This location is quite small so there is limited seating and it's somewhat awkwardly laid out when waiting for your drink, but it's definitely convenient. I figured I would write a review for this place especially since I've been here over a dozen times already. I ordered a cafe mocha from the app, and it was right there waiting for me as always. This store is very punctual, and they always do an awesome job preparing coffee and other delectable drinks. This store itself is rather small though, and it doesn't seem that they want people to hangout inside for too much time. Ive been to several of their other stores where they have comete sofas and long tables for folks to set-up shop and work on their laptops. This place is not like that. On the other hand, outside at the front of the store, there are several places to sit. I think the whole shopping center is set-up that way. A couple of times I have recognized the same employees as before, but today it seemed like there are all new people working here. Maybe they rotate around from store to store? read more

Convenient location for a Starbucks if you're visiting the Falls Church Giant or the Apple Federal Credit Union next door. I've come here during off-peak hours and the service is good for basic coffee. Space is limited inside - so it's not conducive to working quietly. Be sure to watch out for cars as you return back to your parking spot in the lot across the street. read more

I usually put in a mobile order on my way to work and it's been fine. Recently had to work on a Saturday and put my mobile order in, arrived at the store to pick up, nothing there in the alpha section where my name would be - no problem, it's only been a couple minutes. Meanwhile, no acknowledgment of any kind by multiple staff, they just keep making orders and calling out names, orders are piling up with no one picking up. Finally after 5 minutes or so of being completely ignored, I ask a barista if they've received my order...part of it is sitting back by the oven and part is sitting amidst another person's order the whole time. Got a "sorry" and never any eye contact. At least 5 people working, and only a few customers in the store...no one could take a second and ask what I was waiting for? read more

Quick service, however my experience today was a little disappointing. I waited to ask for a few packets of sugar after receiving my drink, but unfortunately was ignored. I overheard one of the associates mentioning loudly that I could wait even though they were free to assist me. If you've read any of my Yelp reviews you know that I love my coffee. I stopped into this Starbucks while running some errands in the area. The location is good representation of what we've come to expect with the Starbucks brand. It was clean and well-staffed. I only waited a minute from my order was paid for to getting my drink. I also thought they're merchandising was better than average (or maybe I was just in a buying mood). The reason I cannot give this location 4 stars is the actually store location was relatively small and felt crowded. In a nutshell, if you just need you're kick of caffeine for the day (and are planning on walking out) it's not a bad choice. read more

Located about 5 minute drive from where I was staying, this was my go to place to get my Starbucks fix while I was on the east coast. This particular location was in a strip mall that had ample parking. Additionally, the store itself was fairly large and had a lot of room for patrons to sit and work or just relax. Besides the closeness of this particular store, I enjoyed the nitro cold brew that was on tap. This was the first that I had of this drink. I really enjoyed it, it was so smooth and no bitter coffee bite to it. Service here is a bit on the slower side. However, I didn't mind as long as they got my drink (s) correct. Overall, if I'm in the area, I would come back especially for the the nitro cold brew. read more

Very friendly service but smaller location than most so it can be tough to get a seat if you're planning to hang out for awhile. Granted, it's convenient, but when I went in today I asked for a pour-over the conversation went something like this: Me, "Can I get a pour-over?" Barista: "As in coffee?" Me, "Um...yes, a coffee pour-over." Barista, "Sure." proceeds to give me pre-made coffee from the main thermos. Me, "Do you not do pour-overs?" Barista, "No, not usually unless it's bold. Why, would you prefer that?" What do you expect? Oh, no, I didn't want a pour-over. I was just kidding when I specified that I wanted a pour-over. Seriously? After I ask you give me exactly what I was trying to avoid expecting I wouldn't notice or wouldn't prefer to get the order I placed? Give me a break. Hey hey bombs away! This Starbucks actually had me and wife leaving happy! No, it's not as noisy as the one off of Route 7 near Performance Bicycle. No it's not as rude as the one in McLean! It's got friendly baristas, quick service, and it's clean! My wife had a signature hot chocolate - apparently it was good since it kept a smile on her face (which meant I was out of the dog house for an earlier argument - at least until bed time). I was boring and got my usual evening china green tips tea - I'm not a big coffee guy after 5 unless I'm having a uber sweet dessert with it. The store is usually pretty busy but because of the size, there is usually a free table or chair to relax and drink the coffee or other beverage. read more

The employees at this particular branch are super friendly and try to make an effort to get to know their customers. I did go fairly regularly when I was pregnant and they would start my drink when I walked in the door! Continuing my tour of the Falls Church Starbucks I have to say this one may be my favorite. Now I know I said I enjoyed the other Broad Street Starbucks but here's what I like about this one: Much more parking - since this location is near Giant and CVS (among other things) the lot is huge. It's also really convenient when you have errands to run before/after. Most importantly I had a fantastic experience with the barista. I wanted to treat myself with my Starbucks reward card and get a complicated frappuccino from the Secret Menu website. This sometimes annoys baristas at other locations but today my barista patiently wrote down the complicated recipe and even checked in afterward to see if it was good (it was). I wish I had caught the barista's name because she was really fabulous - chatting up all the customers and when there weren't any customers in line she and I chatted about our babies. In summary: lots of parking, clean, not a lot of seating but a fantastic barista who was friendly and competent. I'm sure I'll be back! I would recommend either of the Broad Street locations versus other Falls Church locations. read more

My favorite Starbucks when it comes to customer service. The staff here are friendly, efficient and incredibly on top of it even when there is a huge line. Seating is usually an issue because the place is so small so I usually take my coffee to go. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and that's what really puts this Starbucks over the edge. read more
