I had an emergency listing that needed to hit the market on Monday, so I was in a real time crunch. I called Best Carpet Cleaning on Friday, hoping they could help, and they came through in a big way. They were able to schedule me for Saturday, and the carpets turned out fantastic. The father-and-son team was professional, friendly, and took great pride in their work. Their quick response and quality service helped me get the home ready just in time for listing day. If you're looking for reliable carpet cleaning--especially if you're on a tight deadline--I highly recommend giving Best Carpet Cleaning a call. They were incredibly helpful, and I'll definitely be using them again. read more

I work here in Bakersfield at Ascend Property Management, and Best Carpet Cleaning is our go-to for any carpet cleaning needs. If there's a water leak, they're there to do a water extraction. Thank you for making sure our tenants are taken care of! read more

The guys were on time and worked quick. They even did a large area rug for no additional cost. Carpet was wetter than I imagined it dried well in a few hours. I will just them again. read more

Mediocre job at best. Part of the couch wasn't cleaned and my wife had to chase them down before they left. Now that the couch has dried for a couple hours, it's easy to notice parts that were not cleaned properly. Felt very rushed and not happy with the results. Will not be using again. read more

These guys always show up quickly and do a fantastic job. They're always in and out super quick even on Saturdays.

Best Carpet Cleaning does an excellent job. I Have hired them several times in the past. and never been disappointed.

Juan was super helpful in dealing with the water in my carpet from a leaking pipe in the wall, and helped me find a reliable plumber who handled the leak as well. He was great at finding the right people to get the whole job done correctly, and not leave mold in the walls or the carpet. I appreciated him helping me through the entire water crisis, and not just the cleanup. When a similar problem popped up at my dad's house, I called Best Carpet again and Juan handled it for me perfectly. read more

AMAZING!! Communication was great, they were on time, and they really really were very personable! The job didn't take long and my carpet turned out soooo good! Better than anyone I have ever had come to service my carpets. The price was SO WORTH IT! I will for sure be doing business with them again! read more

They were efficient, timely and pleasant. They did exactly what I requested and service was excellent. The price was very reasonable.

Quick response, quick availability, decent price, but poor service. After they were done I realized they didn't bother to move the bed and clean the carpet beneath. I just moved in and there was urine spots there from previous tenants, I was hoping to get rid of the smell and that's why I called to get my carpets cleaned. I asked and he said they don't move beds - I mean, I could have moved it if they had asked me but they didn't say anything about not moving beds and also didn't bother asking me any questions before they got started, they were finished before I knew they'd begun. They also didn't leave any fans to dry it out, just suggested I crack some windows. but the house smelled like mildew when I got home 7 hrs later and carpets were still soaked. They also used my water hose without permission, but didn't put it back. Oh and my hallway still has spots. read more

Excellent customer service. We are happy with the results & the price was fair & reasonable.

This company came through for us with flying colors. Even though our company is based in Los Angeles, we were able to get a carpet cleaned for our commercial ckient in Bakersfield. They were reliable and professional AND well worth the price. Overall a great value and a pleasure to work with! read more

The guys showed up on time, we're helpful, courteous and reasonably priced. They did a great job, too!

Awesome service!! Quick response, reasonable pricing... professional grade service!! Thank you!!

Okay so . I had been living In my apartment for over one year and had not had my carpets cleaned since before we moved in. I did not allow shoes in my apartment however my carpet still somehow managed to get dirty. So I looked and found Best Carpet cleaning. The response was extremely fast and in the next day I had them coming clean my apartment. they had arrived on time at 10:30 AM. It was two workers and they asked me what was to be cleaned and I showed them my concern areas by the front door in my bedroom where I do my make up. In about 30 minutes they clean my carpet and got almost all the stains out. They pretty much revitalized my living space and made it feel brand new again. They were very polite and professional and quick ! TL;DR- Prices were affordable and did an excellent job. Will hire again!! read more

They've always done a great job getting the stains out. George himself has been out to completely eradicate a particularly difficult stain, the stain never had a chance! George did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. It was very dirty and had some pet stains and he really transformed it today.

Best Carpet cleaners were amazing! They did a very thorough job on all of my carpets, area rugs, my outdoor sectional & pillows, & my interior sofa! It was a big job, & they came in, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, & made everything look fabulous! I truly appreciate this company! Reasonably priced too! I had more work than I had originally said, & it was no problem for them to complete everything. Great job! read more

Our carpets looked nice and clean. The guy came out as promised on time and did a great job. I called a day in advance and he was still able to add me to his schedule. His work is not cheap, but not too expensive. The cleaner does leave a very strong scent behind. read more

I used Best Carpet today to clean some barstools and a rug and they did a great job. They responded very fast on yelp and had an opening the next day. I Will definitely use them again. read more

Very fast, friendly, efficient, timely, polite. I have my first house and needed a professional carpet cleaning (first time). I called Best because it came up on Yelp. The phone call was professional and friendly, the appointment was made 4 days later, the staff was perfectly on time, the work was done very quickly, there was no doddling or speaking in a language I didn't understand (which is rude as a customer). Will use them again. read more

They were on time. Fair pricing, and very fast. Did a great job. Scheduling was easy and he responded very quickly.

Exceeded my expectations! Price was very reasonable, had availability and on time. Would highly recommend.

Requested a quote via Yelp and set up a time for them to come and review the areas that would be shampooed. George gave a fair quote so we hired him for the job. He came on time on the day of the appointment with an assistant and they started quickly. Overall, I can't complain about the work they did but I will dock them a star for two reasons, one because they do not help much at all with moving the furniture and two, the edge areas of the carpet could've been done a little better. I will probably use them again in the future but I'd be sure to have them go over the edge areas of the carpet a few times next time. read more

Outstanding service! Fast reply to my price quote request and really appreciate they provided a date and time in the same response. Carpet came out great and appreciated the professionals service. read more

My dog decided to kick out the plastic bottom of her kennel and poop inside the kennel on the carpet. It was smeared in EVERYWHERE! It was horrible as you could imagine and I wish I was joking. I called a few carpet cleaners to get some quotes, but none of them were able to come today besides Best Carpet! He was able to squeeze me in, did my living room, the room my dog did it's damage in, and a few of my barstools and dining room bench. The smell from the incident came out immediately and my bench and barstools look like new! His prices were reasonable and even gave me a discount on the barstools when I was going to opt out. Very quick, nice, and convenient, I plan to get my grout done in the future as well with them! Thank you for accommodating my home in your schedule at such a short notice! read more

I request a consultation via Yelp, the owner came to my home the next day. He gave us a great price in the estimate. He was a very nice man. We booked for the cleaning. We had several small areas of carpet cleaned, our grout in the shower, a staircase, and some couches. All at a really affordable price. The service was pretty satisfying- it's a family owned business so they were very up front about what to expect, and accommodating regarding us having limited space to move the furniture around to expose the carpets to be cleaned. They were very explanatory and careful with our furniture and home in general. All in all I'd use them again, I was satisfied with the cleaning, it dried just a few hours later, and the customer service was satisfying as well. I was a happy customer and would recommend to anyone interested in getting a cleaning done. read more

Excellent work at a reasonable price; George, Juan & their fine team will be my 'go-to' for anything carpet or rug related!
