Virginia was wonderful to work with and was always very responsive to both texts and phone calls throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was quick, they were punctual and showed up when they said they would, and they were extremely reliable. The cabinets themselves are beautiful and great quality. They really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even taking the extra time to replace the hinges on my existing cabinets so everything would work and look its best. It's hard to find a company that combines quality craftsmanship with great communication and reliability, but they definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again for future projects. We couldn't be happier with our new cabinets!

I was looking for Reborn, but they went out of business. So I found Munoz Cabinetry and I am not disappointed. They estimated to rebuild or reface and we went with the refacing. It has been 4 months and still no doors. I've called multiple times asking for a call back and no one calls me back. One dispatcher or c.s. Rep even said I see you've called weekly yet no urgency has been expressed. I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.

From helping me initially pick the right quartz (color and veining for my home) Candace was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and took the time to help me get this investment correct! He templated all the spaces and made sure everything was measured perfectly so it would all look great in my oddly angled kitchen. There employees were also seen the next morning really early in the morning sitting in there van in the neighborhood. Honestly really unprofessional and sketchy people..
