We paid $.39/sqft for the carpet cleaning. The process is not like the typical process. They spray and use a brush. I have used Green Clean Pros twice now, and both times they have done a great job. When I first moved into my apartment, the carpet looked pretty good. But after about 2 weeks, dirt spots would pop up here and there. I called a different carpet cleaning company, and they came out and did what carpet cleaners do. They cleaned the carpet, but I had to wait about 3 hours for my carpet to dry completely. Shortly thereafter (3 weeks later), the dark spots started reappearing. Long story short, I ended up calling Jay and his crew to come out and clean our carpets to see if they were any better. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, came in, and cleaned the carpet. Not even 45 minutes later the carpet was 99% dry, and was super clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A few months later, after getting a second dog, I called Jay again to freshen up the carpets, and received the same, fantastic results. I'd also like to state, the first time he came out, he showed us what he uses to clean the carpets, and the solution he uses. Which, I believe, he makes himself. I highly recommend Jay and his team. As many other reviewers have said, this company has excellent customer service. Very nice people, easy to work with and you can definitely tell they care about the customer and doing a great job. Who would have thought somebody would love cleaning carpets? These guys love their work and they do a great job. Here's what they don't do: They don't dump gallons of water into your floor and leave half of it in the padding to turn into mold. Ever notice when you use a carpet cleaning machine that no matter how hard you try, at most, you can vacuum out between half and three quarters of the water you sprayed into the carpet? It's because once water penetrates the carpet and gets into the padding, it's not coming back out... and it's gonna grow a nice ecosystem of mold under your carpet. With Green Clean Pros they spray just enough solution onto your carpet to get the job done, and most of the cleaning happens when the heavy machine rotates a high friction microfiber brush that pulls the dirt out of the carpet and traps it in the brush. The heat combined with the cleaning solution and the friction gets the job done without flooding your carpet pad with water that will never come out. Thanks for the reply to my review. I emailed you Twice to see if we can work on a resolution to my dissatisfied experience per your review request and left my phone number as well. I also sent you a text with no REPLY.. I didn't want to have to reply again on YELP as I was hoping you guys would make things right. I want everyone to know I have been trying my best to work things out with green clean pros but this seems to be a one sided deal. Green clean pro's obviously doesn't care about their customers after they have been paid.. So to clear a few things up. First off, Jay never did a walk through with me after the service. They had just finished applying the sealer on the tile and it wasn't dry so we couldn't walk on it. I wasn't even staying at the house yet so I paid and left as I was still packing Also, as for the desk that wasn't moved. We talked about this item and you guys kept saying it was a sofa not I, it was the only piece of furniture in the house and I told you where it was.. You stated you have our conversation recorded post the audio.. But even if you thought it was a sofa you should have called not seeing it and only seeing a desk. Again its the only piece in the house. Also there was no balance owed as I paid in full before you left. As for payment I was going to pay in Cash but before paying asked jay if I could pay with my card and he said it didn't matter so that's on you guys as I had the cash on me. If I needed to be a check I had that as well but again he said it didn't matter. As for the quote I never received a quote as you guys had my email wrong and sent it after your service was preformed. I have a copy of the Quote you sent and the time you sent it which was after the service. As for working on a Sunday, you guys agreed to do the service on Sunday because I was moving in Monday. I never asked for you to do it on Sunday as a favor for me. As for discounting the rate because I was going to pay cash is a lie, you stated you would charge 1.35 instead of 1.50 because I was getting the carpet done at the same time. Again post the AUDIO. As for the re-measure, again your not telling the truth. I, yes I, requested the re-measure not the tech. That's the main reason I'm upset and want you guys to make things right. As for the Sqft being more, that's where I have a problem. How is it that the sqft you guys measured is almost the total sqft size of the bottom floor of my home and 3 of the rooms have carpet?. I have the blue prints of the house and have the Sqft in front of me. Your numbers are off and that's what I have a problem with. Your saying I have 1825 sqft of tile? That's a lie and you guys know it. That's why jay the owner got upset and said we were hostile when we called him out on it. Also you keep saying I signed off on this, I paid in full and didn't think I was getting ripped off. Then I question his sqft and that's when a problem started. I had several people measure and they cant come up with your numbers. I didn't inform the owner I was satisfied, how can you write this you weren't on the phone. Again post the AUDIO that you guys say you recorded. Jay said you would call later in the day to setup his return but you guys never called back. I wanted to do it while he was on the phone but said we were hostile and he would have you call later. as for this statement We would never argue one's perspective but simply clarify the truth & provide the facts from our end I posted the truth about everything and have no reason to lie, What you posted is far from the truth. maybe you should have Jay type up a response as he talked to me not you and you have no idea what we talked about.. Again, Jay said he had the audio from our phone calls, post it up that will clarify everything. I just want you guys to make things right. I already paid you in full but I don't think its right you over charged me. I'm willing to pay for 1000 sqft of tile even though its closer to 800 that's like paying the 1.50 a sqft. Refund me the over charge on the Tile $708 and that will make things right and be more than fair for both of us.. If need be ill post a photo of it sqft of the house to prove i was over charged and that will show everyone that you over charged me Again I just want things to be right and pay for what you did not over pay. I understand you guys/gals have a business to run and I want you to get paid for the work you did but I also shouldn't be overcharged because of a error. Maybe jay made a mistake on the measurement mistakes happen. I'm still willing to have you guys come out and remeasure. If its under the 1525sqft I paid for you need to refund the money I over paid @ 1.35 a sqft. If its over the 1525sqft as you claim ill write you a check.. This review is long over due. I have SUCH anxiety about getting my carpets cleaned. I mean, I have kids so for carpet cleaning to happen I need to be out of the house for several hours not to mention the pre cleaning you have to do before the cleaning actually happens. Usually such a pain, that I put it off for as long as possible! I contacted Green Clean Pros when I just couldn't handle the carpets anymore. We have a nice home w nice things but with 2 kids one just a baby projectile vomiting everywhere, you can only imagine the condition of our almost white carpet (who invited white carpet anyway and why?) I voiced my anxiety to Natasha who booked my appointment, she was SO kind and patient and explained to me step by step what I needed to do to prep, which was basically just pick up the toys off the floor. Jay came the next day, which was smart because my anxiety was building. He was extremely professional and thorough. Granted it was over a 100 degrees that day but he didn't seem to mind at all. He was done with my three story townhome in about an hour. It looked and smelled SO terrific, I was over the moon. We left for maybe an hour to let things dry, it still looked perfect. Yes the carpet still gets vomited on but I tell you what, it's so much easier to spot clean now after having Green Clean Pros come out to professionally clean! It's truly amazing how clean carpet can makeover your home! We had the carpets in our home cleaned by this company and were very pleased with how it turned out. So, I called them to see whether they did the inside upholstery of cars. My seats looked like they had contracted a fungal disease with multiple spots and it was just pretty gnarly and gross. We made an appointment through email and they came to my work to do the cleaning. I just needed to park next to an outlet for them. Jay was very courteous and professional. I went to lunch before it was done and paid over the phone with my credit card. Super easy all the way through. We called Jay to help us get the awful smell out of the carpet in our new rental. When we first moved in, the carpet smelled like the worst things you could ever imagine. (It didn't smell at all when we first saw the place and signed the lease) =) He came by the same day to take a look at it and explain how his service works and what he thought he could do for us for an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price. We had another carpet cleaning company "clean" our carpets before, paid over $300 and it still reeked and the entire carpet was sticky from the huge amounts of deodorizer they used to mask up the smell. It was so bad that we and our cats got sick from whatever chemicals they pumped into our carpets. The owner didn't care that I need those carpets to be sanitary since we are expecting our baby to be born within the next couple of weeks!! Anyways, long story short - Jay came over and definitely made a huge difference, not only does the place smell better but he also got rid of the sticky stuff that was on the carpet. Unfortunately the padding is in such a bad condition that we're not able to keep the carpet and will get it replaced next week. Jay gave it his all, which we deeply appreciate and we also want to thank Natasha for always being extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
