This is an unassuming place due to its name and decor, but let me assure you it is quite the hidden gem! At first glance it looks like just another Froyo place, and they also serve Churros as per their biggest advertisements.... But don't let this fool you. This is a Vietnamese establishment, making conventional desserts with Vietnamese flair as well as traditional Vietnamese desserts. It's difficult to find Ube or Pandan in the area, but this place has a few desserts for both. Do not sleep on their Che, it is phenomenally tasty! The service is very friendly, and they are happy to serve and delight you. Seating is plentiful and cute, especially by the fish tank. If you're into tropical desserts, definitely give this place a try! But if you're into their Froyo, definitely still go! You can't go wrong !

Yes! I'm a sucka for Durian, and I'll eat anything Durian. They got Durian dessert! also had the original flan, it's good. Was hoping they got durian flan but they've discontinued it 2 years ago.

Service was fast, super friendly, and everything was delicious! It's very calming inside with nice decor. The girl taking my order was so nice, i will be making this my new spot.

I didn't realize that Green Apple closed but Sprinkle Divine has revamped their menu! There is still frozen yogurt available. Not sure how much an ounce is, but there are samples cups provided if you ask a staff member. I didn't like the tofu with red bean because it was bland. However, the flan had a hint of coffee and wasn't too sweet.

Wow! Sprinkle Divine is an absolute hidden gem. I can't believe this place has been open a year and I'm just now finding out about it. My sister and I came here while waiting for a table at HK Cafe for some dim sum. It's located in the same complex. What a treat! Super clean and cute inside. It's Vietnamese owned and the customer service is amazing. They have smoothies, coffee, boba tea and fruit teas and Mangonadas. It's a fusion of Vietnamese, Mexican, American and Filipino desserts. The ultimate place for a drink and sweet treat. I ordered the ube coffee. They do a Ube foam with iced coffee. Super creamy and delicious. I also got the Halo Halo which is a Filipino dessert with taro ice cream, lychee jelly, red bean, coconut milk, Thai tea and Pandan jelly. So yummy. If you like Che (3 bean Vietnamese dessert) you'd love this! I also ordered the Ube coconut flan and it was the best flan I've ever had. Everything is made in house and fresh to order. This will be my new go to spot whenever I want boba and a sweet treat! It's definitely a place you want to add to your list and check out! Promise you won't be disappointed!

This place is a magical hole in the wall! I walked in and only thought of it as a built-your-own yogurt bar. It is more than that! They had actual appetizer/ food items. Their wings and fries with truffle salt were AMAZING! I also ordered their Philly Cheese steak egg rolls (not pictured) and they were absolutely divine! The mangonada brought be back to childhood memories. There was not ONE thing I didn't like. I believe we talked with the owner and his son, they could not have been more positive and happy. They interacted with my family and I. Made sure everything was to our liking. This was the BEST experience I could have asked for on my mini vacation. I recommend them, highly!

I love coming here so much the staff are all super kind and make coming here a really pleasant experience. The wings are so good as well as the froyo being top quality. I come here at least once a week for a sweet treat and it never fails to disappoint. The overall aesthetic and vibe of the place is really great too, they have good AC and it always feels very clean and I can tell all the staff work hard to keep the place nice. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here!!

And for good reasons! The flavors, taste and experience are truly phenomenal. I typically try to visit during the day so that there isn't a long line. If you come anytime after 6 PM, expect to wait a while. It's just that good! The staff is always incredibly friendly and they will let you sample as many flavors as you like before you decide. They have standard staples for flavors and then seasonal ones that rotate every few months. This particular location has very little seating so you should plan to take yours to go. I recommend enjoying it while you stroll on NW 23rd. Otherwise, the staff will be happy to pack up a scoop for you and/or you can take a pint to go! Parking is a typical challenge for this area, but prices are reasonable and you can't beat the service. My favorite part of the experience is that first step into the front door when I smell the fresh waffle cones being made. As someone who used to work in an ice cream shop, I have very high standards for what is served to the customer - the scoop sizes we received were noticeably inconsistent when compared to past visits & in my opinion, if a scoop doesn't at least appear to fill the cup, either smaller cups are needed or scoopers should be trained to not have their scoops be so compact. One of the scoops in the double mini we ordered was literally 1/3 the size of the other, cost more than the regular scoop but had less ice cream. The regular scoop was compressed into such a tight, dense ball, it was rolling around my cup like a marble on the drive home. We couldn't help but laugh when we looked in our cups because the portions we had just paid for were comical. For prices that are set at a premium, I want to feel like I'm getting my money's worth and don't like walking out of an establishment feeling ripped off.
