However, we had a significant drainage issue with the existing underground pipe. The owner, Jefferson, quickly identified the root cause of the problem. He took the time to meet with my son and me, thoroughly explained the repair process, and even connected us with a past client who had successfully resolved the same issue. Furthermore, his crew was professional, highly skilled, and maintained an immaculately clean job site. The newly installed system has since been tested by heavy, continuous storm rains and has performed well.

From that initial conversation, I could tell they were different - responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. When they came out to provide the quote, they went above and beyond by turning on the entire sprinkler system and identifying multiple leaks right away. Even better, they scheduled the repairs and came out within just a few days of finalizing the quote. The team was incredibly trustworthy, professional, and friendly the entire time. Ke'Koa was the BEST - he really stood out with his knowledge, care, and great attitude. I can't say enough amazing things about them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend his services based on the quality of the work and the subsequent troubleshooting advice provided. If you are considering hiring him, here are the factual issues I have experienced since the installation: Defective Zones: Immediately following his maintenance visit, the sprinklers in Zone #2 stopped popping up entirely. As my videos and photos show, the heads just sit at ground level and sputter water directly into the dirt and rocks, forcing me to manually water the area. Inconsistent Coverage: The new spiral heads fail to provide even water distribution. Despite regular watering schedules, the yard now has several clearly visible brown, under-watered spots right next to perfectly green, healthy grass. Poor Professional Advice: When I reached out regarding the dry spots, Toby's recommendation was to drastically increase the watering time to 24-30 minutes per zone.
