was really nice too--soft, chewy, and the perfect texture. I also tried their new item, Mango Boom, which was yummy. It has a good amount of real mango flavor and pairs really well with the coconut cream. Refreshing and not too sweet. Overall, a great place and definitely worth coming back to try more drinks. Highly recommend giving it a visit!

Something about ordering here attracted my partner and I told him when we go to another location my…read moremom enjoys the orange chicken so I was willing to give them a try. We just kind of got some items to share and unfortunately the bananas were out, but the cheesecake was pretty good. The food itself isn't anything special, tastes like the cheaper stuff you get from the grocery store, but hey, you don't have to heat it up yourself. The cone of chicken wasn't done right and not as pictured. They just put the cheese in the bottom and chicken on top so you can't really just eat it out of the cone. You have to get the loose chicken out so you can then dunk it in cheese. If they topped it right this would've been kind of cool but since they don't it's really kind of a disaster and not meant for eating without a plate and fork (defeats it being in a cone). The real problem is that they're not great with delivery. I know how fast these kinds of foods are to make so I know it doesn't take 45 minutes to hand over our food to the delivery driver (I also know how busy). I had to increase the tip for the poor person who clearly just sat and waited while they continued to take new orders and prioritize them. Get with the times people! Take away/delivery is your future so just make the orders in the actual order they come in and there won't be a problem. If someone steps up to order they can wait a few minutes for the order in front of them, just like they would if I had gone myself. Needless to say I won't ever give them my business again here. If your food isn't great and your service is terrible you don't deserve my money.
