I contacted Spotless Carpet Cleaning due to the company having good Yelp reviews. Contacting Spotless initially was easy. David responded quickly. Yet when I reached out to see about adjusting the date of service for carpet cleaning, he did not respond to my texts or calls (twice for each). I then reached out to him through Yelp and he responded soon. The appointment time ended up staying the same. He and his assistant came out, were prompt, and friendly. After they were done and I asked about the dirty area remaining in the traffic area of the carpet, David stated that older carpet has less plastic in the fibers and would not be able to come clean. He did not state that prior to beginning the job. Interestingly, the carpet was installed only eight years ago, which I would not consider an older carpet. Additionally, there is a spot on the carpet that remains. On the business card he left, it says, "No spot we can't handle." Next time I will go with a company that I receive a personal recommendation about. Another tip I would add is no mater who you choose to clean your carpet, don't do it on a rainy day. When I asked David how long it would take to dry, he mentioned eight hours. I believe do to the moisture in the air (it rained the day he and his assistant did the work) it took three days to dry. read more
