We always heard it doesn't rain much in Bakersfield but when it does OMG. My patio floods up to my back door and when we recently got new sod tons of worms were trying to swim into my home. I am so excited to get gutters. They match so well and look invisible . No more worms and flooding. Call Perfect Home for beautiful work. Thanks so much. read more

Second time using PHB to attach solar screens and rain gutters. Started off rocky when they brought the wrong color but Johnny (who thought it was wrong even though the estimate had the wrong color) caught it, questioned it, corrected it and had the correct color gutters ready the same day. It wound up being two days because of this but that kind of customer service you pay a little extra for. Can't wait for it to rain now!!!! read more

Summary: Beautiful patio cover; dirty work site; lack of transparency in pricing; marginal customer service Perfect Home Bakersfield was highly recommended to us by a neighbor. We really liked the work they did installing a solid patio cover at the neighbors house and we were in the market for a patio cover ourselves so we decided to use Perfect Home Bakersfield. Their salesman, Alex, came out and quoted us for the patio cover and we placed the order. After the initial quote I called to make a few changes. I called multiple times asking to get an updated quote on the price and I was never given one. At one point, the receptionist knew I needed to talk with the manager, Manuel, about my question and she tried to transfer me to him three times, but he refused to speak with me. On the day of install the two-man crew showed up on time and completed the install in one day. Phew! In the hot Bakersfield summer we were so happy to have shade and the patio looks great! But they left a mess. They blew small bits of trash, nails, screws, and aluminum shavings into our lawn and flowerbeds. We have small children whom they met that morning. My kids like to go barefoot in the backyard and they couldn't! They also forgot to finish the install of the ceiling fans; the decorative cover that sits flush with the ceiling was left hanging on the fan motor. When I called to pay and finally find out the changes made to my estimate the numbers seemed off. After further discussion, I was told that the cost of the rain gutters had been left off the original estimate. I called the salesman and the front office at least 3 times each asking for more information on my quote and I was given the runaround every time I called. They all just passed the buck to the manager who refused to speak with me. It wasn't until my patio was installed that they finally spoke with me about the price again and raised it by $600! They were the lowest price in town for a patio cover, but I was quite disappointed in their service. Buyer beware. read more

This is one if those things you put off for years thinking it's going to cost an outrageous price , I called to have someone come measure and give me an estimate for a patio cover. We had decided that's where our tax refund would be spent and thinking it would take all of it but when he told us the price my husband and I stared at each other in shock WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS YEARS AGO !! We scheduled them to do as soon as possible and because the price was amazing we had them add fans , rain gutters , sunken lights and an outlet. Within 4 hours our patio was up . The electrician Chuy and the crew did an amazing job I'm so happy we went with this company read more

I was referred to Jarrett at Perfect Home Products by our concrete contractor Alex Torres. I was wanting some Alumawood patio cover extension and pergolas built in my backyard, and something that I would have no issues with building permits with the city. Jarrett put me in contact with the estimator Alex. Alex came out promptly for an estimate. We ended up hiring Perfect Home Products, they built a patio cover extension and 2 pergolas and did the electrical wiring and installation of 2 ceiling fans and 3 LED lights. Overall, we are very pleased with the work of Perfect Home products and the look of our new backyard. Thanks guys for the great work. read more

From receiving our bid to the project being completed, our experience with this company has be overall a great experience. My husband and I love our patio cover and concrete from perfect home. We highly recommend getting a patio cover with perfect home. Also who doesnt love a lifetime warranty! read more

They gave me the best gutter quote, with the best warranty (lifetime!), so it was an easy decision to hire them out of the several I had contacted. Also, they happily came back and put in some more gutter holders on my request. Johnny was awesome & very helpful :) Thank you, I will recommend you guys if I get the chance! read more

We just had rain gutters installed and our patio extended by Perfect Home Products and couldn't be happier. Exceeded our expectations. Alex was helpful and professional and helped us determine the right design for our needs, the installers went above and beyond, and the billing and scheduling was friendly and efficient. When our home was built in 2006, the patio cover was not installed correctly to drain the rain to the gutter. Dirt and debris built up in the patio cover's gutter. FYI: this incorrect install was NOT done by Perfect Home. To remedy the problem I called Perfect Home. Alex came out to conduct the estimate which I thought was a bit high but I rolled with it. Arturo was the installer. He installed a new downspout which perfectly matched the covered patio. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Now rain will drain off the patio cover perfectly and there will be no mud or debris on the patio. Every time I look at the new downspout I am super happy with the job Arturo did and now feel the price was reasonable based on the excellent job. I highly recommend this company! read more

Perfect installed new Rain Gutters and Built a very nice Aluminum Patio cover for our home in Seven Oaks. From start to finish they made sure we were happy with the installation and followed up to make sure everything was up to our standards. Chuy and his crew are very experienced and it shows in the end result of work they do. We are very happy with both the rain gutters and very high end patio they built for us. They even came back a couple times to finish up some details even after full payment was already made. They definitely stand behind their work. Don't hesitate to give them a call and have Chuy build you a beautiful patio read more

Worst customer service ever... Filled out their free estimate form on their own website. Never heard a word from them. So I call them... They tell me the soonest they can come give me an estimate is a week out... then IF I use them the work would not start for a week after that... wow.. a simple quick repair... I called Seamless Rain gutters.. came out the very next day.... Im sorry but if ur 2 weeks out on a simple repair u need to hire more people... lost my BUSINESS...FAIL..!!! read more

Rain gutters installed. Took a couple weeks to get them in but good communication and the installation was quick and reasonably priced.

Perfect Home Bakersfield is the perfect place to go for a variety of home improvement needs. We recently had a team to our home to install some new seamless rain gutters, add several new downspouts as well as realign pretty much the rest of the gutters on our home. The team arrived within the guaranteed window of time and started working right away. They were professional, efficient and after only a few minutes it was obvious they were extremely experienced. The gutter installation went well as did the realignment portion of the job. The technicians communicated with me throughout the job to be sure everything was on track and anytime it was necessary for me to speak with the office I found them pleasant, helpful and very informative. Our overall experience was excellent! They are definitely a 5 Star operation and we highly recommend Perfect Home Bakersfield. read more

Good job the first time two times I had them out very happy with the products I had a repair issue under warranty which has been resolved The solar screens really cut down on the heat coming in the house read more

Perfect Patio did a great job of installing our patio cover & gutter. Quick and thorough, I would highly recommend them.

Walked in and walked out. The "showroom" is a gray storage room with hardly any lighting and six examples of patio covers. Had no idea what I was doing and neither did the front desk woman. She just escorted us in and that was it. She was very put out that I was confused about what was supposed to be happening and got a little attitude. Very uncomfortable experience. Will not be coming back or hiring this company. read more

These guys did great! I inquired on Yelp with photos of what I needed done. Jarrett responded quick and got a sales rep Alex to confirm design and measurements for installation of roof gutters. The installation came a few days earlier than expected and the work only took half a day. The quality was perfect! Don't try it yourself. Let the pros do it. read more

Sam was very good at our first contact. We wanted rain gutters and the two installers, Manuel and Arturo, listened to what we needed and discussed options with us. The final product was completed in half a day, yesterday, and was exactly what we wanted and needed. They look great! Our only issue was, when we called the office, we had to leave a message and wait for a return call. This was discouraging because a couple of times we needed to tell them we needed to change the installation date and the time to do so was short. My husband finally went to their office to reach them the second day of waiting. Sam gave us two samples to bring home, which helped us make our color decision. Conclusion: Sam and the installers were wonderful, but the office needs more staff, hence four stars not five. read more

(Not-So) Perfect. Took over 6-weeks from estimate to install date for a simple rain gutter project... we confirmed the installation date 4-days before and they didn't show up. If we could leave a less than one star review, we would. Suggestion, look elsewhere for someone who wants the business. read more

We just had rain gutters installed by Perfect Home Southern California, and are very happy with their work! There was some miscommunication between the gentleman who gave us the quote (Jorge), and the gentlemen who performed the work (Mitch)--however, Mitch drove back to our house the next day to fix the problem and relocate two different downspouts. We live in a very secluded area and Mitch came out after work hours to fix the downspouts, which was very nice of him. Mitch represented the company very professionally and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy with the result. Thank you Mitch! read more

I have been wanting a patio cover for over a year. Had a few estimates and they were the lowest by far. Had my patio installed today and I couldn't be more happy! The workers were extremely professional, helpful and hard working! They cleaned up every scrap of debris left behind. It looks absolutely amazing and I could not recommend this company more! read more

Our rain gutters were cleaned and serviced very efficiently by David and his team. He went way beyond expectations and fixed several areas that we were not aware were problems. They were professional and took the time to leave all areas clean from debris. We will always ask for David in the future. read more

Perfect Home Bakersfield came to my rescue when I relocated to Bakersfield from Las Vegas. I needed a new patio cover and my rain gutters replaced. This business is an absolute joke. I had an appointment scheduled from 12-2pm. They showed up about 1:30 only to sit in front of my house for about 10 minutes only to never get out of their van. Never came to the door. Then they drove off. Never called. I called the office several times and NO ONE answered the phone. I called the salesman Alex several times. NO ONE answered! How do you run a business and not answer your phone? What if there was an emergency or an issue for that matter and you can't get ahold of anyone! And I mean anyone! The phones just ring and ring. They did finally show up at about 4:30 expecting to do the work as if they hadn't horribly screwed up my day. Thanks but no thanks. They lost what would've been a $1000.00 job (they were aware I was adding work to my original est of $550.00) because they can't answer their phone much less take into consideration the time their customers take off work to be available for their appointments. This business came highly recommended from another business owner that I greatly respect and the community greatly respects but I would NEVER recommend this place. It's an absolute joke. Go somewhere else! Stay away! read more

Absolutely a horrible experience as the salesperson/estimator didn't even have the courtesy or common sense to come knock on the door of my house and said he was here twice, for 2 scheduled appointments. I wouldn't recommend this company at all! read more

We just so happened to meet Angel at the Kern county fair booth, we just bought a new house and were interested in having a patio cover installed. He promptly called us to schedule an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. We loved the product, price and the warranty. Myra at the office was super helpful in scheduling the construction and permitting process. Chuy and Jose had our "Perfect Patio" installed in half a day and It LOOKS AMAZING!! We love it!! I highly recommend this team if you are shopping for a quality patio cover!! An overall great experience. read more

What a great job! My new patio cover is awesome and the employees were professional and courteous. I would use this company again.

Called to schedule an appointment for gutters. The first time they cancelled on me, the second time they rescheduled and never showed up. I even called after the appointment and was told the consultant was on his way. read more

We contracted and hired Perfect Patio to remove/install old patio cover and rain gutters. What a mess. Repeated calls for small errors. The girls in the office were very sweet, but clueless to what job(s) were being performed. They would call and schedule a day and time, then not show up or show up on an entirely different day. Phone calls are not returned by Manuel at all, even when he himself promised to call back. When you do finally reach him, he tells you, he was busy. Sorry, I was your customer first. The job does look nice even though we have had to have them back to repair a couple of leaks and repair the unsightly look of the roof tiles. The owner came out and made everything right, which is exactly the right thing to do and I thank him for that. I only score this experience so low because of communication issues with the staff and each other. Work is superior and recommended as long as those on staff can get the right communications with one another. read more

I LOVE my new patio. Everyone that I dealt with at Perfect was, well perfect! They were friendly, professional and showed up on time. My price never changed and the whole process was easy and a great price for a great product that I get to enjoy everyday, not mention has increased the value of my home! Big thanks to Jarrett and his team :) read more

We had a patio installed back in March. At first we were pretty happy with the way it turned out. We were given a great price and customer service was good. We mainly delt with Sam who was really nice. We were promised to have our permit in hand within 2 weeks after the installation. Well, here we are almost 5 months later and still no permit. Both my husband and I have called about 6 different times to inquire about the permit. All 6 times we have been promised to have our permit mailed to us the next day by Britney. We have asked to speak to the manager and we have just been transferred to Sam. They do not return calls as promised either. At this point, If we do not have our permit within a week, we will definitely be filing a complaint with the city and pursuing a law suit or something. read more
