She was very patient and was never pushy. She gave us a lot of information and made sure we understood the difference in stones so that we could make an educated non-rushed decision. I called to purchase a product over the phone (a product I had already seen so I knew what it was…read moreand was given the price for it a couple days before), but over the phone Dwight convinced me that I needed a more expensive product because it was a "better product" without asking further questions; he just said it was better so I trusted him and figured it was worth the extra money if he said so. I then send my husband to pick up the product and he was NOT given the more expensive product that was suppose to be "better" but the other product (the one I was originally calling for that was cheaper). When I called back to asked why he was given the one that was cheaper they said because that was the one I needed, but when I asked for a refund on the difference in price they refused to give me the refund and said they were ALL the same price in a very angry way. Obviously is not worth buying materials from a place with poor business ethics and bad customer service who are willing to rip customers off for a few dollars. Taking advantage of people with the prices does not speak good of a business and will never be successful.
