After meeting with multiple companies and getting different quotes, we choose Armando and his shop. NOT THE CHEAPEST BID.... BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! His crew was out within 2 days and finished pretty much in the time he quoted. COMMUNICATION was TOP NOTCH! My bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen are updated, and look fabulous. Armando's crew--especially Ernie and Mando--are incredible at what they do. Remodeling is not for the faint of heart--it is messy, and unexpected issues arise throughout the process. That said--Armando is honest, approachable, and takes any concerns seriously. He also has a great eye for detail, and I highly recommend that his suggestions are given serious consideration. He really does know what he is doing. As another review mentioned--the company names indicates tile and stone, but it really is a full service construction company--plumbing, framing, drywall, painting, etc. It's been a long, dusty summer, but the end result is more than worth it. The painter did a subpar job blending the new paint with the existing, even though Armando, the owner, told him how to do this. I shared the unprofessional results with Armando who wanted to argue with me that it was Sherwin Williams fault as they didn't match the paint very well. However, years ago I painted the same wall and had to blend it with the existing paint so it wasn't noticeable. I could have done a better job than this painter and saved myself $$$. But as I am older and recently had major surgery, I hired this company based upon a friend's recommendation. Armando said that he and his painter would come out about my concerns, but that didn't happen, even though I called and texted him. Unprofessional and unreliable! Don't waste your money with this company for painting. read more

Armando did a fabulous job on our bathroom remodel! He definitely has an eye for detail and knows how to make good use of the materials on hand. The niche he suggested for the shower was even better than I had envisioned. He also suggested tiling a whole wall. I was a little fearful, but he was right again! I love that wall!! I know it says tile, but this company can do it all. I had a complete remodel that needed to be done. We opened a wall, took down soffets, hung fans, electrical, (thanks for the trouble shooting Fonzo) removed popcorn ceiling, flooring, granite, and tile. Small issues here and there, but they made it right. All in all it turned out amazing. They attended to the lists I made, without hesitation. Stay away! This guy the worse. After 2 years we had to remove a $10,000 job and start over. Plumbing issues, Grout issues, Electrical issues and Damaged Granite. When deciding on a company to help us with our home remodel we decided to go with Armando and Abel at Absolute Tile and Natural Stone. It was a large project in which we would be giving the house a more modern feel by removing dated soffets, remodeling the kitchen and the master bathroom. We were given a 4-6 week window. During those few weeks we would run into issues that you usually do with an older home. In some places we had to reroute plumbing, redo electrical work and in every instance the employees at Absolute tile would be quick to respond and had the matter worked out and the project moving along. As the project progressed we saw the need to add on another bathroom as well as both fireplaces. We were up against a strict deadline and even though the project became larger Armando and Abel assured us they would finish on time and they did. Either Armando or Abel were always on the job site and in instances where they weren't they or their staff were easy to get a hold of. Since we took on designing our modern concept they worked with us to help execute the design in a way that was practical and would stay on budget. We would also be in need of a painter and wood worker and the companies Armando recommended Gary Oates Painting and Munoz Cabinetry did an amazing job. Armando was even able to coordinate with both so that there was no need for us to manage schedules. In the end we are very happy with our home. Absolute Tile and Natural Stone did a wonderful job and the quality of work was impeccable. The employees and staff are very friendly and great to work with. If you are considering a remodeling project we highly recommend working with this company. We hope you consider them on your next home project, you won't be disappointed. read more

Absolute tile did an absolutely spectacular job on my kitchen remodel. On the first week of Dec I came to absolute tile with a deadline of Dec 28th for a surprise kitchen remodel for my mother. They not only meet that deadline with multiple other projects on their hands, but completely exceeded my expectations. It feels like I'm in another home. From the very beginning they helped me every step of the way to make it the smoothest process possible. Excellent communication from their staff gave me that much more assurance that this job would be done not only on time but right. We were looking to do our kitchen countertops and absolute tile was recommended to us but unfortunately we are not satisfied. Work was ok,demolition guys were fast and clean but the workers who installed the countertops were messy, leaving glue stains on the floor and lots of hand prints and dust all over the cabinets. Trying to get a call back is almost ridiculous, I would call and they said they would call me right back and never did. This went on for about a month. And still to this day they have not called me back to finish my sink, minor detail with the drains, and maybe for them it's not important but for the price we paid and the time it took, they should have completed their work. We will not be recommending them, so if you want fast, reliable work, look elsewhere. read more

I had Armando and his crew do a complete remodel of my kitchen, hall bathroom, and master bathroom. They also laid hardwood flooring in my game room and tile throughout 50% of the house. This was a very big project. They did great work and stand by his work. He gave me a 6-8 week time estimate. However, as construction often does, they went over that time estimate. Armando was very apologetic and wound up deducting $500 off the final bill. I would use Absolute Tile & Natural Stones again and have recommended them to several friends and family members. read more

This place is sketchy. The delivered my granite damaged. They then tried to patch it up with putty. While installing in they put a hole in my wall and damaged my cabinets. I called the owner to complain all he cared about was getting paid. He said you hired us to install and we did. (They don't mention that installing it may damage your property). I had left over granite after they cut it to fit it my counter top. I overheard one of the workers say he was going to take the leftover piece and use it in his house. So rude and very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this place they are a joke. read more

after being recomended by america ceramics where i bought the granite, we had all sorts of trouble with armando. first off, he talks a good game but he's a finger pointer. he dosen't do the work himself. the tear out went o.k with alot of dust everywhere. later during the job, he asked me for money after getting started to pay his help. "big red flag" ...upon completeion there were bottom soda can stains and dripping spots of maybe coke or lemon/lime juice on the granite. it looks like thier crew possiblby had lunch on it in thier shop before install. just guess though. so now i have stains on the granite and bad (chipping) cuts where the stone meets each other. he blamed me for the stains on a fresh completed job. he said i must have used easyoff oven cleaner on the counters. (what!) i told him we have 2 self-cleaning ovens and dont have easyoff in the house at all. after complaining, he had to remove the finished granite countertops and re-cut the stone again. the cuts were a mess. after complaining on the stains, he tried to remove the stains with some sort of acid and buffing. it didn't work. now at this point things were falling apart very fast with him and me. so, i called out 3 other granite contractors. i also called out america ceramics where i bought the stone to inspect the completed job. all companies were shocked with the work... joe @ america ceramics even said a new slab needs to be re- ordered. but there was no more inventory at the supply house left to order. the bottom glass backsplash also had to be removed on the 2nd counter removal which became another issue. at this point things got so bad with armando. i looked into hiring a lawyer to sue. but the cost of a lawyer was not worth it. so we folded and just moved on. supplies and labor... it was $10,000 down the drain. here i am after 3 years we are starting over. the whole job is falling apart. the grout is coming off around the sinks. the spickets and plumbing on both sinks has also failed with repairs and plumbing leaks needed. the under-cabinet lighting, he did has fallen off and failed. lighting also had to be replaced to code. urners repair said the dishwasher was also installed wrong. armando's crew routed the discharge line wrong. dirty water was returning back into the dishwasher. (another code violation) the cheap silicone they used on the counters is now discolored so badly it looks horrible. it's a complete start over! armando might be a nice guy in person but he's not the guy you want doing your kitchen. do your homework people... read more
