We sold a home in November 2023, which Wholesale Flooring Depot installed wood floors in over 5 years ago and they still looked amazing! Everyone commented on how beautiful the Acacia wood floors were-I think that's what helped sale the house. We wouldn't allow anyone but Wholesale Flooring Depot to install the wood floors and carpet in the new home! We even went with the same Acacia wood flooring because of the beautiful color variation in the wood. Chacko Chackunny, the store manager was professional and easy to work with. Our wood floors and carpets were professionally installed within the time frame he gave us. The installers, were amazing, they came every morning ready to get the job done! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the flooring, the installation and Chacko Chackunny! I feel like my money was well spent! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!

This review is for the location on District. I went here because our contractor recommended them…read more Due to a change in the contractor's schedule, I was in a rush. I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

I needed window treatments and wanted what I saw in a magazine for my dining room. I initially got…read morean estimate from one of the other firms here in town that I've worked with before who had done the other other windows in my house. But I was somewhat dissatisfied with this other firm and their estimate, as they falsely advertised on their website they carried the brand I wanted and instead offered me a cheaper brand/product. I specifically wanted Hunter Douglas window shadings, so I went on their website, and HD pointed me to Jost Carpet One Floor & Home. I'm extremely happy I did this because it allowed me to work with the wonderful people - in particular Wilma - at Jost. Not only did they have an impressive showroom with demos of all the HD products I was interested in, they had swatches for all the colors and possible configurations. Wilma guided me through the process and with just a few questions (What room? Size of the room? Wall color?) she was able to lend her decades of expertise and helped me pick what would suit my windows best. She was professional and involved me in the process despite my limited knowledge. The estimate she gave me was hundreds of dollars less than the other firm and for a higher-end product. I was completely floored by the great service I received from Jost. When it came time to install, one of the installers unfortunately came down sick. Wilma was able to arrange for another installation company to come install on a holiday instead. I'm thoroughly impressed with Wilma, Jost staff, their contracted companies, and every associated with Jost. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 70 years. They are the definition of a high quality, professional, and locally-owned business. I couldn't be more pleased with doing business with such a reputable company. And my windows look great!

I filed a claim with my home insurance company for floor detaching, they sent American Leak…read moreDetection who said the floor issue was due to improper installation, so insurance company won't cover replacement. Carpet Cave claims they moisture tested, but there's no record and we recall asking for it and the installer saying we didn't need it because the house was relatively new. The floor sounds like horses clomping around when we walk. I guess it's a good alarm system. Filing with small claims is a boatload of paper work so I'm looking at a complaint with the state contractor's license board. It boils down to whether or not Carpet Cave moisture tested and prepped the floor or if my concrete slab suddenly became wet after a proper installation. (For fun I pulled up about forty planks and put them in the sun to flatten them out. It seems to work for a while but when they cool the warp returns.)
