Pretty average bubble tea shop. They had a new item called Bubble Pop and if you bought any drink, you could buy the bubble pop for 99 cents. The bubble pop was essentially a bubble waffle on a stick, which was still good, but a lot smaller than advertised. It was an interesting concept since we could choose a milk tea flavored bubble pop and it also came with some dipping sauces like nutella, vanilla cream, strawberry cream, or milk tea cream. The cream all had the texture of a custard. The drink was a good, average bubble tea. I got the taro milk tea with pudding instead of pearls with 50% sugar and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. This girl worker had attitude the moment I stepped foot into this establishment for some reason like I was one of her oppositions. She kept giving us dirty looks even though we've never seen her before and looked at us like we were the stupidest people ever when we gave her the wrong amount of CENTS, she stood there for a while and just stared at us before saying the name of the cent we gave her. Good place to get a thirst quenching drink on a nice day when in the area. I had the passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit tea with zero percent sweetness (still a bit sweet from the syrup). The service was pretty quick as we were the only ones in at that time. read more

Thirsty for a delightful, loaded refreshment before entering the mall? This is a great addition located on the second floor just outside the food court and theater entrance. We beat the rush right before noon. Staff was welcoming and ready to make our drinks. One special and one milk tea. When you came decide, one hot and one cold is the way to go. They were prepared as expected. Like other bubble tea places you have the option to choose the sweetness and ice levels and various toppings if you wish. I often get my milk tea here and it's really good and consistent. The service is also good, on weekends they are often busy and wait time varies but it's worth it. The shop is a bit small so waiting can get a bit crowded considering there's not much room. read more

I have mixed feelings about this particular location. Although they do have great drink selections compared to other locations, the service is extremely slow. Not only did they mess up our drinks once, they did it 2 times. However, they were very apologetic about the situation and handled it in a kind manner. They had a promotion, B1G1 50% off on some of their menu items. I ordered the peach green tea with aiyu jelly; 80% sugar. It was so good! The aiyu jelly had a nice texture and the size of the chunks were perfect. The service was quick and the store was nice and clean. They have a couple of tables for you to sit and enjoy your drinks. Sharetea on the deep East side! Woohoo! I got wind that a Sharetea is coming to Clackamas and jumped at the first chance I could get to check it out. They opened for their soft opening today. Sounds like a Grand Opening will happen on 3/12/21. The shop is located on the outer side of the main building before the entrance to the Clackamas Mall food court, near the movie theater. It's a fairly small shop so if there's a line then people would be waiting outside the door (bring a jacket for the winter and rainy season!). Of course there's plenty of parking since it's connected to the mall. The outer side of the shop showcases menus for a more expedient purchasing experience. They're still working on a little more setup inside the shop but otherwise the aesthetics have the minimalistic and clean lines seen across other Sharetea boba shops. The staff were friendly, wearing masks and gloves, hand sanitizer is provided. Currently, all the staff are in training but it's obvious that there's an orderly station and sequence of making the beverages that will make for a speedy process as they continue. I got to speak with the lovely owners as they have a hand in really working towards making this franchise a positive and welcoming experience. They shared how there's uniformity across all the Sharetea shops, a strict structure and guideline to how beverages are made, and great care into what machines and products are used. That way, people know what they're ordering when they select a specific beverage item. It's like the uniformity of In & Out or Dutch Bros. No matter which location, you know what to expect - and it's going to be good. There's so many different types of drink styles to choose from on their menu and I appreciate the diversity of milk tea, blended drinks, lemonade types, and creative concoctions. Boba tea originated in Taiwan and there's a high standard and connection to authenticity that Sharetea upholds by what I see is offered on the menu (also with modern creative twists which is cool, too). I've been to several boba tea shops across the West Coast and worked in one in my teen years - and I really appreciate when quality syrups and real ingredients are used. Husband got blended strawberry with lychee and ice cream toppings. Mama got the hot taro with boba. -- I love love that they are offering hot boba drinks! Dad got that peach kiwi with aiyu jelly, which seems like a lemonade concoction. I got the mango mojito in the cute rounded cup and it tastes very much like a real mojito sans the alcohol. I will definitely be coming back to try more flavors now that there's a spot closer to me. read more

Consistent teas, and always fresh. I like ordering ahead through their app, and then just walking in to pick up. I never go 100% ice or 100% sugar. For most drinks, I do less ice, and 30-50% sweet. If the name of the drink has pearl in it-- it means it comes with the bolba (pearls) so don't add pearls or they'll charge you the add on cost and double the bolba. read more

Sharetea is located in Clackamas Town Center near the movie theater and food court. You can order online and in store. They accept cash. I liked that they allow you to specify the sweetness level and now much ice you want. 100 is the default/normal sweetness. I got my coffee milk tea at 50% sweetness with less ice. I liked the drink, but I'd be curious to see if I would like if better at 80%. They had some nice yellow chairs to wait in that were big enough for my plus sized body to fit into. I look forward to coming back and trying another drink. read more

First I would like to say how tasty the boba is here. The staff was friendly here. The only downside to this Sharetea restaurant was the guest wifi. I just wish they were able to put out the wifi so that anyone could use it. I had to use my data for this and the ordering system was pretty slow for me. Overall. Boba was great and the right sweetness to it. I would come back but maybe not order through the QR code since there was no Wifi and my data was slow. read more

usually this place is as decent as any other sharetea. came in just before 7:20pm today, saw one employee sitting on his phone watching videos. there was no one in the store, so the phone itself isn't a problem. I called out to him three times to try to get his attention so I could, you know, buy a tea. the first couple times I assumed he didn't hear me, so I yelled the third time. no response--eyes locked on his phone. maybe this store needs a new closing shift guy? read more

Showed up at 8:26 pm to find the doors locked and the employees wiping the counters. Both Yelp and the map apps show the closing time as 9:00pm. Instead of serving paying customers the girl working inside was glaring through the locked doors. This is the second ShareTea to close more than half an hour before the posted time. Either this company needs to change their schedules or post a sign because it's frustrating as a paying costumer to drive the distance only to find out it's closed early without notice. read more

This is my new boba spot! I have been looking for my go to, this is it. The boba is fresh, so yummy. I hate cold or old boba, you can always tell. This is better then boba milk and T4 you. Although T4 you is very good but boba not as fresh. My partner liked the coffee tea milk as well and he's super picky about coffee. Can't wait to go back! Great news that Sharetea has opened a location here in the FAR eastside. I had gone to the Beaverton location several times and really liked them, but it's quite a trek for me since I live in Gresham. This new spot at Clackamas Town Center is super convenient for me. I went to check it out and was pleased they have the same lineup of drinks that I'm familiar with. I always order Classic Brewed Oolong Tea (plain, with no milk), Sweetness Level of 0% (no sugar at all), and Herb Jelly as a Topping. My drink was perfect there at the Clackamas store. They have a convenient outside entrance near the food court, so you don't have to go inside the mall to get there. Their space is small, but there would be plenty of seating in the food court (whenever COVID restrictions allow). I got one punch on my punch card from them already...and I'll be getting plenty more soon since I'll be a "regular" there! read more

I've been to many ShareTeas in the past. When I go I normally order a Honey Oolong milk tea with pearls. But at this location they said they couldn't make it which doesn't make sense. I compromised and ordered a different drink and even that drink was underwhelming. It is disappointing to go to this location and not be able to order my favorite drink. read more
