I'm a fan of Kung Fu Tea drinks and especially their bubbles. I didn't realize when ordering online through the app that it doesn't show the open hours. I ordered 15 minutes prior to opening and arrived to the store before they opened. I was confused at first and the store employee came and asked me about my order and made my order right away. Just want to apologize for not realizing the open time and also want to compliment on a great service. I do understand the order was rushed so there were errors to the drinks. No bubbles were added, sweetness, level of ice were different from ordered. So a little disappointed, but completely my fault for not realizing the open hour. Another Kung Fu Tea near my mom's house, lucky! It's neat and organized inside. Plenty of parking is available at the shopping center. Employees are friendly and quick. I've been a fan since I first tried them out in NY. I love their teas, super refreshing and flavorful. Their bubble teas are on the pricier side but quality ingredients are used. We went during Covid times. There is plexiglass and mask required which is fine with me. The two teas we got came out relatively quickly. The decreased sugar is very decreased it tastes compared to some places so take that into account. The strawberry lemonade was also more tart than expected. Anyways did quench my bubble tea craving. My favorite bubble tea. I can't get enough of this!! The drinks are custom and made to order. Change up the amount of ice and sugar to your liking. They have milk teas, slushes, drinks with caffeine and no caffeine. You can also add a variety of toppings from boba (tapioca balls), jelly's etc. This can get pricey if you go a lot (just like Starbucks) but if you download their app, you can get points and end up getting discounts when you reach a certain level and also free drinks too. Lots of options- slushees, milk teas, lemonades, boba, mango and aloe jelly... After a long walk, I got a taro slushee with a shot of espresso with 50% sugar. Probably one of the nicest king fu teas I've ever been to! Right when you walk in you'll notice how clean and very spacious the place is! I ordered my usual drink which is the strawberry lemon green tea with aloe bits and it was made just right! If you're looking to chill they have plenty of seating in the front and back of the place. They even have games to play AND have free WiFi! Who doesn't love free WiFi? I know I do! It's located in a shopping center so it's very convenient for anyone that wants a quick drink. Brand new (they literally just opened this past Friday!) and ready to serve you delicious bubble tea, Kung Fu Tea has come to Burke and personally I am SO PUMPED that they have! It's located right next to Glory Days in Burke, and the space is clean and modernly decorated. Service was friendly and fast, and my drink was up to the usual KFT standard (I always get the Taro Milk Green Tea with bubbles and pudding, less sweet. YUM!) So bummed I don't live in this area anymore. I would've gone everyday if only it were in this location sooner! I went around 1pm on a super duper slow Wednesday afternoon - I was the only customer there. I ordered a Medium-sized Honey Oolong Milk Tea with... (here's what was awesome about the dude working the register) - I asked for "rainbow jelly" topping, but the guy told me he they didn't have any. BOO. My 2nd choice was to add a Lychee topping. They didn't have it! BOO x2. HOWEVER, the guy at the register offered an alternative, which was Nata Jelly (similar to lychee jellies in shape and texture, but made from coconut with a pineapple-y taste). ANYWAYS. My point is: it's nice that the guy working the register offered something similar and was able to describe it. Some places just say YAY or NEIGH without offering something else. The employees at this location are very unprofessional. They dont answer the phones, I've called multiple times during covid19 lockdown, they answered 1 time in the beginning. When I arrived, the open sign was not on, its dim so it looks closed. As I walked in and saw no one, I hesitated, but then saw an employe pop up from behind the counter, so walked in, thought nothing of it, they were probably sitting down on their phone, no biggie. But then when I get to the counter, I see another employee pop up.... Dare I ask what they were doing on that floor? No chairs, dim, with the "open" sign off? Uh.... worrisome. Also, my drink had ice, I asked for no ice. Was too sweet. I asked for normal sweetness. I drink this same drink same mods at least 5x a month so I can tell when something is off. read more

I always get either the honey green tea or honey milk green tea which I both recommend. Waited 30 to 40 minutes+ for my drinks since I was not able to order no sugar for sugar level for my drinks through the app. When I arrived they told us bubbles are sold out, and basically the employees were telling each other that they would continue to sell bubbles to the online orders for the rest of the evening but tell those who are ordering in store that bubbles are running out, just not the best way to run a business or provide any customer service. A friend of mine turned me on to this place one day before we went for pedicures! I'd never had it before. I tried the mango green tea and loved it!! I have allergies to citrus, chocolate, and I don't drink coffee, and there are still quite a few things on the menu that I can have. I think my only major complaint is their opening time of 11:30 am on weekdays (with the amount of coffe drinks they serve, gyms being close by, missing out on commuters, etc. I work from home and at the beginning had forgotten they opened at 11:30 only to turn around and go back home and then forget about it for a few weeks or month or 2. I was surprised to see there was a Kung Fu Tea in Burke! I don't remember hearing about this location opening whatsoever. Anyways, this location had plenty of helpful and quick service that had me leaving with my three drinks in just a few minutes. I ordered, went to the restroom, and they were ready when I came out.
