Spotless Carpet Cleaning came in much higher than all the other quotes I received, but since the cleaners would be dealing with suede and Spotless was the only one that mentioned the care I decided to go with them. He and his staff were friendly. They cleaned the sofas and even offered to come back if one of the areas didn't clear up after it dried. After the sofas dried there were a couple of areas that I wanted him to come back and hit, he did without a problem. I give 4 stars because of the cost. I contacted Spotless Carpet Cleaning due to the company having good Yelp reviews. Contacting Spotless initially was easy. David responded quickly. Yet when I reached out to see about adjusting the date of service for carpet cleaning, he did not respond to my texts or calls (twice for each). I then reached out to him through Yelp and he responded soon. The appointment time ended up staying the same. He and his assistant came out, were prompt, and friendly. After they were done and I asked about the dirty area remaining in the traffic area of the carpet, David stated that older carpet has less plastic in the fibers and would not be able to come clean. He did not state that prior to beginning the job. Interestingly, the carpet was installed only eight years ago, which I would not consider an older carpet. Additionally, there is a spot on the carpet that remains. On the business card he left, it says, "No spot we can't handle." Next time I will go with a company that I receive a personal recommendation about. Another tip I would add is no mater who you choose to clean your carpet, don't do it on a rainy day. When I asked David how long it would take to dry, he mentioned eight hours. I believe do to the moisture in the air (it rained the day he and his assistant did the work) it took three days to dry. read more

Chose to go with a different company prior because they were a little cheaper. My carpets still looked dirty especially the tracking areas. He told me it's because you live in Bakersfield and there is a lot of dirt. I was disappointed because my carpet is only 2 years old. But when Spotless carpet cleaning did the job the tracking areas almost match the whole carpet (especially when carpet dried) really impressed.
