Called and asked for a master carpet clean. Was able to get a quick appointment. Was surprised to see it changed ownership but was open to try the new owner out. He cleaned out carpet, and treated for pet stains, he did a great job, and it dried quickly. Was also pleased he offered a law enforcement discount that the previous owner always gave us. Called a couple months later and requested the same service. He showed up this time with a helper. We asked for master, and 2 area rugs. The helper did all the cleaning. We were not happy. Our master carpet was soaking wet for 2 days and was still damp day 3, so now it's smells musty. Our area rugs, looked average at best and were not clean. I messaged the owner, only to receive no response. So now we have a moldy, musty smell and will have to use someone else to clean it again. I was also charged a different price the second time. My sister set up the appointment which was between 1100-1300hrs. They did call me around 1100hrs and said they ate on their way. They arrived at 1121hrs. Set up and began to clean. I noticed right off the bat they didn't pre- treat any of the stains. They just ran the wand over the carpet as fast as they could and was done. No final inspection, nothing. They charged $158 for three rooms and was gone by 1156hrs. 35min from arrival and departure and I still have stains on my carpet. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company representative approximately 30min after leaving this review, while I was scrubbing the stains on the floor. She apologized and set up an appointment for the next day for them to come out and redo the carpet. They called me and said they were able to show up earlier than scheduled. The employees were super nice and really worked the stains. There carpet looks a lot better. read more

All pros. First I had my tile floors & grout cleaned by them. A second time I had them come out to clean my tile countertops & grout and clean out my dryer wall vent. They text me to notify me of when they were coming, arrived at the expected time, & completed the jobs in a reasonable time. We have a lot of floors in our house- took about 3-4 hours from the time they started until the sealant was totally dry and then we could be on the floors again. They did some sub-par work for me in 2/20 I hired them for a carpet and couch cleaning. The couch was clean enough. I wouldn't say great and the opposite side of the cushions were not done well I had a coffee table on the rug; they were going to clean. They didn't move the coffee table? And didn't tell me till they were out the door. The thing is they left the table on a wet rug. My coffee table is aged wood that I had imported. They said, " it was heavy." My son and I were home the whole time. They could have just asked us to move it. I had to scramble to get my coffee table off the rug but it was exposed to moisture in the process. In my opinion that's just good old fashion laziness. On top of that, the carpet wasn't even cleaned properly. Look, the company is friendly enough, but you may want to throw in a few more bucks and go elsewhere. Don't let them get near high-end stuff. read more
