Omgg, this place was definitely a hidden gem! My girlfriend and I were looking for a spot for date night, and while we were in between plans--grabbing food before a movie and hitting an arcade nearby--we came across Kuba Cabana. It looked like a very upscale Cuban spot and instantly made us feel fancy dining there. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and they accepted walk-ins, which was a plus. We started with the tuna tartare as an appetizer and it was amazing. They even had bottled Coke, which my girlfriend loved. For my entrée, I had the churrasco and it was so good, especially with the chimichurri sauce. My girlfriend ordered the braised beef entrée and it was incredible as well. I would definitely recommend this place. I just wish I had taken pictures because the restaurant was absolutely beautiful inside.

I came as a plus one for my hubby's office party. The aesthetic is very IG worthy plus there was a DJ and live music. I think it may have been overwhelming with the amount of people that were there for the bartenders to service--there was about 6 of them, so it took awhile to get our drinks. I had a Moscow mule and it tasted great in all its gingery, zesty goodness. Some of the foods served: yuca frita, tamales, shrimp, smoked tuna dip and croquetas. All was delicious. I wished they had dessert but all the more reason to come back!

Well what started out as a terrible experience at Cooper Blues ended up with a great night at this place. No they didn't have any tables but the bar was huge and we were able to enjoy DJ Sama and dance and drank with a great ambiance and never having to ask for service as the bartender was on point. We will definitely be back with reservations and check out the food. Don't want the hassle of an overcrowded place that doesn't keep your reservations then this is the place to be. Great new place and vibes. Will do again

Had a great birthday celebration at Kuba Cabana, food was delicious and the drinks were good. Our host Christian was attentive at all times which made the experience 100x better. Also the lady in the bathroom was a sweetheart.

I made a dinner reservation at Kuba Cabana in Doral prior to their 10:00pm event for my birthday. My group and I spent over $600 on dinner and drinks in the two hours leading up to the event. We understood that dinner and the ticketed event were separate. That was fine. What was not fine was what happened next. I had already purchased a "6 People Table" ticket online for the event. The ticket clearly states "6 People Table." There was absolutely no disclosure during checkout that this only meant the "right" to a table. When we arrived for the event portion, the hostess told us that in order to actually sit at the table we purchased, we were required to buy bottle service. For the two tables our group needed, that meant over $700 more on the spot. She even stated that it's the restaurant's policy to have guests buy tickets online first and then explain how it "really works" at the door. So to summarize: * We spent $600+ on dinner. * We paid in advance for a 6-person table. * We were then told we don't get the table unless we spend $700 more. That is a blatant bait-and-switch. I was put in an impossible position in front of my birthday guests -- pay up or ruin the night. If tables require mandatory bottle service, that must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Selling something labeled "6 People Table" and redefining it upon arrival is deceptive and unethical. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.

Vibrant Atmosphere, Delicious Food, and Great Vibes! I recently visited Kuba Cabana, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant decor and lively music set the tone for a fantastic evening. The ambiance perfectly captures the spirit of Cuban culture, with colorful accents and a lively, festive energy. They had a all white event to end the new year. It was so fun to let loose with my girls . Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a fun night out, Kuba Cabana delivers on all fronts. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!

Came in late on a Tuesday evening and it was very quiet. The atmosphere and decor is lively and I can see why this would be a hot spot to be at. The waitress was amazing at answering my menu questions and making adaptions to be cocktail. She checked to make sure I was ok with the adaptions and was willing to change the way it was made. I had the classic pina colada with a rum floater. For dinner I went with her recommendation of the churasco which was flavorful. I loved the chimichurri. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I enjoyed the croquettes without the dipping sauce. They reminded me of great ones I had in Spain.

Last Wednesday we drove to Miami to enjoy Strings Band's performance at Kuba Cabana. It was an amazing experience. The place is beautifully decorated and well located with nearby parking garage. We are foodies so of course we had to have dinner. Our server Stephanie was excellent and did a great job explaining us the different options. We were a party of four, two of us selected the prix fix option and two of us selected from the regular menu. Everything that we ordered was eextremely delicious, from drinks, to appetizers, and entrées. It is a great place that I will definitely come back for dinner next time I am in Miami.

Staff were unfriendly and uncaring. I have an onion allergy so I asked the server if certain items on the menu contained onions. He stated that some do but that he wasn't certain which ones. I asked this man 2-3 times to go to the kitchen to confirm but he refused each time. Eventually he "remembered" that the calamari and burger (except for kuba sauce) didn't, so I went with those two options. The calamari was good but it came topped with green onion, so I had to personally scrape them off. The burger on the other hand was sad and depressing. It was way too salty, and the meat was dry and burnt. They also didn't add pickles because those apparently are made with onions. Had I known I'd be eating straight meat and cheese, I wouldn't have ordered it. I was only able to eat half of it because it was so gross. Food took forever to arrive and getting the server to come by our table was impossible, so I just dealt with it. If I had had the option to not leave a tip, I would've taken it, but of course there's a 20% service charge included. Never coming back.

To begin I have to mention that they sat us at a table where the AC drips water on the chair, I sat down and drenched my pants, I asked to be moved because if that and they didn't even apologize nor did the manager come by. The food is mediocre but the place is very well decorated and had the Cuban vibe.

Flew in late for a cruise. Hotel concierge recommended this place!! Chicken empanadas for appetizers was so good! Had the vaca fritta entree with arroz Moro and white rice. Pretty good sized serving and the beef was so tasty and tender!

How loud is it on a Friday night?

Honestly this place is ALWAYS loud. It is great live music but do not expect to have a conversation. It may be different if you sit outside which I haven't both times I have gone, but it is almost uncomfortably loud.

I'm trying to reserve a table and It is asking me to pick a table and I would like to know the difference between standard table and a counter table?

Counter table is more of a high top by the bar.

Is there dancing on regular nights?

No, the party happens on the weekends.

    Can you go without reservations?

Yes you can though it may be long wait time as they are always fully booked

    Are children allow?

They sure are! Well I'm pretty sure lol

    Hay que hacer reservaciones?

Siempre es buena idea, pero cuando fui durante la semana uno podia comer sin reserva.

AMBIANCE Parking: Dedicated lot and surrounding parking options, though it can get busy during peak hours. Seating: Plenty! Large dining rooms capable of accommodating individuals, families, tour groups, and everyone in between. Vibes: Welcome to Little Havana. It's a bit spaced out for you to experience Cuban culture. The restaurant itself gives you that classic, old-school charm with some history of the Cuban community. I dig the Cuban music giving it a nice cultural touch. This spot is no hidden gem. This is a common place for everyone - locals to tourists. FOOD / DRINKS Cubano (Recommend) Ofcourse you have to get a Cubano. Nothing too flashy but definitely gets the job done. Classic pressed bread with a satisfying crunch with a medley of roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard to give it a nice savory and comforting taste. Every bite had a good balance of texture and flavor. CUSTOMER SERVICE Awesome! Efficient and experienced. They know this place serves a lot of people so they know they had to come correct. TL;DR OVERALL 5 Stars. Great selections, fair prices, and a solid cultural experience. Versailles does a great job perserving and celebrating Cuban culture. For those interested for that Cuban-Miami experience, this is the place to be. TIPS * Come hungry--the portions are generous
