Can I just say this place is the worst! The customer service is non-existent. I love giving locals business but I will drive 2 1/2 to la to get better customer service. As soon as we walk in there is no greeting, no hello, no one asks if we need help. And when we finally do ask for help an unfriendly, rude sales rep pointed us to the back room full of different types of carpet. No explanation as to which one is the best, no explanation as to the difference in carpets choices, nothing. Secondly, when it's time to check out and get our carpet cut the girl rudely says you'll have to come back tomorrow we close at 6:00 I look at my phone it's 20min to close. I could understand if my cut was huge but it was a simple 10 x 10 cut. Nowhere in the store does it say they will not cut 20min before close. It was a Friday so I'm pretty sure they just wanted to get out of there. I ended up canceling my order and placing it elsewhere. I needed carpet replaced in two areas of my house. They were very responsive and professional. Someone came out to take measurements and figure out what I was looking for. I stopped by the shop to look at what was in stock. They had a huge selection to choose from. After asking what I was looking for they directed me to some carpet that fit my needs. They came with a very competitive quote and were able to send someone out to replace the carpet within a week. I was so happy with the process I called again to have them quote replacing the baseboards in my house. They were able to take my order over the phone and schedule the replacement the day after my carpet replacement. The two crews I had out were great. Seemed to work quietly and effectively. Dina, Noe and Brandon are the Dream Team! Noe and Brandon ripped our old well worn carpet off the stairs and replaced it with sheet vinyl. Also they ripped old carpet out of the living room and replaced with a flat berber type for a new and refreshed look. Dina in the store "held our hands" the whole time as we have only bought carpet once before and needed a lot of questions answered. Noe is the ultimate professional and a highly skilled craftsmen and his attention to detail on our 2-direction staircase was second to none. As the helper, Brandon was an exceptional worker too. They barely took any breaks. We are overjoyed with the end result... Even though there was a slight hiccup regarding the carpet installer's whereabouts. I would love to give the store a higher rating, but we've had a terrible experience. The men who installed the carpet have been the most professional and careful. The company has been the problem. After the install we noticed the carpet made a snap, crackle and pop when walking on it. The company didn't believe us, dragged their feet, tried to make it our problem in terms of dealing with the manufacturer. We've been living in chaos for 5 weeks with no end in sight. We had Carpet Outlet Plus replace the carpet in every room of our 1,900 square foot house about four years ago. The carpet recently began "bunching-up" in two bedrooms and two hallways so I called, with the intention to pay, to ask them to help me fix it. The person answering the phones said they do not provide this service, they had no idea who they contracted to do the install and it was up to me to find someone to fix the carpet. After spending over $20,000 on carpet, I expected them to take more of an interest in my situation and at the very least, be prepared to help their customers as I imagine I'm not the only one who has dealt with this. read more

Unfortunately the only flooring they both had that we liked they said they didn't carry in stock and we would have to order it which would take 10 business days. Immediately, we noticed and complained about the same crackling sound beneath our feet as well as visible seams in multiple places. Getting in touch with someone to come out took an unreasonable amount of time (weeks). The installer came back out, took it all out, put in a new pad or glue, and re-installed the carpet, only for the same issue to happen. It's been two years and the seams are getting worse, as is the crackling sound beneath our feet. We did not get the "cheapest" product and are EXTREMELY disappointed. We will end up having to replace our carpet much sooner than planned, and will not go back to this store. read more

Staff was friendly and the owner took the time to really discuss my options for some new vinyl. Quoted me a reasonable price and I have new flooring now. Results are nice and I plan on going back for future projects. Only small complaint is that there was some miscommunication on the subcontracting process of the project. They did not inform me that I was paying the subcontractor who installed the work directly. Maybe an oversight on a busy day, but it resulted in a delayed payment to the contractor because I thought the entire payment went to Carpet Outlet Plus. William and Jose arrived at my house on time and ready to go. They spent three days working tirelessly and steadily without complaint. I was very worried that the carpet would show where the seams met but William bent over backwards to try to please me to make sure I was happy with his work. I was also very nervous with them moving all of my furniture but they were careful and did a professional job, not one item was broken. My husband and I were amazed at how they guys had so much energy throughout the day, at least they looked like they did because they were always in a good mood and happy to help with anything I asked of them. Where do I start customer service was good at the start Brian was very helpful got some one to measure the house it all went well gave over three grand to get everything started went down hill from there supposed to get all installed today Aug 17 supposed to start installing the floor s at 8:30 in the morning 9 oclock no calls 10 o'clock no calls I had to call the store to find out what was going on so... I guess not enough tiles to even start the floors didnt tell us that when we made the last part of the 3 grand to get started last Friday and they swiped the card so..... Come to find out the rest of the flooring wouldn't be here until the 19th they didn't want to start demo anything because it would have left a mess but if they came on the 19th I still would have unfinished work go figure because they say it takes three days . the 19 th wasn't going to work for us because we moved stuff and made arrangements the communication sucks we still would have been waiting on the installers if I didnt call we used them in the early 90 for floors and we thought we go back but... I would not recommend this place at all. I placed a order for 44 boxes of flooring. I wasn't aware that they typically are supposed to add about 10% extra material to cover cuts that are made. They didn't include that. When I called to let them know that I was about 4 boxes short they were unwilling to work with me to make the situation right. I offered to split the cost in half with them to try and be as fair as possible. I spoke to a sales associate who said the best they can do is take of 10 cents off the price, which translated to about $10 off. I felt like that was a slap in the face. It's unfortunate that good customer service is hard to find these days. read more

Went here for wood flooring. Realized it was way above my budget! I appreciated that they went through the options of tile, laminate, etc that all had the look and feel of wood without the cost. Like that I can take 2 or 3 samples home so you can see how it feels I and looks in your room. Everyone was easy to work with. Ordered my laminate flooring for a Saturday installation. Called on the Wednesday before and confirmed. They were here 30 minutes early which I actually glad for. Wanted to have this done early. 8 30 am here, 11:30 ish they were out! room cleaned up, baseboards placed back nicely and nothing to show they had all they're equipment in my front yard.
