Okay, so we order two things: the S3 and the Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, and here's what U think about each: Tonkotsu Ramen: -The Meat doesn't have a huge initial, impactful taste, but the flavor settles in a couple seconds after you bite it and it's a very soft, warming feeling. -The Broth is where the spice is, and it's not like "oh my mouth is on fire" it's the type of spice that hits you in the back of the throat, so it's bearable but I couldn't chug it personally, I had to take sips which is nice for someone who devours their food like there's no tomorrow (like me). -The Noodles are.. just your typical Ramen noodles, nothing special to add there but nothing bad to say at all! -The Egg, although not marinated in soy sauce like some places do, was cooked well. The inside was soft and gooey, but the white was fully cooked. I have no complaints! -The Mushrooms added a nice texture to the noodles and the overall dish, and worked to make it even more satisfactory. The S3: -I don't have much to say because my cousin ordered it and I only had a few bites, but the veggies were cooked nicely... -The big boom about it was the noodles. If I had to describe it, I would say it's like.. an Orange Chicken type of Tater Tot, it was really unique and fun to eat. Next time I go, it'll be hard to decide what to order.. The plates come with rice, a small lettuce salad and dressing (could use a little more of that sometimes), and a mac salad with pretty simple black pepper seasoning. It's a good amount of food for the price. I also really appreciate, and choose to visit K-Bop, because they use the compostable clamshell containers, and not the wasteful single-use plastic like so many others. We got the burger, fries, and an order of chili fries. The burger was good, nice and juicy. The fries were battered curly fries with good seasoning. For the chili fries, it was the same curly fries and the chili had no beans and was a bit drier than I'm use to, says the lady that only has canned chili. It was cleary house made and very good. I will say, it doesn't reheat very well so eat your chili first. One thing I will note and this is nothing on the shop: But make sure to ask about what fries they are using. In the picture for the chili fries it is normal fries and I (again a me problem) assumed that was what they would have. Only reason I note this is bc I can't have a lot of gluten and battered curly fries are a no go for me.

I felt like downing a smash burger and this cart fit the bill. This cart has a basic menu of burgers & potatoes (fries or tots). Prices are very reasonable for single and double cheese burgers. And they have interesting preset toppings. My Thai peanut cheese burger was perfectly cooked/smashed. Peppers, sauce & a fresh cuke salad topping made this burger pop with flavor. For $9, it was plenty of burger.
