Here's the sample cup Ken gave me!
    Christina C.

Ken was very patient with me, as I was being indecisive, and not exactly sure what I wanted. He made a suggestion of breve vanilla latte. He then proceeded to make me a miniature size of it, and gave it to me to try; cuz he wanted to make sure I liked it. It was amazing! So I ended up ordering a venti size, cuz it was that good! What I appreciated the most, was Ken's excellent customer service, and he treated me like I was a friend. He was so very kind and patient. He definitely deserves a big raise!!! Just sayin. People like him need to be acknowledged, appreciated, and paid more, cuz they go above and beyond; like Ken. He is a prime example as to why an establishment gets a good reputation, and generates more business!

I didn't *want* Starbucks. What I wanted was a coffee from one of the shops on Ellicott City's Main Street. But the July flood happened and they're still recovering. So I'm here. It's a small-medium sized Starbucks with some tables and chairs plus a few tables outside. The usual selection of pastries and sandwiches. My double espresso was prepared quickly and properly in a "short" cup. The cheese danish was fresh and crumbly, as it should be. No drive through here though it would be a perfect location for it on this major surface road that heads towards Baltimore.

I've been coming here for a few years. Due to the pandemic, I appreciate they don't do indoor seatings and have plexi glass setup at the registers and pickup station. I got my first pumpkin spice latte for this fall season. Wait wasn't too long. There are I think 3 small tables to sit outside if you want.

Had a bacon egg and gouda sandwich I ate it before I remembered to take the pic.

I visited on a rainy Sunday around 2-2:30 PM for a quick casual lunch and catch-up with a friend…read more We ended up spending maybe around 2 hours there just eating and talking. Parking near the building was tough -- we circled twice before finding a spot nearby. Sunday brunch rush makes sense, but a full lot at like 2:15 PM felt a bit late for that; maybe something else was going on nearby? The cafe itself wasn't packed (not every table fullwas full) but it was busy. My friend mentioned she'd studied here before with her laptop. At the entrance, they had large-print menus on a stand by the door and clear signage at the register listing products and options, along with a neatly arranged refrigerated cases. Everything was easy to read and order. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. I got a banana-strawberry smoothie and a turkey and cheese sandwich. They handed us a number tag and brought the food out promptly on plates to our table. One thing worth noting for visiting: our table had a sign indicating a 90-minute limit, presumably more enforced during peak hours. No one came to enforce it while we were there, assumedly since other tables were open -- but I'd guess they're stricter about it when the cafe is fuller and tables are limited. The food arrived quickly and the delivery was pleasant. The smoothie was nicely chilled, and the sandwich was fresh and tasty. Definitely felt like it had been brought out quick and not sat too long - great factor in a busy brunch spot. The atmosphere was warm and upbeat -- lots of chatter from other tables, but not that overwhelming to us. The area of cafe we sat in looked clean, though I didn't explore further into the cafe or use any of the restrooms. Overall, this seems like a good spot for a lunch break or a study session -- just be mindful of the time if you're visiting during a busier stretch. So if you decide to work there for the day for example and it gets busy, you may be kindly asked to hustle out.

It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. They have a summer concert planned! That should be fun!
