It's like an Open cafe concept, the cafe interiors merge with the footpath and road. Seating majorly is on the pedestrian pathway, few tables inside. Quick and extremely sweet service just like what they offer at the cafe. Everything looked so good and fresh. We tried the Honey lavender matcha latter, strawberry croissant, Cheese garlic herb bread, Guava Danish, Kimchi croquette and cappuccino. All delicious, wiped off the plate in minutes! I have visited this bakery chain in Las Vegas but have not tried their bakeries. My whole family is a big fan of mango so we decided to share a mango cream crossiant ($4.9). It looked good in the refrigerated section. In another non-refrigerated section, they sell taro cream crossiant ($4.9) as well. It looked quite good so I will have to give that one a try next time. The mango cream was very light but creamy. The crossiant was filled with large portion of mango cream. I can really taste the mango flavor. The cream was light with a touch of tangy flavor. Ill tell ya, even for the evening they still had many fresh items and they were adding to the cases even as we were there. This place is super cute, grab a tray and tongs and get shopping. We wanted to try something that would be a sure fire hit, and something a bit more adventurous and unique. Looks like the red bean donut was out so we went with another interesting flavor, Mango! Don't get me wrong all their pastry's were super good but their drinks and just that one worker I dealt with just wasn't the best. I've been going here ever since they opened and I never had a problem till this guy started working. His names Paul and not o my did he make my drink wrong in a smaller size but when he remade it.... I crave mango cake often. This is the closest spot that will hit the craving. It's so light and stuffy and fruity without being too sweet. I could eat half the cake by myself. The service is great. The first time I encountered Tous Les Jours... Was in the Lotte Market in Orlando. I thought it was my own little French bakery That was my little secret. I didn't know it was an incredible consistent chain with an incredible supply of absolutely delicious baked goods that are French beyond belief. I usually try to order an almond paste, croissant type deal, but sometimes it's not available depending on where you're going. That doesn't matter because I also can get some amazing French custard and I recently had their pecan cloud latte, which is absolutely out of sight. I paired it during an afternoon at the movies right across the street with the rental family... Brendan Fraser's come back. This is an absolutely incredible bakery, and honest to God just pay anything they tell you to because you are gonna have any fantastic experience at any of the Tous Les Jour... They are everything that is right about franchisees in America and there's very few franchises that's worth anything in America. It was my favorite place for the Sweet Potato Pie, but they discontinued because summer 2024! Now it's just another typical pastry shop conveniently located adjacent to the Clackamas Town Center. I ate almost everything on their menu since I moved in the area in late 2021. Overall selection and quality is 3/5, drinks are okay and forgettable so 2-3/5, service is 4/5, location 5/5. Quick in and our self service for pastry selection with your own tray and tongs, then you pay at the checkout counter. You have to order your drinks, and select your cakes and macarons at the checkout counter. It's not an idea place to sit and chill though they do have few high stool chair without back support setting along the storefront glass walls. No restroom in the shop! You can use the restroom in the food court inside the Clackamas Town Center right next to it. read more

TLJ's cakes and pastries are absolutely wonderful! If reviews were based solely on that they would easily get 4 stars from me. But food is an experience and this past experience with TLJ was the worst. Needed a cake for dad's birthday but their online ordering form showed they didn't have Blueberry Yogurt (dad's fav!) I tried calling the store to check what cakes they had but all 8 times I tried between 11:30 to 12:30 the line was busy. Okay no big deal, I'll just order what they've got online to make things easier. I use the online order form (doordash sent me a confirmation so I guess they use DoorDash as their online merchant) to get a Strawberry Lychee Cloud Cake and a couple of pastries for dad to enjoy on his big day and then sent hubby out to pick the order up so that I could finish prepping dinner. He drives down from Vancouver, they hand him a big bag, he asks if they offer candles (this part's important folks!), and then he heads back to Vancouver. Hubby hands me the bag so I can fridge the cake but automatically I noticed something was off. There was no cake. I check through the contents of the way too big bag and find that a couple of the pastries I ordered were also missing. Hubby feels horrible that he didn't check the order before leaving. It was a huge bag and he says he kinda just blanked, said thank you and left. So now he needs to head back across the river to let them know we had some things missing. When he gets to the store, the front cashier was of no help and it took them 10 minutes to finally agree to get their manager to assist with the situation. Manager announces they sold out of the other items in our order and that a refund would go back to the card that was charged. No apologies for the situation, for not telling him WHEN HE PICKED UP our order, for the inconvenience. Nothing. They could have said something when he asked if they offered free candles for the cakes. But no, they just kept repeating that we'd get our refund. Hubby doesn't like confrontation so just picked up what they originally gave us and went to Costco to pick up a cake from there instead. Costco never disappoints. Their cakes and pastries are delicious and way better priced than TLJ. Also, this location is at a mall so parking is pretty bad. Keep that in mind if you're trying to run in and out really quick. Store itself is pretty clean but the workers need way better training for sure. They definitely need to let customers know if items in their order are missing. Especially if it's an entire cake. read more

I came here to get some pastries and pick up a cake. Their pastries are made fresh and they are gorgeous, so are the cakes. With the cake they offered if I wanted any candles and it also came with a cake cutter. Definitely recommend trying their cakes as they are not too sweet. read more

I absolutely love this bakery! I would recommend going here earlier in the day if you can, rather than later, as there will be more pastry and cake options (and they'll be fresher!). Located right outside of Clackamas mall, it's super accessible and really to stop by if you're already making a trip to the mall. The pastries are always delicious and there are both sweet and savory options. I personally love getting the cloud cakes from here, both as a treat and for special occasions, as they aren't very sweet and superrr light and fluffy. In addition, the packaging is very nice quality and they provide you with a plastic cake knife and candles for when you eat it! I am all about the Cloud Cake at Tous Les Jours. It is light, fluffy, and not too sweet! I usually get the regular Cloud Cake or the strawberry, but I finally got to try the chocolate & it has become my favorite. They also had a mocha one that looked delicious and I will definitely have to try it next time. They have so many items that look amazing; different types of croissants, danishes, donuts, cream puffs. So many, plus you can choose between sweet and savory! They also serve coffee and tea. I've been to the Beaverton location before and was so happy to see that Tous Les Jours has expanded to the Happy Valley/Clackamas area. It's located in a great area at the Clackamas Town Center near the boba place and food court/movie theater. There wasn't much seating from what I could remember, but the space is fairly spacious for the amount of pastries and breads there are to grab. Some of the products are wrapped, but a lot of them are in bakery cases for you to grab with tongs, which they make sure you get clean, untouched tongs at the front of the store. There is a refrigerated section for the baked goods that need it such as cakes and tarts. I got the green tea croissant, yuzu donut, frank roll, and sesame donut. Beautifully made and this was my first time seeing the green tea croissant. I'm used to getting the strawberry cream croissant, so this was a nice addition to the menu. read more

I've been lucky enough to travel throughout France (and no this doesn't quite compare) but it's close and we're in Oregon, right?. I went in last monday and there was an asian guy with glasses who cared more about his conversation rather than customer service. He was talking so loud that I could hear him across the store. I ordered a latte and I asked him to remake it because the drink was lukewarm and he scoffed and remade it. When he called out the drink again, he slammed down my drink on the table and the burning hot coffee hit my hand a burned me. I've already been here twice in a one week.  Located across of the movie theaters and just outside of the food court doors, you'll find Tous Les Jours. They have a wide selection of pastries, breads, and desserts. You pickup a tray and tongs and stroll through the displays. We've had the egg tarts, croquettes, spicy sausage pastry, chocolate croissants, loaf of milk bread, and a bunch of other items. This place had been on my radar for quite some time but it wasn't until my mom's birthday that we first tried them. I thought this might be a nice place to order her birthday cake and we were so glad we did. She decided on the chocolate cloud cake and not only was it beautiful, but it was light and creamy, really yummy. Went into the store to order and pick up and staff was really pleasant. They even give you a cake cutter with matches for candles with the cake. I can't remember any bakery doing that little extra for us but it was needed because the cake was indeed leaving town and going to a public space. It's just a nice touch that meant I didn't have to take one from home with me. Now since then it's been all about delivery. I want to try just about everything they have here because it's all been so delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with any choices, but the croque monsieur is an amazing sandwich that's hard to pass up. We've personally thought savory items were savory and as for seeming "empty" inside some pastries I will say this - if you filled it completely it would make the item unbalanced. These are light and flaky pastries and it's a delicate balance when it comes to filling. For example, the mango donut is completely filled because it works that way, but the curry croquet would be too much if it were filled. And no, you can't just make it smaller because then there wouldn't be enough pastry. Everyone we've shared with has really enjoyed their food. I decided that all the cakes look so good that my next birthday isn't ordering one cake, it's ordering slices of everything so we can taste test. It's that good! read more

So I finally saw this place has opened! I ordered quite a few items. Items not pictured are the Croissant $2.25. The Strawberry Cream Cake is so light, fluffy, fruity & just all around delicious. The cake is extremely light so it makes it feel like you're not stuffing your face with a ton of cake! Iced Vanilla Latte was super strong. So, if you enjoy a good kick then this is for you. This place is super appealing, and right outside the doors to Clackamas Town Center Mall. I was searching for things made here in Oregon for a gift basket, and found a couple items that were. However, all of their sealed items are shipped from California. When I asked if I could taste something, they said no. I have no idea what a "cheese donut ball" is, I read the ingredients and there is parmesan and Gouda - but I would have loved to give it a try before spending $6 on three 1" balls of dough. When I went to check out, I had purchased a ham and cheese croissant to eat on my way home, and a couple of baked goods for the gift basket. I asked if those could be separately bagged (just a lil plastic bag and a twist tie), and they said no. When I got to my car and took a bit of the croissant, I was REALLY disappointed that it's just a croissant, sliced in half, one thin slice of ham, and AMERICAN (not real) cheese. Barf. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as they come off hoity-toity, their prices are a bit extreme ($6 for a croissant with one slice of ham and one slice of processed cheese product?), And I feel like there's potential to be good, but meh.
