I was able to book a cleaning service as soon as the following day. I was very pleased with the outcome of the dining chairs however, I can not say the same for the 5x7ft area carpet. This is my first time getting the carpet cleaned. The dirt was cleaned from the carpet but it seems as though the dirty spots were replaced with yellow- stained patches. Not sure if this is normal, but it is definitely not a good look. My carpet has an over all yellow color instead of the cream color it used to be. To conclude this review, I would give 5 stars for the speedy next-day service and the clean results of my dining chairs; He was definitely very polite and professional. But unfortunately I am very unsatisfied with the results of the carpet and have to give a 3 star review. I basically need to get my carpet cleaned again in the hopes that the yellow stains will come off. read more

The owner and another person, took only 45 minutes for cleaning 2 bedrooms carpet.. super neat work. We took 10 mins to move all the things out. They waited for it.Just make sure things are moved out of the area which needs to be cleaned before they come. Right on time, good work. Takes 4-5 hours to get dried. He gave me the best price out of all the quotes i've gotten, so i decided to give him a chance. So we agreed on a time at 9am in the morning, 9am comes by no text no call, I text him and he said he's 15 mins away. Waited another 15 mins no text or call, then he decides to show up at 9:45 saying i'm outside. Umm people do have jobs to go to, didn't received a courtesy text or call that I'm running late or anything. We've tried cleaning our carpet ourselves with the self cleaning carpet cleaners from petsmart but within a month I started noticing the pee marks my dog left in the past. I was getting fed up as my mom started yelling at me about how it's my fault and all of that mother daughter bickering..Well I called last minute and within an hour he was here. Did hard work in the heat (summer time) and never complained. Very generous person and easy to work with. He also is bilingual which is really cool although I speak both English and Spanish. Definitely looking forward to doing business with him again, our carpet looks like the day we first moved in. And considering how disgusting it looked before the cleaning, we know it must've been a hard job to do.
