Okay so . I had been living In my apartment for over one year and had not had my carpets cleaned since before we moved in. I did not allow shoes in my apartment however my carpet still somehow managed to get dirty. So I looked and found Best Carpet cleaning. The response was extremely fast and in the next day I had them coming clean my apartment. they had arrived on time at 10:30 AM. It was two workers and they asked me what was to be cleaned and I showed them my concern areas by the front door in my bedroom where I do my make up. In about 30 minutes they clean my carpet and got almost all the stains out. They pretty much revitalized my living space and made it feel brand new again. Mediocre job at best. Part of the couch wasn't cleaned and my wife had to chase them down before they left. Now that the couch has dried for a couple hours, it's easy to notice parts that were not cleaned properly. Felt very rushed and not happy with the results. Will not be using again. read more

Quick response, quick availability, decent price, but poor service. After they were done I realized they didn't bother to move the bed and clean the carpet beneath. I just moved in and there was urine spots there from previous tenants, I was hoping to get rid of the smell and that's why I called to get my carpets cleaned. I asked and he said they don't move beds - I mean, I could have moved it if they had asked me but they didn't say anything about not moving beds and also didn't bother asking me any questions before they got started, they were finished before I knew they'd begun. They also didn't leave any fans to dry it out, just suggested I crack some windows. but the house smelled like mildew when I got home 7 hrs later and carpets were still soaked. Requested a quote via Yelp and set up a time for them to come and review the areas that would be shampooed. George gave a fair quote so we hired him for the job. He came on time on the day of the appointment with an assistant and they started quickly. Overall, I can't complain about the work they did but I will dock them a star for two reasons, one because they do not help much at all with moving the furniture and two, the edge areas of the carpet could've been done a little better. I will probably use them again in the future but I'd be sure to have them go over the edge areas of the carpet a few times next time. read more

My dog decided to kick out the plastic bottom of her kennel and poop inside the kennel on the carpet. It was smeared in EVERYWHERE! It was horrible as you could imagine and I wish I was joking. He was able to squeeze me in, did my living room, the room my dog did it's damage in, and a few of my barstools and dining room bench. We had several small areas of carpet cleaned, our grout in the shower, a staircase, and some couches. All at a really affordable price. The service was pretty satisfying- it's a family owned business so they were very up front about what to expect, and accommodating regarding us having limited space to move the furniture around to expose the carpets to be cleaned. They were very explanatory and careful with our furniture and home in general. All in all I'd use them again, I was satisfied with the cleaning, it dried just a few hours later, and the customer service was satisfying as well.
