Communication was great with the team and scheduling fit our time frame. On the day for services, they arrived a bit late but kept us informed on their progress at the previous job. These guys came and transformed or house, my wife, pets and I are so happy with the job they did. They gave me a schedule and a price and there were no surprises. My wife and I are so glad we ended up going with SYNLawn and not re-sod our lawn.. it looks great and we don't have to worry about the lawn for years to come. Our 90 pound lab also love the SYNLawn. I was getting tired of cutting grass and sweeping P gravel. I live on a zero lot home in Ewa Gentry. The yards are small but Gentry still wants you to install grass and greenery and adhere to their cement to greenery ratio in accordance to their homeowners covenant. Contacted Bruce Brown from SYNLawn. Bruce is very easy to talk to and such a nice man. Hapa Landscaping does all their work. Frank their leader man and crew did an awesome job! We practice baseball on it. They install this cement gravel aggregate under the turf after they remove 4 inches of dirt and grass. Thinking about doing the front. read more

The good people from SYNLawn kept all of their appointments, always showed up on time, and started and completed work exactly as promised. Customer service is excellent! We purchased Synlawn grass to protect our 16 year old dog from hurting herself whenever she would fall. She has a very serious case of hip dysplasia and arthritis and has a difficult time walking. The grass cushions her falls. It's also great to bathe her on it. The water drains immediately and we don't have to deal with it pooling or with dirt. The grass is also beautiful to look at. Thank you, Synlawn! read more

David, Alan and the rest of the installation team did a fantastic job. They (and Makenna) were wonderful about handling the million or so (it felt like it, anyway) reschedules and then a rush at the finish. We are SO happy with the result, it looks fantastic, and the 100 or so guests at a party we just threw were really impressed. The price was right, too, for my crazy overbudget house project. Most excellent customer service. Five stars because of this excellent customer service. This project was done twice. The first time was, quite frankly, not acceptable. But the amazing thing was that the manager himself decided to re-do it all - yank out what they had just installed and do it again. I didn't tell him to, he decided on his own that this was the best course to take. This project was paid in full. How many other companies would voluntarily re-do an entire project, after being paid in full, without the customer demanding that they yank it and do it over? Admirable! David Lloyd was the manager and he deserves much kudos for taking the correct course of action on his own. Very smart business decision. Nice job! Mahalo David! The second install? Fantastic! Update: After posting my initial review the company reached out to me an apologized. I was told it is under new ownership but they still apologized on the behalf of the previous owners. They scheduled something quickly and came out within a week and replaced my pathway. The customer service is 100% better and the service was fantastic. After building a new house I was looking to add landscaping and irrigation. I was fortunate enough to come across SynLawn and Hapa Landscaping. From start to finish their team was professional, educated, helpful and courteous. When I say they are educated, they are not just people who dig up your yard and plant things. They know the science behind the plants, where certain plants will flourish or what type of grass should go where and why. They helped design the irrigation system with drainage to be efficient and conserve water. I wanted a simple landscaping design with privacy in some areas, easy to maintain and with purposeful plants. Lastly I wanted to add a putting green for some recreational fun. Luckily their sister company SynLawn was the perfect match. I told their team what I wanted and they created a vision and design that I couldn't be happier with.
