He left them so overly wet and saturated it took 2 days to dry outside! He cleaned 2 of them right in the house by putting some kind of tarp underneath to protect my wood floors. As soon as he was done , he pulled the tarps out and left the wet rugs right on the floor! We tried setting fans up to help dry faster, if he has damaged my floors, they will be paying for it! After they were dry we started putting them back in place, and the smell was horrendous! It's like having them cleaned just made everything worse! They are hard and crunchy to the feel even after vacuuming! I should have known that he did these way to fast, not extracting the cleaner out of them enough. I imagined a clean nice scent, and got ruined rugs that will be going into the garbage! $185 down the drain that I could have put towards purchasing new ones! Don't let the Veteran mention on his ads fool you, one reason I chose them, because the veterans I know would never screw people like they did‼
