I shopped around for some work on my house before I listed it. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I would trust them to complete any job for me. Time was of the essence, and they went above and beyond to make this project happen on time. They gave me an estimate, which was competitive and right on what it cost to complete the project. They offered bona fidus in what the job would take and their customer service was peak level. Thank you for thr help! read more

Where should I start. Communication was one of the key factors in deciding to hire this great company. Point of contact: Jessica provided information and quotes over text and Yelp messages so we knew where our budget was. Jessica also worked with me throughout the entirety of the installation which provided ease of mind. Another key factor was how veteran friendly this company was. They gave me a veteran discount which helped save money. Last key factor was the customer service and professionalism of Jay and Natasha (floor installers). Our remodeling project consisted of laminate floating floors for three rooms, transitions from laminate to tile, and base boards installations. . Day 1 of install we met Jay and Natasha which were very professional and updated us daily on the project. This team of two worked flawlessly and worked with us to meet our project vision. Day 4 they finished all installations with no issues. Wow! Absolutely amazed on their skillful work and dedication to get every piece right. We will be rehiring Green Pros for future remodeling projects!! read more

Green Clean Pros - This is that spot where you walk by your bed every morning, every night during the middle of the night. No more path... just clean! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I have used Green Clean Pros twice now, and both times they have done a great job. When I first moved into my apartment, the carpet looked pretty good. But after about 2 weeks, dirt spots would pop up here and there. I called a different carpet cleaning company, and they came out and did what carpet cleaners do. They cleaned the carpet, but I had to wait about 3 hours for my carpet to dry completely. Shortly thereafter (3 weeks later), the dark spots started reappearing. Long story short, I ended up calling Jay and his crew to come out and clean our carpets to see if they were any better. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, came in, and cleaned the carpet. Not even 45 minutes later the carpet was 99% dry, and was super clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A few months later, after getting a second dog, I called Jay again to freshen up the carpets, and received the same, fantastic results. I'd also like to state, the first time he came out, he showed us what he uses to clean the carpets, and the solution he uses. Which, I believe, he makes himself. I highly recommend Jay and his team. Very down to earth, and just a nice guy all around. read more

Amazing service, friendly communication, and all done in a quick and efficient way! I just bought a new house and needed my carpet cleaned before I moved in. I reached out to them directly through Yelp and they got back to me within 24 hours. Very friendly and very flexible with scheduling and service. In fact, I trusted them to clean the place in my absence (I left the key under the mat) and they showed up, cleaned, and treated the place with the utmost respect. The carpets look and feel great. I also love that they use all-natural cleaning agents. I am very pleased! 5 stars! read more

As many other reviewers have said, this company has excellent customer service. Very nice people, easy to work with and you can definitely tell they care about the customer and doing a great job. Who would have thought somebody would love cleaning carpets? These guys love their work and they do a great job. Here's what they don't do: They don't dump gallons of water into your floor and leave half of it in the padding to turn into mold. Ever notice when you use a carpet cleaning machine that no matter how hard you try, at most, you can vacuum out between half and three quarters of the water you sprayed into the carpet? It's because once water penetrates the carpet and gets into the padding, it's not coming back out... and it's gonna grow a nice ecosystem of mold under your carpet. With Green Clean Pros they spray just enough solution onto your carpet to get the job done, and most of the cleaning happens when the heavy machine rotates a high friction microfiber brush that pulls the dirt out of the carpet and traps it in the brush. The heat combined with the cleaning solution and the friction gets the job done without flooding your carpet pad with water that will never come out. I've been working with these guys since they opened up over ten years ago and I wouldn't ever recommend any other company. read more

We hired them to clean our family room carpet and a table rug under our dining table. They arrived on time and because we added the dining table they upped the charge by $60. We paid $.39/sqft for the carpet cleaning. The process is not like the typical process. They spray and use a brush. It's been one week and our stains are back and the traffic area doesn't look like it was touched. read more

I just have to say they did such an amazing job! Our carpets have been driving my wife and I crazy and Jay representing Green Clean Pros was spot on( pun intended) with his services. Thanks for the reply to my review. I emailed you Twice to see if we can work on a resolution to my dissatisfied experience per your review request and left my phone number as well. I also sent you a text with no REPLY.. I didn't want to have to reply again on YELP as I was hoping you guys would make things right. I want everyone to know I have been trying my best to work things out with green clean pros but this seems to be a one sided deal. Green clean pro's obviously doesn't care about their customers after they have been paid.. So to clear a few things up. First off, Jay never did a walk through with me after the service. They had just finished applying the sealer on the tile and it wasn't dry so we couldn't walk on it. I wasn't even staying at the house yet so I paid and left as I was still packing Also, as for the desk that wasn't moved. We talked about this item and you guys kept saying it was a sofa not I, it was the only piece of furniture in the house and I told you where it was.. You stated you have our conversation recorded post the audio.. But even if you thought it was a sofa you should have called not seeing it and only seeing a desk. Again its the only piece in the house. Also there was no balance owed as I paid in full before you left. As for payment I was going to pay in Cash but before paying asked jay if I could pay with my card and he said it didn't matter so that's on you guys as I had the cash on me. If I needed to be a check I had that as well but again he said it didn't matter. As for the quote I never received a quote as you guys had my email wrong and sent it after your service was preformed. I have a copy of the Quote you sent and the time you sent it which was after the service. As for working on a Sunday, you guys agreed to do the service on Sunday because I was moving in Monday. I never asked for you to do it on Sunday as a favor for me. As for discounting the rate because I was going to pay cash is a lie, you stated you would charge 1.35 instead of 1.50 because I was getting the carpet done at the same time. Again post the AUDIO. As for the re-measure, again your not telling the truth. I, yes I, requested the re-measure not the tech. That's the main reason I'm upset and want you guys to make things right. As for the Sqft being more, that's where I have a problem. How is it that the sqft you guys measured is almost the total sqft size of the bottom floor of my home and 3 of the rooms have carpet?. I have the blue prints of the house and have the Sqft in front of me. Your numbers are off and that's what I have a problem with. Your saying I have 1825 sqft of tile? That's a lie and you guys know it. That's why jay the owner got upset and said we were hostile when we called him out on it. Also you keep saying I signed off on this, I paid in full and didn't think I was getting ripped off. Then I question his sqft and that's when a problem started. I had several people measure and they cant come up with your numbers. I didn't inform the owner I was satisfied, how can you write this you weren't on the phone. Again post the AUDIO that you guys say you recorded. Jay said you would call later in the day to setup his return but you guys never called back. I wanted to do it while he was on the phone but said we were hostile and he would have you call later. as for this statement We would never argue one's perspective but simply clarify the truth & provide the facts from our end I posted the truth about everything and have no reason to lie, What you posted is far from the truth. maybe you should have Jay type up a response as he talked to me not you and you have no idea what we talked about.. Again, Jay said he had the audio from our phone calls, post it up that will clarify everything. I just want you guys to make things right. I already paid you in full but I don't think its right you over charged me. I'm willing to pay for 1000 sqft of tile even though its closer to 800 that's like paying the 1.50 a sqft. Refund me the over charge on the Tile $708 and that will make things right and be more than fair for both of us.. If need be ill post a photo of it sqft of the house to prove i was over charged and that will show everyone that you over charged me Again I just want things to be right and pay for what you did not over pay. I understand you guys/gals have a business to run and I want you to get paid for the work you did but I also shouldn't be overcharged because of a error. Maybe jay made a mistake on the measurement mistakes happen. I'm still willing to have you guys come out and remeasure. If its under the 1525sqft I paid for you need to refund the money I over paid @ 1.35 a sqft. If its over the 1525sqft as you claim ill write you a check.. Or just pay me the 708 which is less than if you come out and measure I grantee you that. Hope this helps everyone thinking about using green clean pro read more

This review is long over due. I have SUCH anxiety about getting my carpets cleaned. I mean, I have kids so for carpet cleaning to happen I need to be out of the house for several hours not to mention the pre cleaning you have to do before the cleaning actually happens. Usually such a pain, that I put it off for as long as possible! I contacted Green Clean Pros when I just couldn't handle the carpets anymore. We have a nice home w nice things but with 2 kids one just a baby projectile vomiting everywhere, you can only imagine the condition of our almost white carpet (who invited white carpet anyway and why?) I voiced my anxiety to Natasha who booked my appointment, she was SO kind and patient and explained to me step by step what I needed to do to prep, which was basically just pick up the toys off the floor. Jay came the next day, which was smart because my anxiety was building. He was extremely professional and thorough. Granted it was over a 100 degrees that day but he didn't seem to mind at all. He was done with my three story townhome in about an hour. It looked and smelled SO terrific, I was over the moon. We left for maybe an hour to let things dry, it still looked perfect. Yes the carpet still gets vomited on but I tell you what, it's so much easier to spot clean now after having Green Clean Pros come out to professionally clean! It's truly amazing how clean carpet can makeover your home! I highly recommend this company to everyone plus the comfort of knowing the products they use to clean are green friendly and my kids won't get ill from the fumes! read more

My experience with Green Clean Pros was awesome! I called Sunday as my child had an accident on Friday night and I was concerned that it went through to my carpet pad. The office worker I spoke to was very understanding and worked with me to have a technician come out the following day. Natasha and Jay came to my home on time, assessed the situation, and gave me no pressure options on how to remedy the situation. I ended up having my child's room and two hallways cleaned and they did a great job. They were also helpful when I asked about information on work I want completed in my home in the future. Everyone I dealt with at the company was SUPER helpful and nice. I definitely plan to use this company in the future! read more

OMG! This company is the BEST. I hired them to shampoo the carpets in my home and they made my carpets look like NEW. I don't wear shoes in my home, so I thought my carpets were pretty clean already. Nope! Like I said, they now look like they did when first installed. The owner (Jay) checked his staff's work and then suggested new flooring in my kitchen, living room and bathrooms. I accepted. Now my whole condo looks like a brand new place. I can't recommend this company enough! Thank you guys! read more

I searched Yelp for "upholstery cleaning" and pretty much called everyone on the list in our area whether they had 2 reviews or 24 reviews. Everyone quoted pretty high for just a 12 foot sectional couch and Jay from Green Clean had the best estimate. there might be only 2 reviews (3 now!!) but both were 5 stars and I reminded myself that not everyone leaves reviews and I didn't want to skip them by just because they only had 2 good reviews. Jay did EXCELLENT work on our couch that has been ruined by our son when he was a toddler! I am so glad we decided to give Jay at Green Clean pros a chance as not only was his work excellent, but his prices were fair. Thank you Jay! I will gladly recommend you to anyone we know!! We had the carpets in our home cleaned by this company and were very pleased with how it turned out. So, I called them to see whether they did the inside upholstery of cars. My seats looked like they had contracted a fungal disease with multiple spots and it was just pretty gnarly and gross. We made an appointment through email and they came to my work to do the cleaning. I just needed to park next to an outlet for them. Jay was very courteous and professional. I went to lunch before it was done and paid over the phone with my credit card. Super easy all the way through. The most important part is our expectations were exceeded again by the removal of the spots and minimal chemicals used. I highly recommend this company to anyone. read more

We called Jay to help us get the awful smell out of the carpet in our new rental. When we first moved in, the carpet smelled like the worst things you could ever imagine. (It didn't smell at all when we first saw the place and signed the lease) =) He came by the same day to take a look at it and explain how his service works and what he thought he could do for us for an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price. We had another carpet cleaning company "clean" our carpets before, paid over $300 and it still reeked and the entire carpet was sticky from the huge amounts of deodorizer they used to mask up the smell. It was so bad that we and our cats got sick from whatever chemicals they pumped into our carpets. The owner didn't care that I need those carpets to be sanitary since we are expecting our baby to be born within the next couple of weeks!! Anyways, long story short - Jay came over and definitely made a huge difference, not only does the place smell better but he also got rid of the sticky stuff that was on the carpet. Unfortunately the padding is in such a bad condition that we're not able to keep the carpet and will get it replaced next week. Jay gave it his all, which we deeply appreciate and we also want to thank Natasha for always being extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. If you want a reliable, professional and friendly carpet cleaner making your carpets fluffy, fresh and clean again, call the GREEN CLEAN PROS!!! They don't use any nasty chemicals and the essential oils will make your home smell very pleasant. Again, thank you guys for the amazing service and we'll call you back once the new carpet needs some cleaning! =) read more
