This was our first remodel project. We decided to contract the work piece by piece, instead of dealing with a contractor or a big box store installation. For the tile work, we found KC Tile on yelp. We spoke with Jose, who came to our home, took some measurements and emailed us an estimate within 24 hours. Jose asked us to provide the tile and grout ONLY, all other materials would be sourced and provided by him. Jose installed approximately 80 sq/ft of tile. The install took about 2 1/2 days to completely. My husband and I are very happy with the work, customer service, and price. Jose did an amazing job. We recommend him (KC Tile) for your next tile project. Full Disclosure, our in-house visit and estimate was conducted in July 2021 and the actually work wasn't started until the end of December 2021. So unprofessional. Last night I submitted for a quote and was speaking with the business owner. We agreed on 8am today for him to come and give me an estimate. 9am comes and I message him to see what's going on, he proceeds to tell me that he's stuck on the 5 due to road conditions. I understand things happen but no communication and leaving me hanging when I took off work to meet him at the house is not professional. I got the name of this contractor off this sight but wanted to add review here as well. Top quality work. He helped me through all stages of the job as well. I did not realize that I would need a baseboard carpenter to reinstall and a painter for the baseboards after installation. Jose and his son were punctual, excellent with communication. Had scheduled an appointment with them for 8 AM. Took time out of my workday for this appointment. By 9 AM nobody had showed up or called. I called the business number and no one answered. I messaged them back through Yelp and they responded stating that they were stuck on the grapevine. They did not communicate with me that they would be unable to make the appointment. They wasted my morning as I took time from work to wait for them for this estimate. A phone call takes a few minutes and would've saved me my time. I would not recommend just based on the lack customer service alone. read more

So when it comes to tile I know nearly nothing. As someone who appreciates good workmanship, I can definitely see that Jose at KC Tile delivers! When we asked him to do our bathroom and do it in not one, but three grouts and various tiles, he delivered!! The work is absolutely gorgeous and the quality of work shows. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to how well he did the job. Our job seemed too complex for other tile guys and Jose took on the challenge with ease. He also had a great attitude the entire project and made sure any of our concerns were answered. They installed wood look tile throughout our entire house along with tile on the toe kick in our kitchen and laundry room. Did an excellent job!! I let them in my house and left them alone to work and they are very trustworthy. Made sure my animals didn't get out of the house or yard. I had a question about something and the owner dropped everything and drove across town to talk to me and answer questions in person at 7pm in the evening. I wanted my tile in my hallway to be set center and he did it. I wanted 1/8" grout lines and he did it. I would recommend them to anyone for any tile job. They are licensed and insured.
