Good spot but they open at 5 but don't open the doors till 15-30 mins past if you can't open at 5 don't say your open

Ordered a dozen donuts. Noticed there were no napkin dispensers--I'm assuming that's intentional to avoid providing them. When I asked, I was given only four napkins for twelve donuts. Come on--providing napkins is just part of doing business. It's a small thing, but it left a negative impression. read more

This is one of the most consistent and efficient DD locations that I go to. I've hardly ever had any issues with long waits or order issues. They usually have all of the menu items available. The coffee has always been good by DD standards and the team here has always been professional and courteous. There's not really much else to say about this location. It's conveniently located in a small business park with other shops and a gas station nearby. All of these factors make this a great location for this DD. read more

I received a COLD mug for a gift - literally yesterday - and tried to EXCHANGE for a hot mug (I don't drink cold coffee). Was told I could only do it with a receipt. Who has receipts for a $12 mug from a gift??? I go to DD ALL the time (for HOT coffee) so I was surprised at the Jack of customer service. It was a brand new, wrapped mug. As most of the other reviews have stated, the customer service at this location is horrific. The women who work in this store are extremely rude, including the store manager Sylvia. I've seen everything from eye rolling, not greeting customers as they walk in, and even raising their voices at customers. I called the store location to raise my concerns and the store manager provided a subpar apology but I could tell they have no intention to change their behavior. After several visits, I decided that today would be my last day ever setting foot at this location. I can see why they haven't had many pleasant reviews over the past few years. There are several other Dunkin' donut locations in Columbia. Save your money and energy and go to one that actually cares about their customer service. read more

Went here With my daughter today. The workers were extremely patient and friendly. There was a guy that was rude to them because he had a bogus coupon and they kept their cool while he was speaking to them in an out of line tone. Then, my daughter (she's 4) was trying to figure out what donut she wanted. She pointed at the donut holes and the lady came over and gave her a free one to try... pretty nice gesture. read more

Even when busy, this is my go-to Dunkin location. The staff do a fine job, my in-store orders are made without issues, and my online orders are nearly always ready when I arrive. If something is out of stock in my custom order, they are quick to offer acceptable substitutions. They are currently closed for remodeling, and I will be going there again once they reopen. read more

I approve of this DD! I'm super picky about my DD since I'm from Boston and it's on every corner out there and they're all delish. When I moved to the mid-atlantic I had a hard time finding a good DD where the coffee wasn't sour tasting. This place is definitely the best dunkin' around as far as I'm concerned. I can't really comment on the food other than the bagels b/c I rarely get anything other than coffee. The only detraction is that when we get coupons in the mail they never accept them there :( I have a feeling though that this is because it's a newer location (I think) and maybe in a while the coupons will extend to them as well. I had no issues at this dunkin early on a Friday morning, which was nice considering they are usually pretty packed on weekday mornings. The staff was friendly and made my coffee with hazelnut swirl just right. I would return here again if I needed my coffee fix. read more

My order was very simple, I just wanted a bacon wrap, Angus steak bagel and a ham,sausage egg and cheese croissant with a large iced coffee...but the cashier was rude and raised her voice at me like I didn't know what I was ordering!!! I like this Dunkin. Of course the coffee is good, but that is nothing new for DD. Breakfast sandwiches are decent on the rare occasions I get them. This location got a total makeover about 6 months back, where they closed it for about two weeks and gave it a total flip. The thing I like most about this DD (besides the coffee) is the efficiency. The staff is very good at moving the line quickly. but doing so in a freindly manner. No matter how long the line is, it never takes more than a few minutes to get my coffee. read more

I think this DD is the best in the area. They are very efficient and even with a big line there is not too much of a wait. What helps is that they remember the way I like my coffee. I've never had a bad cup there. It is also pretty clean. The other foods and donuts are fine too. read more

I bought a bottle of milk and it was over a week expired! Yuck!! Also purchased a plain chocolate frosted doughnut and the cashier put it in the bag upside down so all of the frosting came off and looked at me like I was a pain for asking for another one.. Turns out that chocolate frosted doughnut was stale and old anyways and this was at 7:45am when you would think everything would be fresh... Nope never going their again the attitude from cashier was enough to turn me away and I wasn't even a bad customer just asked for a doughnut that wasn't upside down or stale..... I get an iced coffee and donuts from here at least twice a week. Every time I get my coffee it tastes different. Sometimes it's really good, then the next time it's really bad. I've been dealing with this being like this for over six months and I finally decided to ask DD what it is I can say to get consistency or how I need to order my coffee to get it the same each time and they sent me a bullshit automated email without answering my questions. So I would NOT recommend the coffee here. Donuts are good here but I won't be returning. read more
