David was super professional and very flexible with our schedule, which we really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he walked me through the entire process and made sure we felt confident in what to expect. He was quick, thorough, and didn't miss a single spot. We had some strong pet odors we were worried about, but he tackled them like a pro and even offered to come back the next day if the smell didn't clear up completely. You don't get that kind of follow-up from most places! Our carpets look and smell amazing now. I'll definitely be using Spotless Carpet Cleaning again and recommending them to family and friends. Five stars all the way! read more

BEWARE! I have brand new carpet with simple household stains. They left many spots throughout my house and claimed the stains were "very old" and would never come out, none of which is true, as another company was able to remove them. When I kindly asked them to come back and re-treat the areas, he simply said NO. Terrible customer service. They will take your money and not return. DO NOT USE. read more

I requested quotes via Yelp to have my suede sofas cleaned. Spotless carpet cleaning was quick to respond and made mention of the care of the suede. Spotless Carpet Cleaning came in much higher than all the other quotes I received, but since the cleaners would be dealing with suede and Spotless was the only one that mentioned the care I decided to go with them. He and his staff were friendly. They cleaned the sofas and even offered to come back if one of the areas didn't clear up after it dried. After the sofas dried there were a couple of areas that I wanted him to come back and hit, he did without a problem. I give 4 stars because of the cost. His quote was over $100 more than the other places. read more

Awesome speedy service and great communicator! I contracted Spotless Carpet Cleaning (SCC) due to all the positive reviews. I'm so glad I did! David is a great communicator and very punctual. I hired SCC to clean carpets in a large home and clean and seal tiles before move in. I had a tight window and he was very accommodating. I had originally decided to clean them now, and replace all floors next year. He left everything looking like new, that I'm considering keeping everything in place for a long time! David was able to provide a quote on service based on photos. It was very helpful! read more

First, David got back to me quickly. He was able to get me in on a Sat. I truly appreciated that. My carpet is old and pet worn. Yet, David is a miracle worker and made my carpet look new and fresh! I couldn't believe it. He gave me some booties to wear in case I had to walk on it while it was drying. Incredibly nice and personable man. He's my go to guy for future cleanings! I cannot praise them enough!! Pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable! They used different chemicals for different rugs, (area, being a natural fiber and once again, beautiful, rug!) Carpets in bedrooms are synthetic fiber. I learned that today! They honestly look brand new again. I'd forgotten just how pretty the area rug is, the room carpets too. They literally used a toothbrush on a particular tough spot. It worked! You will not be disappointed should you use them! read more

We are so impressed with David and his helper. We had one of our rooms, who our dog Annie liked for her bowel movements, (not all the time by when we were gone and forgot to let her out) riddled with spots. Wow !! We are so impressed ! All spots COMPLETELY vanished. Spotless was at our house when he said he would be there. Thank you David, for being a service of integrity. We may have you do our tile floors next. read more

David did an excellent job! He arrived on time and after he started cleaning the carpet, he had me look at it to see the difference. I had questions about an area rug he had cleaned and he explained that depending on the quality of the carpet makes a huge difference because the fibers can wear down sooner and can make a difference in the cleaning. Overall, a job well done, and the fresh clean carpet smell is very pleasant! read more

5 star plus! This company is fantastic and so very reliable. Quoted me a price and when they got here, saw it was a much bigger area, but was told that he was going to stick with quoted price. Since we have dogs, they came in with a deep cleaner and was totally surprised on the amount of dog hair my vacuum didn't get. My house smells so good and both guys were very professional in every way. I highly recommend Spotless Carpet Cleaning!! read more

I contacted Spotless Carpet Cleaning due to the company having good Yelp reviews. Contacting Spotless initially was easy. David responded quickly. Yet when I reached out to see about adjusting the date of service for carpet cleaning, he did not respond to my texts or calls (twice for each). I then reached out to him through Yelp and he responded soon. The appointment time ended up staying the same. He and his assistant came out, were prompt, and friendly. After they were done and I asked about the dirty area remaining in the traffic area of the carpet, David stated that older carpet has less plastic in the fibers and would not be able to come clean. He did not state that prior to beginning the job. Interestingly, the carpet was installed only eight years ago, which I would not consider an older carpet. Additionally, there is a spot on the carpet that remains. On the business card he left, it says, "No spot we can't handle." Next time I will go with a company that I receive a personal recommendation about. Another tip I would add is no mater who you choose to clean your carpet, don't do it on a rainy day. When I asked David how long it would take to dry, he mentioned eight hours. I believe do to the moisture in the air (it rained the day he and his assistant did the work) it took three days to dry. read more
