We called Chad because we moved into a new house rather quickly and needed carpet cleaned badly. He was able to squeeze us in next day and it went wonderfully well! Have been a long time customer and absolutely will be back! read more

Sun Carpet Care - Living Room Carpet looking amazing! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Excellent service. They showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets.

I've used Sun Carpet Care for my house i sold 10 years ago and they did an excellent job! Great price as well and that included the stairs. Those carpets looked brand new and smelled amazing! That house sold fast! My older son also used them for the house he bought a few years ago. So I hired them again for my dad's house Omg it's been so difficult finding service providers to go to Taft where my dad's house is! But Chad said yep I do business in Taft! So Yay!! He showed up on time, is so nice very cool guy and professional! Omg the carpets in my dad's house well particularly the room my nephew was in literally looked like a pack of wild pigs lived in it!! Soooo gross!! Chad did an awesome job!! It smells so good and looks fantastic!!! I will most definitely use them again! You guys Rock!! read more

Called and asked for a master carpet clean. Was able to get a quick appointment. Was surprised to see it changed ownership but was open to try the new owner out. He cleaned out carpet, and treated for pet stains, he did a great job, and it dried quickly. Was also pleased he offered a law enforcement discount that the previous owner always gave us. Called a couple months later and requested the same service. He showed up this time with a helper. We asked for master, and 2 area rugs. The helper did all the cleaning. We were not happy. Our master carpet was soaking wet for 2 days and was still damp day 3, so now it's smells musty. Our area rugs, looked average at best and were not clean. I messaged the owner, only to receive no response. So now we have a moldy, musty smell and will have to use someone else to clean it again. I was also charged a different price the second time. Sorry, started out good but can't recommend. read more

Sun Carpet Care was quick and did a fantastic job for a fair price. Chad was easy to communicate with and kind. Thank you again!

Chad and Chris are the best. I did the "do it yourself" treatment of the carpets. Three days later, big black stain appeared! Called Chad and now the carpets look new. Quick and affordable. Next time leave your carpet shampooer in the shed and just call Sun Carpet Care! read more

I had a bad experience with this co today. I think it must be under new ownership because it is definately a different experience today it started over movimg my app up earlier then calling back and saying they has filled the spot they just gave me and expected me to change back to the earlier app. as I tried to explain my side as to why I thought that was wrong I was told that they didn't know if doing mine was worth the money and guess what when he said that I most assuringly cancelled. who talks to their customers in that manner read more

These guys did a great job on my carpet. Had a few pet accidents that needed some work. Chad made sure the job was done right. Great price and quick turnaround time. Will definitely hire them again. read more

My sister set up the appointment which was between 1100-1300hrs. They did call me around 1100hrs and said they ate on their way. They arrived at 1121hrs. Set up and began to clean. I noticed right off the bat they didn't pre- treat any of the stains. They just ran the wand over the carpet as fast as they could and was done. No final inspection, nothing. They charged $158 for three rooms and was gone by 1156hrs. 35min from arrival and departure and I still have stains on my carpet. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company representative approximately 30min after leaving this review, while I was scrubbing the stains on the floor. She apologized and set up an appointment for the next day for them to come out and redo the carpet. They called me and said they were able to show up earlier than scheduled. The employees were super nice and really worked the stains. There carpet looks a lot better. read more

Had been wanting to call these guys over for some time. Our neighbor had just had her floors done recently and had recommended them. Just the push I needed for some spring cleaning! I would recommend them, too. 5 stars! The things that were important to me were covered; Fair pricing They worked cleanly and efficiently They were friendly Seemed honest and trustworthy They explained everything they were doing and gave tips for floor care They came on time! Bonus that they are family owned. They helped us out with carpet cleaning, tile floor (nothing else can get out that nasty grout stuff) and helped clean my husband's beloved chair that he just won't get rid of! They even left us after care products for our floors! We had contacted them via Yelp for a quote and they were quick to respond. A smooth transaction, thank you guys! read more

Sun Carpet does an amazing job. They have a truck mounted steam machine. They will pre-spot clean any areas that are in need. They check for any missed areas that may need additional attention. They stand behind their work during and after cleaning. I have used Sun Carpet 3x now to clean carpets. They also cleaned our throw rugs/area rugs. You can really see how amazing the quality of their work is, especially when comparing the before & after. I would highly recommend Sun Carpet to clean your carpet(s). read more

Not only did the owner respond to me quickly with my initial inquiry, but she stayed communicative with me every time I had a new question. I felt like I was valued as a customer. The crew who came to clean the carpets called when they were on their way & were very professional & courteous. It took them a quick 25-30 minutes to clean up YEARS worth of filth & I am 100% satisfied. Will recommend them from here on out. read more

All pros. First I had my tile floors & grout cleaned by them. A second time I had them come out to clean my tile countertops & grout and clean out my dryer wall vent. They text me to notify me of when they were coming, arrived at the expected time, & completed the jobs in a reasonable time. We have a lot of floors in our house- took about 3-4 hours from the time they started until the sealant was totally dry and then we could be on the floors again. The counters & dryer only took about 30-40 minutes. I love that he got me a good cleaner that is grout friendly as well. The price was very reasonable!! read more

Great job Sun Carpet! My neighbor uses them and they're much more affordable than I usually pay so I ventured out. They were very professional and quick when scheduling as well. Thank you Kelly and Victor! read more

Five stars 100% in every way. We've been customers for many years and have never been disappointed. I reached out to Sun Carpet in Bakersfield when moving into my new home. The previous owner trashed the place and Chad saver the day. He was quick to respond to my request of a deep carpet cleaning service and was very accommodating to my time restrictions. I even decided to get an additional quote for laminate cleaning and when he arrived he was ready to do both. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond the same day I reached out for the service. It was definitely worth every penny. Our experience with Sun Carpet Care was great! Chad was such a reliable person and a great communicator. He also did his best to fit us into his schedule, and he was even willing to accommodate if he needed to. It was our first time steaming our floors, and he took the time to explain the whole process. He truly cares about his clients. read more

The BEST experience!! I work night shift, so I messaged them through Instagram so my texts wouldn't wake them up early in the morning. Not only did they write back, but they scheduled me for that same day! They gave a three hour window (between 1-3pm) and showed up at 1, so no crazy wait. The two guys that showed up were so professional and personable, they made me feel at home in my OWN HOME! The service was fast and thorough. No spot was missed, they made sure to address each stain instead of just running the steamer through and forgetting about it. Aftercare instructions were given and payment was a breeze. I felt like I was in a new home 45 minutes after they came. This is my go to company from now on. I can't get over the experience! read more

They did some sub-par work for me in 2/20 I hired them for a carpet and couch cleaning. The couch was clean enough. I wouldn't say great and the opposite side of the cushions were not done well I had a coffee table on the rug; they were going to clean. They didn't move the coffee table? And didn't tell me till they were out the door. The thing is they left the table on a wet rug. My coffee table is aged wood that I had imported. They said, " it was heavy." My son and I were home the whole time. They could have just asked us to move it. I had to scramble to get my coffee table off the rug but it was exposed to moisture in the process. In my opinion that's just good old fashion laziness. On top of that, the carpet wasn't even cleaned properly. Look, the company is friendly enough, but you may want to throw in a few more bucks and go elsewhere. Don't let them get near high-end stuff. read more

Price is reasonable -- they did good work (in non-professional eyes). They made water caused rust stains on carpet a lot less noticeable. Happy for their work. read more
