Right there, I knew Reliable Carpet Cleaning is a keeper. Their price structure is reasonable with a capital "R." Then, like a dog after a bone, Linda would call every few months to see if we were ready for service. She was always polite. When we needed our carpets cleaned, the fact that she had kept their name active in my memory made it impossible to call anyone else. This an important example for all companies that provide an occasional service to present or potential customers. Invest in good people, train them well, and pay them above prevailing wages. The return on your investment in these people is well worth it. Today, the son of the owner arrived on time, and he is a 26-year-old headed for success in the family business or in any occupation he might choose. He had me show him the rooms to be cleaned, move furniture, office equipment, and did all rooms first except my inner office, "So that you can continue to work at your desk." Now, that is the kind of consideration we seldom see - anywhere in today's America. I am leaving this review not because of the move-out cleaning itself (as that is still to be…read moredetermined and this will review will be updated accordingly, if necessary), but because of the deeply unprofessional, coercive, and ethically sloppy conduct of the owner/manager, Kimberly Gonzalez. I paid $150 upfront as agreed. Prior to the job, I was explicit--in writing--about my maximum budget and that any flexibility was conditional on being informed beforehand. Instead, once the team was already on site, the price began to escalate in real time. First, I was told the total needed to increase to $250 (an additional $100 over the $150 already paid). When I objected--because this exceeded what we had discussed--I was then pressured for "at least $50 more," framed as unavoidable because the workers were "overtime" and the clock was running. In other words: the terms changed after work had begun, and my consent was treated as irrelevant. The justification for this escalation was frankly bizarre. I was suddenly informed that the kitchen sink "drained straight to the bottom," implying a plumbing issue--and then implicitly accused of previously managing this with a bucket or bowl. Let me be clear: I have been accused of many things in my life, but secretly concealing a fictional plumbing failure with a bucket is not one of them. There was no known sink issue, and in any case, plumbing problems are not a cleaning surcharge, nor are they something a customer should be financially ambushed over mid-job. What followed crossed from unprofessional into coercive. I was repeatedly told that if I did not immediately pay more, Ms. Gonzalez would have to "come out of pocket," that there was "no time to go back and forth," and that payment later was not acceptable--despite the fact that the back-and-forth was initiated solely because the business changed the price after the service was underway. I was even asked who the homeowner was, an irrelevant and inappropriate question in context. At one point, Ms. Gonzalez explicitly stated that she does not care about bad reviews because she has plenty of good ones. So, respectfully: if you don't care, then here it is. Small businesses deserve support. Workers deserve to be paid. What customers do not deserve is to be pressured into paying more than agreed upon, blamed for unrelated household issues, and emotionally cornered into compliance while being told their prior boundaries no longer matter. I ultimately paid the additional amount simply to end the interaction. If you choose this company, understand this clearly: -- The initial price is not final once workers arrive -- New "issues" may appear without advance notice -- Budget ceilings may be disregarded mid-job -- Communication becomes pressurized and inappropriate Proceed with caution.

I had to specifically ask and remind the crew that I requested prior that the windows were cleaned inside and out. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance.

While we were preparing our house for sale shortly after a lengthy eviction process, we needed to replace some flooring and have our carpets cleaned. Our daughter found Green Clean Pros on Yelp with a 5 star rating. They have lived up to their 5 star rating in so many ways. Living in Northern CA with a house for sale in Southern CA, Green Clean Pros completed the carpet cleaning and replaced the flooring in the very few days we had prior to having a photographer take marketing photos and realtors to begin showing our home. Our flooring turned out perfectly after they removed stubborn to remove vinyl, the flooring and carpets looked beautiful when they finished cleaning them even with significant spots left by our evicted tenants. They painted walls, repaired shower doors and the bannister, as well as replacing bulbs in the entry way chandelier. Since we primarily worked with Green Clean Pros over the phone and at a distance, they instilled full confidence that we could trust them 100% in our home leaving them an extra key, they went above and beyond by doing additional handyman work that saved us from having to hire additional help. We are expecting a baby any day and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned right away. I called around to get several quotes and Jay at Green Clean had the best rates so I went with Green Clean. I wanted a carpet cleaner that wouldn't make my pets or the new baby sick. We had a pretty bad stain near the washing machine where laundry detergent had spilled. Jay really took his time on this area and by the time he was done the spot was 100 times better. I was very happy with the clean carpets. Unfortunately, while I was getting the carpets cleaned my dog was at the vet getting a rabies vaccine. Before we even got her home she started throwing up from a reaction to the shot. Of course she threw up all over the freshly cleaned carpet. I called Natasha and Jay and they said no problem. Jay came back a couple days later to clean up the spot for no additional charge! It was so kind of them. They were very friendly and professional and I will definitely be using them again. I had originally called my friend who cleans carpets since we are preparing our home for sale. After his quote was a little more than I wanted to spend, I googled "carpet cleaning" in Santa Clarita and Green Clean Pros popped up. I spoke to Natasha (who was very nice) and she mentioned a few things about her company and we agreed to have them clean our carpets. Jay arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough when explaining the process. I was a little shocked that I didn't see a van with 50 million tubes sticking out making all sorts of noise. He brought in a machine that he used to "spot clean" the stains. After he was done with that, he brought in another machine that basically cleaned the carpet and lifted the stains. The carpets came out great and he mentioned the spots wouldn't return and gave me the science behind why they wouldn't. Needless to say I haven't been able to have the benefit of Green Clean Pros in home service yet but I was able to call them with some questions about a mess on my flooring in the kitchen that I couldn't get off. With Jays help and advice along with a walk through process over the phone I was able to get about 90% of this messy sticky substance off of my floor and he then have me a follow up call with additional advice. I was able to book a cleaning for my large couch quickly and am really pleased with the results. I have 3 dogs, so the couch sees a lot with the dust in Bakersfield. I highly recommend these guys. I first heard about them through the cystic fibrosis walk from their gift basket at the silent auction. I took a card because I loved that they were green! I finally had a chance to use them my sister gave my an old princess rug but it was badly stained I thought about trashing it but decided to try green clean. Wow! It literally looks brand new. There's many many positive things I can say about this company first and foremost communication skills are outstanding , they provided excellent customer service and was with me every step of the way throughout my design stages. Not only that they provided me with 2D and 3D conceptual renderings , Moving on to the carpet cleaning I was amazed on how quick the dry time was as well as the green cleaning and refreshing smell. Overall I had a fantastic experience with Green Clean Pros. They were so easy to talk to and set up an appointment. Not only did they make it work for my schedule, they really got it done quick and efficiently. I was surprised at how clean my carpets looked and how fresh the smell was after. Once I walked in I felt as if my house had just got brand new carpets, I would've never thought they would look that clean again. What really amazes me was how fast it dried. They also hooked me up with Flooring Liquidators, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted reasonably priced. Originally I was told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 days for the project, but they finished in 1 1/2 days.
