I highly recommend working with Custom Stone Interiors! Candace and Joe & their team of installers were wonderful on our entire project (kitchen and bath quartz and tile backsplash). From helping me initially pick the right quartz (color and veining for my home) Candace was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and took the time to help me get this investment correct! During demo and install Joe and his demo/install team did a great job communicating the process, working through small challenges (such as explaining to me why the sinks I selected were too big, and working with me so I could go swap out for betting fitting sinks for my project). He templated all the spaces and made sure everything was measured perfectly so it would all look great in my oddly angled kitchen. And he checked back after tiling backsplash to make sure details (even electrical faceplates) were done properly! What is most amazing...in my oddly shaped kitchen, there is ONLY one seam in the entire space! This company goes above and beyond to ensure a beautiful product! Candice was a great business person and was super knowledgeable on all the questions my wife and I had regarding our new quartz counter top and backsplash. 5 years ago I had these guys install travertine flooring throughout my house and redo all my bathroom countertops. They also remodeled my master shower and bathtub. The experience was great. Martha and her crew did the work on time, as promised, and on cost. Recently I started have some wear issues with my flooring and some grout issues with my flooring. After calling multiple times, they finally sent out one of their crew leaders to take a look. He told me that was a different crew that did the work. I told him fine, how much to fix it and make it right. I'll pay. I'm not asking for a freebie. He basically told me he's busy, he's not interested, and here's someone else's number you might try asking. It turns out this company changed hands. The new owners are not customer service oriented. I can no longer recommend them with as I have in the past. I really can't stand when people blow you off and just tell me it's not my problem. I'd look elsewhere. read more

They were the 3rd bid and beat all others, start to finish less than a week for a custom counter in Silestone with undermount sink, perfect fit. EXCELLENT. I cannot say enough good things about them. Custom Stone interiors worked with my wife on a kitchen remodel. Candace helped her and did a wonderful job but I spent the time at home on Mondays while the granite and tile installers worked. They are true professionals. Gabriel handled the granite and it is a perfect job. Joe put in the tile and make very helpful suggestions as he went along. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DRIVERS! They need to remember their drivers, as well as technicians, and office staff represent their company. I just got ran off the damn road by one of their trucks with a trailer attached!!!! Thank GOD there wasn't a center island or it would have been a bad accident considering I was even with the bed of the truck when they started merging, even after getting honked at they KEPT GOING!!!! read more

We just a upgraded our kitchen to include granite countertops. In the 20 years that I have ran commercial construction projects Custom Stone Interiors distinguished themselves as one of the best sub-contractors that I have worked with. They continued to communicate throughout the project, never did I feel like something was being missed. We made a schedule and they kept to it. The Tradesmen showed up on time, took precautions to protect the surrounding interior, they had positive can do attitudes, and cleaned up when finished. I am writing this review in hopes that anyone looking for granite or any work done in their home exercise caution while dealing with this company. I had my whole house installed with granite which was purchased through Home Depot. Custom Stone Interiors were the appointed installers and I wasn't sure what to expect. Let me tell you. If they ever come to your home make sure that you read all the notes they add on the side of their paperwork. I had two days of aggravation due to signing a form in good faith and not reading the notes added to the page. In the end I was called a liar, my husband was called a liar and lost countless hours trying to get my kitchen done right. The only reason I am giving this company a one is only because the granite installers were really nice and did a good job, if it weren't for them I would have given them a zero, but shame on me I should have known better than to not read the added notes to the side of the form however i thought the notes on the paper were not for me to worry about they were his notes. Never again will I trust to sign any paper that has notes on them. Beware and read, read read before signing. This almost cost me my kitchen island looking like trash. I contacted Home Depot to have my issues resolved and due to them outsourcing the work to this third party contractor they weren't willing to handle the situation. At the end of this situation i will never again trust Home Depot or this organization. I am not going to argue with people over my treatment and the questioning of my integrity. As a customer i expect to be treated fairly. I have no issues taking accountability for my actions but to take accountability for their employees mistakes is not going to work for me. I am a honest person and I take pride in ensuring that i treat everyone with respect however if they question my integrity that is when I have a problem. read more

Pathos Construction was very helpful in putting everything back together after the cabinets, flooring and counters were installed. The counter guys were very professional and worked hard to get the job done on time.
