Purchases need to be made online and they have curbside pickup. I was there for some shower parts for a bathroom remodel but I know NOTHING about plumbing so I was a little concerned about not getting the right thing. He went into the store and he and another gentleman came out with two different options for me. After some discussion, I decided on one and made my purchase. I just want to say thank you to that Matthew for helping me out and making the whole thing very easy and quick. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

There's a story…read more When you think about it, homes reflect "homeowners" because what we do, how we grow, and even how we love can be reflected. All homes are no more than a blank canvas, and how we made that happen is possibly the greatest joy our family has known. Frankly, this knowledge didn't exist in our minds, not in the beginning, and certainly not in the early years. We spent a lot of time and money working on "smaller" projects that transformed our home, but in "small" ways; not always to our own liking. The result was "well", maybe we can try again next year. We are not a try "next year" kind of people, so we set out on a mission to find a "big" solution that would give us what we had always wanted and "make it happen". The first step was to seek a professional company with experience and expertise that we could never have dreamed of. We are proud to share with you, Coast Design and Build - MILA Showroom, which brought life into our home and hearts. Coast Design and Build - MILA Showroom is a large company that provides serious services, capable of transforming your home into your dreams. We experienced the process and enjoyed every twist and turn as they created a living dream. Expertise in both management and construction, the store will provide more than enough in the showroom to allow you to choose how your home will be transformed. I would also like to recognize a few heroes in the process: Project Manager: Melina Meyer Design: Jaime and Cesar Owner: Roy Construction Crew: Moises, Jairo, Francisco, Ronaldo & Alex You have our appreciation: Glenn and Chanh Porter

The etch-a-sketch software they use to design our master bathroom does not calculate the drywall, plaster and tile which matters when every inch counts. "We won't start the job until all material is received". 8 days later, "we got a huge job elsewhere so we're going to start on your bathroom now and continue as material comes in." Taking time off work to accommodate their schedule was a pain. The crew that did the demo and new installation installed the Shower faucet that leaked causing water to fill between the walls on the first use. They had to come out, install new faucet and replace the drywall. Rick stopped responding to my call and emails so I was forced to communicate with the contractor he hired. Stucco cracked on outside wall where they installed the soap dish cubby. The shower drain had to be brought up to code bustarted smelling less than a year later. This would happen every few months. Called a plumber who ran a camera and found gravel in the line and said it's either from the install or a connection came loose and debris is filling the line. Ran into Rick and asked him about it and was told "it's out of warranty". The only bright side was that the cabinets we picked out came out great and the tile work was perfect.

The paint above the shower started peeling 1 month after the remodel and our custom glass shower door does not close completely causing it to leak. They are currently in the process of fixing those issues. My biggest complaint is the poor communication during the construction process. I never knew if anybody would be working and many times no one was there. Darren, Everett, and Patty are nice, but all about the "sale" of the project. You'll never see them at the job site. Tommie would often run late when we were supposed to be meeting and never kept me posted on the status of things. I mentioned this to Patty when she did a walk through and she said they discussed communication at one of their meetings. However, I continued to have issues with communication while having the warranty work done and emailed Patty regarding it. I received no response. I gave 3 dates to Tommie to have inspection work completed and received confirmation. The first day work was supposed to occur, I texted him at noon to check their status and he said they weren't going to make it. Missed a day of work and had to take an extra day off. Update- still have a leaking shower!!! We signed the contract 8 months ago and construction started 4 months ago. It was supposed to be fixed 3 weeks ago! Update #2- Shower guy came out and resealed part of the shower and changed the hinges on the door. Still have a leaking shower. Called shower guy directly and he said nothing else can be done. Waiting for a call from Everett. We are now almost 3 months past final inspection. Update #3- Our shower is now fixed. We have not had any more leaks and the shower door hinges are fixed. Overall, I'm happy with the finished project, but am disappointed with the lack of communication.

This was our second time in so we knew where to go and what we had been looking at. We were helped almost right away and the adviser never left us until the deals were made! We purchased a washer, dryer and a fridge. The items are priced so you can see what the deals are and how much percentage can be taken off. (10% in most cases) We got 15% off based on buying 3 high end items. The workers are not on commission, they must produce and share bonuses. The prices are not bargain basement but very competitive to other appliance stores and we did have great, patient, friendly service. Our guy was very knowledgeable with 35 years experience so it made our trip in all that much better. We have confidence in what we bought. If you want to settle for a floor model, (scratch and dent), there is a lot of choice at this store. Look for the yellow tags. The appliances range from lower end to high end but no junk. Something for everyone with all budgetary needs. Free delivery in town. Free connections with free standing appliances. (NOT dishwashers, built in ovens, microwaves) A bit of a bummer there. It is about $100 for hook ups where they hire someone and send them out (sub contracted workers) Collect Buy Buy reward points. Also, apparently come on Black Friday for the BEST deals. Keep an eye out for rebates, certain appliances will give you money off your utility bill. (mail in with PG&E) Also, if the item goes on sale within 15 days, you can get a refund back to your credit card. YOU have to keep an eye on this though. Visit the store after your purchases, it could be worth the drive. All in all, a good experience and we will return for the other 4 items we need. Would recommend to all to go in and have a look. Not everything is stainless steel, you can get white, black, red. I love the mock kitchens to give you an idea of how things would look. They did a great job setting this up!
